I recently stopped by to take a look at a used F-Type and was assisted by Matthew Smith. Matt ended up being able to secure a brand new 2022 with every option I wanted for next day pickup. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am not a person who likes to spend the day at the dealership when buying a car. Nearly everything was handled through text/phone and I spent about 20 minutes in the actual dealership signing paperwork and then leaving in my new Jag. Great people - ask for Matt!

Hi I just wanted to leave this experience at the Jaguar dealership in charlotte. I had such a great experience there. I had Gregg Davis as my salesperson. I had been having a lot of difficulty deciding on a car. I actually changed my mind three times between a jag and a Range Rover. Sounds like a nightmare, but Gregg was so patient and encouraging, never pushy which made me so comfortable. I finally made a decision and am so happy with my decision. We definitely need another dealership in Charlotte!!!!! It is impossible to get anyone on the phone! I waited 3 weeks to get an appointment for a diagnostic on my vehicle and once they received my vehicle I never heard from the dealership! I waited 10 days and even then I had to call them just for someone to take my number to call me back! I wish I never had to deal with this place again!
Just bought a used Jaguar, wanted to get a multipoint inspection to check over my purchase...was told they cant get a car in service for at least 6 to 8 weeks?! Im sure I would have spent quite a bit of money with them over the next few years but I guess I will look elsewhere. What kind of service is that?!
First, the new facility is beautiful. I really enjoyed the service drive-in. The floors have cameras that check alignment and tires that show on a screen inside and you can see if your car needs those services. The check-in area is beautiful, very airport-ish. I had Kevin and he totally redeemed himself 😊we even talked about it. He let me know upfront what to expect when I got my car back, explained the process in layman’s terms so I’d understand. I ordered a rental/loaner and that process was quick and smooth. Next morning, my car was completed, cleaned and ready. Check out was quick, recommended services updated and I was out of there! The best interaction one could ask for when getting car serviced.
My experience was by far the best of any other dealership. Andy is knowledgable, very helpful, a great communicator and has answered my calls even months later if I have any questions. He will definitely be the reason Id return as well as recommend to others Jaguar of Charlotte, Independence Blvd.

They had my car for days before I got a diagnostic report. I called and texted the numbers provided and no one would call me back. Finally I started calling the dealership directly and on 4 different occasions was promised a call backWithin an hour only to have to call back again myself. Service managers, shop managers no one ever called back. They ended up giving me a loaner vehicle but it took over a week to get the repairs done. Not great service.
The new building looks great, the people were very friendly, and Samantha went above and beyond during our purchase and service! Would recommend!

I arrived at the dealership with a concern that the flap to my gas tank could not be opened. That was resolved very quickly. In addition they discovered that one of my tires had a slash on it. Again very quickly they mounted a new tire to reslove the pdroblem

Im going to start with four stars for Jaguar of Charlotte after reading some earlier reviews. I have been coming to this location for about a year and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. My Jag is a newer model which I purchased elsewhere. Nothing but great service and exceptional customer service via Mario and Kevin. Loaner service exceptional! In fact Im currently looking at the 2022 Ranger Rover Sport which I was immediately assisted with when I started looking. Perhaps management does read the reviews and address the concerns as they arise. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. P.S. They dont seem to have a lot of colorful cars!!! lol

Kevin Walburn has been amazing both times I’ve been in since purchasing my vehicle. Communication was excellent and he was very thorough. Even though I told him I wasn’t in a hurry this trip, and that they could take their time, my vehicle was ready earlier than I expected. I had regular updates throughout the time my car was being serviced. Waiting area was comfortable as well. I’ll ask for Kevin every time going forward. The level of customer service at this dealership is unparalleled and will keep me coming back for years to come.

My wife and I were recently traveling from North Carolina back home to New Orleans. While driving on the Interstate north of Charlotte we were unable to avoid running over an object in the middle of the Interstate. We stopped at the Land Rover dealership in Charlotte to have them check things out. Of course we didnt have an appointment, however Preston Caldwell was able to get our vehicle into the service area right away. It turned out to be a very minor problem which they were able to quickly repair so we could get back on the road. Preston delivered excellent customer service and we were very impressed.

