They did an amazing job on my Tesla. I received extensive damages by hitting a deer and they did a complete front end repair quickly with the highest level of professionalism, quality and communication. Hendrick Luxury Collision is an incredibly reputable and professional center. I brought my BMW in after an accident and they took great care of it and communicated with me promptly and extensively regarding the process. I specifically worked with Justin and Abby. Both were amazing. Abby, especially, took a ton of time out of her schedule to answer all of my questions and gave me great advice. Couldnt recommend more!EDIT: I cant leave out how incredible the assistant Amber was in always being so responsive to my phone calls. In a world where calling a busy business often gets you put on hold, I never really had to wait to talk to someone!
Took my car in for repairs. Worked with Karen Jankowski and Kayla Shaffer. They where very professional. Karen really knows what she is doing and put my mind at ease. Kayla is a great asset to Hendrick automotive group, she was very helpful and polite. Made the process that much better. Enjoyed working with them. Great experience A+++++
They had my car for 59 days and told me it was State Farms fault. I believe they lied about this... I complained once and one of the things the girl wrote (emailed) in response was: we didnt charge you storage fees. In other words, Youre lucky you were not charged for storage. I asked to speak to a manager and the girl responded that the manager is already aware of the situation so she did not let me speak to a manager. When I picked my car up, I mentioned it was a long time and the girl said that she counted up the days and it only took Lexus 2 weeks to do their part. I believe this is another lie. Shehanded me a folder and explained the work was guaranteed for one year and all the work they did andeverything I need is in there. When I got home, I looked at the paperwork and there are NO DATES onany of the papers. Even the front page where there is a place where it asks for date of loss - it is blank.They never filled it in. Another spot on the front page asks for days to repair and they typed in 0(zero). LIE... It is obvious this place is doing their best to hide the terrible service. I really wish I couldactually speak to Mr. Hendrick himself. I wonder if he knows or cares.They charged $400 more than what the insurance company would cover. They claimed it was becausethey get genuine Lexus parts which cost more. It was my impression when I was first there that theywere feeling me out to see how much more I was willing to pay out over and above what the insurancewould pay.Their dishonesty and efforts to COVER UP horrible service is really shocking. They are quick to go on theoffensive too, as illustrated in the example above where, once I complained, they implied they couldcharge me storage fees. Any time I tried to address a problem, it was obvious that the girls were poisedfor a counter punch.They charged the insurance company $6,000+ for a small amount of damage. (See picture – the damageis just below the license plate. The hatchback worked just fine and none of the sensors were affected.The damage was cosmetic.) The friend who backed up into my car had FAR more damage than I had andshe brought her new vehicle to Gerber Collision Specialists and had her truck back in 13 days.I should have checked out Yelp before bringing my car there because other people have had the sameexperiences as myself. Consider yourself fortunate that you checked Yelp first!

I use Hendrick Luxury Collision for repair work on my car after hit-and-run accident. My car involved substantial damage and the work that this shop did was nothing short of spectacular. I took my BMW X5 to Hendrick Luxury Collision after an accident on the interstate. It was so quick and simple to get the preliminary estimate from Hendrick. I worked with Abby who helped me right away and was thorough in her preliminary assessment of the damage and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. This was my first accident and I was overwhelmed at the prospect of dealing with repairs, insurance, etc. Abby handled it all. My car ended up being totaled so I cannot attest to the quality of repair work, but based on my lengthy experience with Abby during the assessment/appraisal/insurance process I am confident the work would have been done professionally and in a timely manner. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, I will be back at Hendrick.
They repaired some body work for my car. It took a while only because parts were needed, but they did a great job communicating with me via text every day. My service guy was named Randall, and he also responded to text or phone calls promptly. My car was fixed good as new.
The service and my contact person could not have been better. He was in constant contact with me, keeping me totally informed. I would recommend Hendrick Collision 100%. Chris and Dean were wonderful! It was such an easy experience.

Absolutely horrible... I dealt with Randall.. He at first sounded very knowledgeable and friendly but after a few times of speaking with him, its clear hes neither or he just doesnt care. The reviews for this business speak for themselves. My 2017 BMW was wrecked and I had it sent to this place based on the fact that I purchased the vehicle from Hendrick. It sat in the parking lot for two straight weeks before they even pulled it in to start the tear down and evaluation process.. Which took no more than a day to complete... Mind you Randall gave every lying excuse in the world as to why it wasnt pulled in sooner... The shop came up with approx 24k in damages and soon after the insurance company also came to that approx evaluation.. I just didnt trust the place at this point and I had my vehicle sent to Body Works Plus for a second opinion... Long story short, they took a little longer than a week thoroughly tearing down my BMW and giving a proper evaluation and ultimately came up with 55k in damages to my vehicle.... My car was Totaled soon after by the insurance company. To me, that big of a difference in numbers is absolutely rediculous and it shows exactly why Hendrick luxury collision has such horrible reviews. Im sure Rick Hendrick doesnt know whats going on here and I guarantee if he did hed get it straight... Very surprised to get Such horrible service from a Hendrick facility. Makes me wonder how many vehicles they repaired and put back on the road, that just arent properly repaired. Its scary to think thats exactly what would have happened to me if my gut didnt push me to get the second opinion.

The two Customer Service Representatives were very unprofessional and rude. The short blonde one told me I could call the BMW dealership after I was told by her that transportation wasnt provided. After I called and asked, CS rep called them. The tall Redhead said that no one told her to call. The short blonde said I told her she could call. The tall Redhead put her finger up to her lips indicating to stop talking. I had told the tall Redhead that what she was saying wasnt true. I had dealership Representative on cell and was standing in front of Redhead and blonde CS Representative. When the Collision Center Advisor Justin French (Im still standing at the counter) asked if I was his customer, I said I didnt know. The short blonde turned her back to us and didnt answer. He asked the tall Redhead and then told me he was. The color of money is green.

Worthless to have your car fixed here. Will never use or recommend this business again. My car has been sitting in their collision center for 2 weeks now with extremely minimal damage and no work even performed yet. Hendrick Honda most likely could have fixed it in days. Very poor administration, customer service. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional for a “luxury collision center”.
