Jamie is awesome! My wife and I have worked with her for our car insurance needs for years and she has always been knowledgeable and helpful. When I had a car accident that didnt have a favorable outcome (I was not at fault and it was clear from the police report), Jamie and JC fought for me in assisting to plead my case that I wasnt at fault. You can tell that they genuinely care for their customers and treat them like family. Its always a pleasure to do business with them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ALLSTATE OFFICE!!! I have been trying for months to have a vehicle dropped from my policy that my daughter has insured with another Allstate office. Have spoken to three different people and mentioned that my rate should have gone down from dropping the other vehicle. nONE of them told me the vehicle was still on my policy. My daughters agent contacted them months ago. And when I wanted to cancel the policy entirely was told I would be charged an early termination fee of more than $150 when it states on the internet that Allstate has no early termination fee. They are awful!!!!

I had all of my insurance policies thru Allstate for the last 5 years. Zero late payments and zero non payments. I even had renters insurance through them before becoming a homeowner 5 years ago. earlier this year, when I was 7 months pregnant, I got into my first ever accident (I have never had an accident or a ticket on my driving record...I’m 29), where there were two dents in another persons rear bumper caused by me, and zero damage to my car. I sent in pictures of the damage and of the person I hit to show she had zero injuries. There was very little communication from Allstate while they were reviewing the claim. The next thing I know, I get emailed a premium renewal where my rate had gone up over $800 a year!!! I expressed concern to my agent, JC, who’s response was there was nothing he could do, the claim they paid for my accident was an exaggerated claim by the plaintiff but they paid it without consulting me so my rates increased significantly. He also informed me I didn’t qualify for accident forgiveness because I had previously chosen the cheaper plan option (I’m a single mom). I found slightly better coverage through a competitor for the rate I was paying prior to my accident. I emailed JC to let him know I would be terminating both of my policies and he offered zero response. Allstate was awesome...until I actually needed them. They blindly paid an admittedly false claim that caused my premium to nearly double-this is absolutely unacceptable and unappreciated for the years of hassle free and claim free business I gave them and the rest of my family has given them.

JC and team have been fantastic. They listened to my familys needs and saved me money from my previous provider. They are also extremely responsive and go above and beyond for their clients. I have been very happy with their services and will continue to work with them.

I would say please be alert when getting a quote from this agent. I had a quote with him and it was a few hundred dollars more than what I had with my current insurance, so I decided not to go with him. He asked how much Im paying for now. Even tho Im not obligated to do so I tried to be nice and told him the premium. Instead of explaining why his quote was so high, he laughed at me and said it cant be true and I can never get a price anywhere for that coverage. I havent received a quote at that high price range in a while so I felt its strange. So I later got an online quote from Allstate website directly (all info/coverage being the same) and it was still significantly lower than the one he provided. In the end I felt hes trying to rip me off. I posted my experience on yelp and the agent even asked yelp to delete my review!

I’m very satisfied with the service I got from this insurance company especially from Theresa Eget. She respond right away if we have any questions regarding our insurance. Very helpful!!!!

My windshield is cracked. I wanted to submit a claim with Allstate and called. They would not accept my claim unless I scheduled the repair while on the phone and I had to schedule with Safelite. Literally forced to schedule and they wouldnt accept the claim.I called my agency and they werent listening to my complaint.

I do not normally write reviews, however when you use a company that repeatedly goes above and beyond it should be recognized. We have used JC, Uptown Insurance for many years. He Insures all of our vehicles/property as well as our childrens vehicles. His staff is prompt and knowledgeable. I cant imagine using ANYONE else for our insurance needs. I have even needed to call JCs cell phone on the weekend for an emergency and he answered and helped answer my questions. No other insurance company I have had in the past works to make sure our cars/property are properly covered and saves us money in the process. I recently purchased Renters insurance from JC Alvarado Allstate Insurance. Zahra was so professional and answered all my questions and calmed my nerves as I downed sized from a home to an apartment. I really appreciated the welcome email as that made me not feel like another account but a member. I do look forward to getting more coverage through this company in the future. I have always been very weary about the big name insurance companies. I was referred to this specific agency. Ms. Zahra McCall was my initial contact. Her pleasant tone and knowledge of their products placed me at ease being able to allow JC and the Allstate team over there to earn my business. The longer I am with the agency, the more things I will be transferring over to them. Zahra, Jc and THIS Allstate team has been a huge change in my perception to big insurance and they will be my sole insurance provider. Customer service and product savvy is second to no one I have come into contact with. I am thoroughly impressed
