Dont go here if you have a beard. I live in the Highland Creek area and have used all of the surrounding locations. I get a haircut once a month and its been at least 6 months since any location told me that they couldnt trim my beard. Im pretty sure longer than that as I refuse to do my own. Either way, this is the first time in probably a year that I needed to use this location. Turns out, they still refuse to do your beard. Thats the bulk of the reason I stopped by. I have something to do for work in less than an hour and will not be able to get my hair done now. I also cant be sure of when Ill be able to work it in at this point. It got 2 stars instead of 1 because the stylist that spoke to me was at least nice and courteous about it. She did explain that this is a corporate policy and genuinely seemed to not know other locations were doing it. If its a corporate policy, I would love for someone from corporate to reach out and explain it to me as you dont even need a mask anymore if youre vaccinated.

Both my son and I received great haircuts at this Sport Clips store. The stylists were very friendly and professional, as was the owner we met. There was no wait considering we were walk-ins without any appointments. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the great experience!

First time to this location, and it was a great.Sometimes when you go to a big brand chain or franchise type place it can really be hit or miss, but I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here. Excellent haircut for sure.

Im trying to grow my hair out but I needed it evened out on top so I tell the lady, Im trying to grow it out so I just wanted in trimmed no more than half an inch and even the whole way through because I let it hang, I only part it because its short right now. I got MAYBE an inch of hair on my head now. I look like a clown dude cmon

The ladies at the North Crest location are phenomenal. Out of all the ones in the 704 area this one is definitely my favorite. Amy and Megan cut my hair and have been for quite sometime now. Amy Hawkey is simply amazing !! She’s been cutting my hair forever and she’s more than just a stylist. She’s a friend !! She makes you feel comfortable, keeps you entertained, and is skillful in her craft. While some stylists simply cut your hair, she makes getting your hair cut a great experience. I recommend her highly even though by doing that my wait time for her may be longer..I look forward to my hair cuts every couple of weeks just because of Amy.. give that woman a bonus !!!

I highly recommend this place for haircuts. I came in when they were steady and a few people ahead of me but got fast professional service and was in the chair in no time at all. Aprille is the one that got my haircut and she is awesome. She was great with communication and recommendations since I was unsure of what I wanted, but i found a style I really enjoyed and couldnt be happier with how it turned out. I will defiantly be back as a regular and hope others come to experience this great place.

Do not know stylist name. But very unhappy with my haircut. My hair has not been this short since I was 20. When I objected with her process she continued and scalped me. I told her more than once that in numerous cuts previous there no one had proceeded as she. My name is James Page.

My experience was not that great. Especially for a $19 haircut. I have paid $12 at a barber shop and gotten a real full haircut.Two ladies no customers (should have been signal a signal but it was Monday mid-afternoon).Ended up with Kristen (I believe). Not very talkative even when trying to get ideas for haircut style. Showed me a card and pointed to a couple of styles.She only did scissors. Did not really wet my hair. She just sprayed lightly.No razor for the back or sideburns. 10 minutes and she was done and not a word throughout.I paid and left because I just dont waste time complaining. I simply dont return nor recommend to others. A shame as I was enticed by their website add. 20% delivery on their claim.Being able to watch a TV with sports on,doesnt add that much value.

All the stylists were friendly and made nice small talk amongst customers. My stylist, Karen, was especially nice, did a great job with my hair, and informed me of some deals that were currently going on. All around a pleasant trip.

I used to love coming here, there is one lady that did a phenominal job but she wasnt there today so I wait for 1St available estimated wait is 24 minutes .I wait well over that until I am on deck which is fine I know it is only an estimate but the red haired African American stylist finishs and comes over and calls the person behind me putting me at another 13 minutes waiting so at this point I leave. Waited over 40 minutes just to be skipped?? Why even put the order up if it will be ignored .The next closest hair cut is much further away but will be well worth the drive. Will not be back to this place.

Again April always does a great job..Im a long haul tractor trailer driver and could elect to get my hair cut during my travels however I always wait until Im back in town to see her..Not only is she a great stylists shes a pleasure to talk too plus not to mention a hottie..and plus per our conversations and cheap date..lol..April dear I know you read these..trust me if I was just a little younger youd get more than a trash can for Xmas or dollar menu at Toco bell..lolMerry Xmas..You have my number..lol

Very frustrated that this establishment has made no progress in the amount of time it takes to get a decent haircut. I always wait around an hour to be assisted, some of us do have jobs and other things to get done. There are about 10 chairs and only 3 are being used. Please better staff your salon because this is so unprofessional and ridiculous.

Definitely the best haircut Ive had in a long time. I have a beard and short hair, and this was the first time I walked out of a haircutting place feeling like my sideburns were perfectly blended. Very nice staff and exceptional work.

Was so very disappointed. Never been to this location. Had grown my hair out for a long while and showed a pic directly to stylist. Was very adamant that if she couldnt do the cut it was ok. Instead she whacked all my length off nothing like the pick and seemed sorta bewildered when I was ready to just get outta there. Couldnt be more aggravated. I would not have been upset if she didnt understand what I wanted or if she didnt feel comfortable. But to just move forward and do it anyway and be clueless. I worjed very hard to get my length out to create the style I wanted only to have it destroyed.

Been to this location twice. The first time had no problem, got a decent haircut for what I paid. The second time I would have paid them to not cut my hair if I knew they would mess it up as bad as they did. Asked for a fade on the sides and to not touch the top because Im trying to grow it out. Not only did the lady cutting my hair interpret that as, buzz as far up my head as you want. She also went to even out my hair which I did not want, and cut it in the most nonsensical looking way. I will not go back to this location or any sports clips after paying to look like and feel like an idiot.

Never again!!! My husband and (almost 2yo) son just had haircuts at this location. My sons fauxhawk/fade was done in literally 2 minutes and was not at all what we asked for. I tried asking the stylist to fix a few areas but she barely touched them. She also did not style his hair or even clean his face/neck off. My husbands very simple haircut (almost the same as my sons) was done by a different stylist for some reason, although he sat with my son during his cut. We saw 5 people in and out in the time it took the woman to cut his hair, and that was without the MVP. Over an hour! BOTH cuts were so awful we had to have them fixed. We took my son to the Afton Ridge store and had s much better experience!

Never been to a Sports Clips before. Been to this one twice. Great and friendly staff! The shampoo/head massage and the shoulder massage are great after a long day at work when I go get the head bush trimmed down.

Dont Go. Two consecutive experiences are bad.It has been almost 3 months the stylist left the salon and they didnt replace with a better option. The service and the hair cut is really not worth it. No matter what you say to a stylist for an hair cut, They are going with what they know.

They Totally missed up my sons haircut!plus I had to pay them 15$ for a hair cut my son didnt even like or want on top of that I had to pay again to get his hair fix! .thats the last time Im take him there.

And I am very relaxed after the shampoo and massage treatments. I dont see myself ever going anywhere else...ever...to get a haircut again. I love this place.
