I am BEYOND disappointed in my recent experience with Victorys service department. I have been a customer of theirs for over 5 years now and the recent changes in management is the reason I will most likely never return again. Not sure what happened to Former Service Manager Sal, but this new guy Todd is an absolutely terrible manager. I spent over $12K on repairs for my 2 Chevy Tahoes over the past 8 weeks and we had to bring both vehicles back multiple times because the repairs were not done properly. Had to have a motor replacement in one vehicle and we received the truck back with absolutely NO gas in it which lead us to believe they hardly test drove the truck after swapping out the new motor. Immediately after bringing the truck home, the entire oil tank leaked out all over our driveway so we had to bring the vehicle back for additional repairs. Had to use the Dealerships loaner vehicle for over 5 weeks waiting for repairs to be completed. Received a voicemail from the manager Todd where he threatened to call the police on us to report the loaner vehicle stolen because he couldnt figure out where the loaner car was, or why we still had it. This was Very unprofessional of him! He shouldve at least called to ask us if we had the car and/or taken the time to ask around internally before jumping to the conclusion that the vehicle was stolen. He then sent me a text message with a very insincere apology and had an very poor attitude when we returned the loaner and picked up our Tahoe that sat in their parking lot for over a week because NO ONE in the service department called to inform us the repairs were complete. Not sure how this guy is in management/ Or directing the service department but its clear there need to be some changes made and maybe the service department wouldnt be struggling so badly to keep good employees and service techs employed there. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB about this experience because I have NEVER been treated so poorly by someone so unprofessional after spending literally THOUSANDS of dollars with this service department. Wish I had given my hard earned money to a more deserving company.

We were able to tell the Sales Manager, JT Stillwell, what we were looking for, what we had to trade, and our budget- he found exactly what we needed. We set up an appointment to go check it out and the car was detailed, ready for us to test drive. JT set us up with our wonderful salesman as well, his name was Jonathon Hoover. Johnathon was incredibly helpful in showing us the vehicle. He went over all the cool trick and gadgets, talked about the simple features, and even dealt with my constant questions. He expressed that he had recently just purchased a car exactly like we were interested in, and didn’t even flinch when I said, “show me a picture so I know you’re telling the truth.” He whipped out his phone and there his girlfriend was standing with a car almost exactly like what we were looking at. That really meant a lot to me, and told me this man isn’t just a salesmen, he wants to treat us right- not just make money off of us. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the whole experience, and would definitely recommend going there for anyone interested in purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle!

Overall good service regarding my oil change. Professional and courteous service. Two problems though. 1. It took almost 2 hours for my oil change, thats a bit long. 2. My tire pressure air gauges were not reset after the tire rotation. I will need Victory to contact me to see when this can be completed for my Buick Enclave.

Purchased this beauty from Victory...salesperson Joey Sronge for what we thought was the quoted price of 20,000 with a 4000 down payment. The amount to finance should have been 16000...after reviewing the contract realized that the took our 4000 cash down and then added 4000 to the price of the loan and we were had financed 20,000 instead of the 16000. Of we had not caught this in time they would have my cash and wed be financing an additional 4000. I am so grateful to God for his grace and mercy. After being in an automobile accident and being fortunate enough to walk away alive and well in 2020 was a miracle in itself...but to go to them for a replacement vehicle as mine had been totaled. And, then they....yes the entire Victory team; Fred Dee, Brian, Randy....to be in on it is shameful to say the least!! Lord knows who else theyve done this to...makes me sick to my stomach to consider. Fortunately I was able to return it and get my money back without additional BS from them. But....I think about all those people who does not read their contract because the singing manager...person; rush through it without explaining the intricate details...just sign here and here and initial here. Victory Chevrolet is there in Charlotte doing underhanded business...its fraud yall!!! So beware when shopping at Victory and especially Joey Sronge!! The One 🌟 is too much for them...

Waited 2 1/2 hours on Friday for oil change and Tire rotation. They had to correct paperwork When I finally check our because it wasn’t in computer that it should be free Service. Get home and notice a dent in the hood which good chance happened there. The next day we notice a big oil spot on driveway. My husband checks and the oil filter is loose and dripping. This whole buying process has been very disappointing. I plan to check on dent repair service that’s supposed to be included but we will change our own oil next time.A guy at the desk did let me borrow a phone cord which was nice when I asked if I could get mine from Tahoe. Other than that nobody spoke to me during the two and a half hour wait. Not even when I sat in the showroom because the waiting area was full.Seems your team could use some work.

I was not impressed by the service I received at Victory Chevrolet. If it wasn’t for the fact that this was one of the only dealerships in the area with the vehicle in the color I was looking for and pricing that matched my budget I would have took my business elsewhere.For starters, when I was greeted by the salesman Gerald for my scheduled appointment he never reached out to shake my hand. In addition, the salesman never offered me a drink during the 3hrs I was at the dealership. After about 2hrs of sitting at the salesman’s desk while he played on his phone, took other sales calls and walked around outside while my new vehicle was being serviced and cleaned, I was finally offered water by someone I’m guessing to be the sales manger. In addition, I was never offered or provided rates for the 3 or 5 year warranty that the vehicle came with. I only learned about the warranty at the final stages of purchasing with another individual I would guess was a business consultant and was told that my private finance company wouldn’t cover the cost however that wasn’t true. The dealership was never provided with information regarding the total loan amount I was approved for only instructions for requesting payment from the finance company. Not to mention that the entire buying process took over 3.5hrs to complete!If your looking for a good priced vehicle I would recommend this dealership however if your looking for good customer service I would caution you.

My husband and I went to look at a used car. We were looking at a particular car for me. The salesman wouldnt hardly look at me. He only talk to my husband. When I mentioned a crack in the windshield the salesman said well, you know its a used car.. now this is supposed to be a successful dealership..not some mom and pop used car lot. I call Victory Chevrolet and a SUV they had for sell. I asked the Mr. Walker about coming down the price, he said that not a problem, I explained how I was driving 2 hours to get there. When I arrived they had Mr. Tim meet me. The vehicle i told them about was being used by one of the managers. The back seat had a blanket laid out for his dog. There was dog hair everywhere. The truck was full of stuff and the refuse to come down on price. Very poor service.

No, you must purchase the car protection package for $1,599 and $799 dealer fee (which is max $599 at dealers). So whatever price you see it on their website add roughly; $2,300. Then add tax and title fee.

Had an appointment on 4/10/21 to look at a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. Made the drive from the Knoxville, TN area to see this truck. When we arrived, the truck was covered in pollen, hard to see the finish on the truck. Test drove it and experienced a shake in the steering wheel when in passing gear. This truck was shown as Victory certified. Im not sure exactly what that means but it seems that no one ever drove the truck or they just ignored the issue. Also, the salesman couldnt even have the truck washed for a showing with an appointment? Needless to say, it was a wasted trip and very disappointing.

Buyer BEWARE: extra and unnecessary fees added. The doc fee, fine I understand. But the “addendum” fee is absolutely outrageous. Just raise the price of the car instead of making up “perks” which just arbitrarily add nearly 2K to the price. Or at least give me the option to accept this “perk.” Do better, Victory Chevrolet! Stop scamming!
