Had a horrible experience with these people. They charged me and my friend $260 each last night. Their lot was actually two blocks away. This is ridiculous. Even towed a homeless guys car which was actually his home and said they didnt have it. He walks to their lot and there it is. These people are shameful. Thought Charlotte was a better city than this. Laws need to change and so does seat holders who uphold these laws.

Extremely unprofessional and robs people of their money. First, they dont respect the prices set up by the community housing.I even took the picture of the charges posted on the gate of the community with their own name, and they refused. Asked me to pay 250 instead of 175. Over and above, they added 100 extra for special equipment, when may car was literally parked in an open space, I even took pictures of the spot and asked them what is special, kept mentioning it must be wall, but it was a private parking spot, there were no walls, I even showed them pictures. The lady didnt know anything and kept saying talk to manager or pay in full if you want the car. Finally they charged extra for the credit card, and even debit card. So they charged me total 364 instead of 175 that was mentioned. Also, they asked me to come ASAP otherwise theyll close the office and Ill have to pay for night storage charges as well. Theyre like leachers, looting the hard earned money even in this corona pandemic situation.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This place towed our car with our 11yo Lab in the back!!!! They said they couldnt see him but our window was down and we were running a quick errand. We went to pick up the car, but had to wait on them b/c they had to go to the store. He even made a joke about our dog not having water. These people are not nice human beings, and Ive never been so disappointed in my city. Really a shame they are allowed to run a business like this in Charlotte, they should be ashamed of themselves.

On top of the $175.00 it cost me to get my car out of their lot after I had parked in the spots I was told by my Airbnb person. They also gashed up the inside of my door jams from prying my doors open to get it out of gear. GET BETTER STUFF so you don’t tear peoples property up!!!!

They’re supposed to be the tow company for my community and they do not answer their phones and do not return calls. I had to wait days to tow a car from my space.

My car got towed at the Preston Flats for the second time for parking 1.15 hours during the day. There is a sign indicated only authorized vehicles which I was authorized with a code to enter by the homeowner. They said the management gave them authorization to tow the car but they were not able to show the evidence whom they spoke to or show paperworks. When I asked for it, Craig Gerhardt started to get aggressive and yelled in my face to get out or he will throw me out without releasing my car . The homeowner who gave me a ride, intervened as and he felt CG were out of line . The Dixie towing owner came behind us and blocked my friend car in and told us to leave and we will be arrested and go to jail since we are making threat to them. They made such a big scene that we were making threats . It sounds like from reviews, their way by creating drama to scare us. We felt very threaten as CG facial looks as he can get very violence and we called the police. While waiting for the the police, they kept telling us to leave now and at the point we went into the car. When the police arrived and they acted as they are the nicest people and insisting we were making threat to them. The Cusick management continues to defend them and gave them the right to enter when they are pleased. We have expressed to the hoa that the towing company has abuse the situation and this towing company is greedy and money making. They seems to not to care or do not have the skills to handle such complaint. I recommend homeowners to push it with the board and encouraged change the towing company and policy and get rid of the Cusick management as well.

Last night, after being at my friends house for less than 1.5 hours, my car is no where to be found. I walk outside to find a phone number for towing, and two men on the top floor of one of the buildings of the complex shouts to me that while my car was getting towed, he messed up my right front end trying to pull it from the front. CRAIG GEBHARDT continues to try and pull my car out of the lot without a care. I literally get to Dixie towing, which mind you is well the hell near uptown (such an effing scam) CRAIG GEBHARDT then decides to lie to my face and “shows me photos” of my car and that apparently the big ass dent that anyone can see a mile away was already there?!? I lost my mind because you could tell in his crack head ass face that he was a snake and took the photos after the first attempt to pull my vehicle out. As soon as I told him I had evidence that he did it, he then started screaming at me and telling me to get off the property or else he is calling the cops. He then tried blaming the dent that someone probably hit me in Thebes complex. Hahah mf don’t you think I would have had paint in the dent if someone hit me FROM THE FRONT? ALSO THE DENT WAS NEAR THE TOP OF MY CAR?! Are you on drugs?! Probably. So I just wanted to say that mr CRAIG GEBHARDT, you’re such a piece of sh** and it’s people like you who don’t actually have a real job and actually ruin people’s lives.

Well, I had a good experience, because I actually needed my car towed. He arrived in about 20 min and seemed to know what he was doing. All of these people are bitching about getting their cars towed from NO PARKING ZONES. Really?Anyway they charge 50$ plus 10 miles free, and 3$ per additional miles

Thieves!!! We were out with a group of friends at a lounge on a Wednesday night. The parking sign said for patrons only. But when we ALL came out, we and another couple was towed and the rest were booted! The driver said we need to take it up with the owner of the business???! this experience is the 2nd of 4 times I have been to Charlotte and it makes me HATE Charlotte! I dont want to come back!

Needed a car towed because someone parked in my assigned spot. They arrived 15-20 minutes after I called them. They were professional over the phone and professional in person. Definitely will be calling them again in the future.

These losers towed my wifes car,never told us why, just did,had to spend 300$ to get it backwhen we got it back, the car had been broken to and everything of value stolen!airbags, radio, etc!they wouldnt give it back or reimburse us for their theft!

These people are horrible in so many ways Im not sure where to begin!! A few weeks ago, they towed my car out of my privately owned condos parking area despite the fact that I had my parking pass in pain view and I was parked in a legal parking spot. It cost me $150 to get my legally parked vehicle back. Just last night, my husbands car, which was also legally parked at our home, was towed. When we went to get it, the price was all of a sudden $175. When my husband disputed the price, Mr WC Vanzant not only used racist comments towards him, but tried to physically fight my husband and threatened his life. I cannot believe the treatment we received at this place. It seems as though this company isnt happy with just robbing people of their hard earned money, they also have to be completely racist and make you fear for your safety.

Car towed by this scam artist. He referenced the sign at the parking lot (originally didnt see it) which says boots cost $75, towed costs $175. I referenced there was no attempt to boot the car and he said I make more money if I tow proceeded to make racial comments afterwards. Extremely unprofessional.

This business is running what is called a boot scam! They said they booted my Daughters car and told her a tow truck was on the way and if she didnt pay $75.00 now it would be $150.00 when the truck arrived. The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police dept. Told her to call 911 if it happened again so that is what I suggest u do if they try to pull this on you!!!