Pheira was an excellent salesperson to work with. We had not intended to buy a Jaguar, but my wife was intrigued. I wanted her to drive other vehicles to compare, and Pheira encouraged her to do so. No pressure. No showing us 9% rates and making us haggle down. Overall great buying experience.
They gave us a loaner that was dirty inside and out. Not a real big deal but its Jaguar. The rental only had 70 miles left in the tank. Thats a bigger deal. Took from first thing Friday morning until the following Thursday evening to get a Thermostat replaced. Really? Called 4-5 times Thursday morning because I was told Wednesday at that latest and couldnt get a human on the phone. Thats even a bigger deal. The service is usually great but this time around, Bubbas garage would have done a better job.

I had a tremendous experience with the team @ Jaguar, Charlotte. 90% of my purchase was done virtually and I got to know several members of the team from Jeff Johnson to Will and Matt Smith, to help finalize my transaction once I got onsite.In knowing my target vehicle, the price was competitive, their consultative way in offering a secondary finance option saved me 3% and they were so professional through the whole experience. The onsite team echoed the excellent customer service experience and I could not be more pleased with my purchase.I drove over 3 hours for pickup, they handled the current health events with such class and even arranged for a return of my rental, so I could leave it on the lot. This team really set the standard in how virtual car-buying can be done.
Very little variety, mostly due to space constraints. Pricing on used units is not competitive when matched against other local dealers. Best deals are found elsewhere. Have visited the lot in three occasions and have never been greeted (I dont mean hassled, just waived hello would suffice). There is a new location being built just down the street... surely things will improve with the addition.

Disappointing product and disappointing service. Continuing trouble with our F Pace infotainment system. No audio from any source. Did a system reset and it worked for a day. I was at the dealer a month ago for an update that was supposed to allow updates over the air. No loaner and the dealer is an hour away. Now they cant fix it over the air and its another hour there and back and again no loaner for this repair. Certainly not a luxury experience.
We had the absolute best experience working with Neil Persad at Jaguar Land Rover Charlotte! Our 2019 Discovery, that we purchased from him a year ago, was totaled in a hurricane and he went above and beyond to help us find a new car that we would love just as much. On 3/3/21 I had car serviced for rear wheel bearings repair and tire pressure system fault light remaining on continuously. Car was picked up on 3/8/21 at which time tire pressure light is off, two TPMS sensors reported replaced. Cost $519.44On 3/10/21 the TPMS LIGHT COMES BACK ON. Spoke with Advisor Kevin Walburn, returned to dealership on 3/11/21. Now told the rear TPMS sensor need to be replaced because they were not Jaguar brand. They had functioned find for several years. I dont know why the first diagnostic did not reveal this. He offers to not charge me for labor of replacing do my inconvenience of having to return. The cost for parts was 329.94 for two more sensors which I could not afford and did not get so ight is still on.I have utilized Jaguar(Scott and then Hendrick) for service ongoing and never before had problem with not getting service completed and receiving costly misdiagnosis.
I must say Jaquar of Charlotte did an excellent job in providing and programming my new key fob for my recently purchased 2015 Jaquar Rtype super charged .Tony Diorio along with Kevin Walburn aswell as Supervising manager Jeff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of .Ive always dreamt of owning a Jaquar and that day has finally come and now that Ive meet and worked with a great team who is very knowledgable of jaquar Its safe to say not only will I be back but I look forward to my next Jaquar and I think Ive already spotted the perfect luxury dad wag in the jaquar station wagon that completely blew me away on your lot .If the good lord will it that will be my next purchase and I would gladly purchase it from you guys ...signed customer for life Terry C.Green Thank you for everything....

Brian Hill really went to bat for me during my recent lease experience. I am a new home owner with a new mortgage, new bills, etc., which really makes my credit look like it is less than ideal, even though I pay all of my bills on time. Brian went through the uncomfortable process of working with his finance department to get me to my target lease payment. This is my second time dealing with Brian, and I look forward to working with him again!
