Great view and nice little mini cabins. Probably need an SUV to get back there, but once you do its cool. The other reviews talking about all of the mud are from when the place was getting redone.

The cabins are very cute. The bed is very comfortable. The view is terrific. The people are great to work with. Will definitely return.

I rented a cabin and when arrived the grounds were nothing but mud. We couldnt even get out of our car due to the mud. It was bad enough that my vehicle got stuck and we had to get help to get it out. My daughter walked barefoot to get someone to help us. We were offered a refund and then she later told the company that she told us to leave an we did not. Which all is very untrue. I had driven 6.5 hrs to get here. But I gladly took that she was going to refund me due to the email she sat and let her employee write up for her. She sat with us an told him exactly what to say. Thankfully my boyfriend lives in Charlotte. So we stayed there. Myself and my 3 kids came here for spring break to be very disappointed. Now she is saying she isnt going to refund me because she has to write and authorize the refund. Which she did..but since she let him write it an send the email. She is saying she did no.lt. it is insane to treat people that way. Its pure greed. Definitely not how you run a business. I have pictures of how it looks and it is far from the pictures listed. Seems like all long cove cares about are the cabins and wedding venue...the marina has been terribly neglected. We have been slipping there for 4 years and there has been no change / improvement to a very hazardous condition...although we have been told improvements are coming our way....still nothing.

Take my advice I was a member at one time! Sounds beautiful but it’s not! The descriptions they give themselves are a joke!

Called to ask about a fishing question which is a service they provide. And Whoever is answering the phone does not need to be she has no idea about fishing. You would think a place like that they would know what you are suppose to do to get a fish weighed on certified scales. She has no knowledge of fishing why is she the first person you talk to about fishing services when she doesnt have a clue what shes talking about. I definitely would not want to fish there. And nothing against race but you can not understand a word she was saying.

Save the owner is a very nice gent as is his employee who showed me around. Seems like are some really good plans in progress to make this facility truly a real go to spot....

Nice house. Has everything you would need.
