Service King provided a great experience. My car was hit in a parking lot (thankfully the person who hit it left a note on my windshield) and caused some cosmetic damage that required replacing a part in the back and some painting. Service King was honest with me about the timeline due to high demand (about 2-3 weeks to complete everything). Natalie was very efficient, friendly and informative. Matt communicated with me the whole time providing updates. When my vehicle was supposed to be ready on a Friday evening, he let me know that Hyundai sent them a damaged part, and he didn’t want to send me home with it on my vehicle so he was waiting for a replacement to arrive by Monday. By Tuesday night, I had my vehicle back, exactly 2 weeks after I dropped it off. The repairs looked great and they cleaned the inside and outside of my vehicle for me. Everyone was professional and kind throughout the process. I would definitely recommend using Service King.
This was my 4th time coming to Service King and every time I always have a great experience! The customer service is always excellent, they always take great care of my car and I never have to wait long. Every time they return my vehicle to me it always looks Brand new. I never thought id be happy i made a claim,but between state farm reccomending service king and then savannah and matt at service king making everything so easy,my car looks better than it did when i got it, kept me updated every step and got done in under a week. Not to mention my car was filthy they washed it and detailed it.

I highly recommend Service King. They are highly professional, personable and accommodating and honest. Margarita the administrative assistant is very professional and nice. I needed to take my car in for various scratches on the hood and trunk. Mason was super sweet. It was raining he took the initiative to dry the rain off and do a test area to check and see if the scratches would lift or if he needed to go ahead and write me up an estimate. Turned out the scratches lifted with whatever he used and My vehicle didn’t require an expensive estimate or service. How awesome is he!!!!! He was very knowledgeable and professional and honest. I couldn’t thank him enough. If you need body work, painting and the likes I recommend Service King ask for Mason. To top it off the establishment had various vehicles being looked at/ repaired. So they receive consistent business for their great work! I highly recommend them.

I had an accident and I took my car to service king and it was was fixed super quickly. They sent me updates as the process took place and scheduling and pick up was very quick and efficient!
This being my first time at a body shop, I didnt know what to expect. It turned out to be a simple and pleasant experience. First, I setup an appointment over the phone with Tammy. Next, I came in for the estimate and I spoke with Carl. He was very honest and upfront with me about how the damage needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. After I handed off this information to the insurance company, I was able to bring my car in and leave it at the shop until it was finished. I found the location to be very convenient because The Body Shop is adjacent to an Enterprise Car Rental lot (not even 10 yards away). When it was time to pick my car up I was happy to see that the repair job was FLAWLESS. Probably looked better than when it was brand new. Also, Im pretty sure that they cleaned the inside of my car a bit too (I noticed the carpets had been freshly vacuumed)!To sum it up, I had a great experience here and will use The Body Shop for all my collision repair needs in the future. They were honest, they did a fantastic job, AND they cleaned the inside of my car! What more could you ask for?

They handled the incident with respect and courtesy and even handled the additional claim information with the insurance company (Allstate), which tried to minimize their expense by sending me a check for $685 when the damages were well over $2k!! Bad experience but eventually got it worked out. It took them 3 days to just look and write up an estimate for my vehicle. Then they said it would be fixed at the end of that week. When that day came, they said something happened and that they needed another part and that it would be next week. When that day came something else apparently and that it would be later the second week. When that day came, when they were supposedly cleaning up my car for delivery, they noticed something wrong that was pointed out when I initially dropped the vehicle off. After finally getting my vehicle back after 3 extensions later, they still managed to mess up my car. My battery was just about dead from sitting for 3 weeks. They managed to put my windshield washer nozzles on backwards so they dont even spray my windshield. I found interior panels off my vehicle for some reason even though I did not have any repairs made. My headlight they replaced did not get aimed and does not project properly. The grille on my hood was left loose, all the bolts that hold it on were started but never tightened down. They over filled my coolant tank. This is all that I have found so far. They will also tell you they want to make sure everything is okay with your vehicle before returning it to you when its not finished 100 times.Update: After returning for the fixes on my vehicle, the manager was very helpful and took care of all the fixes my vehicle needed. I wish my vehicle had this attention at first but they made sure I was satisfied with everything before I left. The manager was very helpful in handling my one off case.Second Update: Found bolts for safety crash tubes not screwed in all the way. MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN! Also have had alignment check done elsewhere and found that they did not fix or perform an alignment on my vehicle! Unacceptable!!

I can’t recommend Service King enough! Mason was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish! I’ve had 3 body shop experiences, and this was by far the best! My car looks as good as new, and Mason went the extra mile to make sure it was handled as if it were his own. The automated txt messages with updates were great, and Mason even sent several of his own txt messages with pictures of the progress. World class service!
After having a unpleasing experience in my past with a collision shop, I was very cautious on who I choose to service my vehicle... with that being said, I google several collision shops in Chlt, and was intrigued with Service King reviews, so I chose Service King to service my vehicle and ... when I tell you ... A1 Service, AWESOME body work and customer service. The whole team made my experience easy breezy. Service King kept me informed and at ease through the whole process, Aaron (The MANAGER) extended me a courtesy ride to pick up a rental after I was left stranded by the rental company. I have been to this location twice to get my car fixed. They have been very helpful, courteous and their service has been fast. These people know good customer service. I will continue using Service King for any auto body repairs.
Its never a good day to have to get body work done, but Carl and Tammy made it very easy to deal with getting my car fixed. Once I had contacted my insurance company and told them I would like to use the Body Shop, they handled everything. The coordinated getting the estimate approved and the repair work so I could get my car back as quickly as possible.When the insurance company made a mistake on the billing, Tammy caught it before the repair work was completed and Carl handled the issue with one phone call. By the time I picked up the car it had been resolved and I didnt have to worry about getting additional reimbursement from my insurance company.Overall, it was about as painless as it could be and I had my car back in less than a week. The repair work came out perfect, you could never tell that the car was ever damaged, it looks as good as new! I hope I dont have to use their services again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to bring my car back to the Body Shop.
I opted to go outside of my insurances preferred repair shops. I stumbled on The body Shop via Google, and read the reviews. It seems that everyone loved them, and their work.I called and began what I would feel was a great experience. Everyone who works there, has been there forever..10, 15, 20 years, and they treated my car like it was there own!My insurance company suggested I use a specific rental company, but I found that Enterprise is directly next door, only having to walk about 200 feet. They were awesome too, and even upgrade me for very little extra, over what my ins co. was paying them.During the process, I was informed about my car, and it was well taken care of. It did take a little longer on the repair, as they estimated 1 1/2 weeks, and I was in my rental for 17 days, but to me that only means that it was because they wanted to make sure it was done the right way, and not rush through it.I would take my car there, anytime!!!

Such great service! I had two cars repaired here, and Carl did such a fabulous job. I was rear ended in a Jeep back in November. My Jeep was at Hendrick Collision Center supposedly getting repaired. During this time, I was driving a new Volvo I just got after the accident. On the way to school, a Charlotte city truck with rocks was in front of me. The rocks were uncovered, and they flew out and completely chipped the hood and roof of my new Volvo. The Volvo dealership recommended The Body Shop. Carl did an amazing job at painting my car. He went above and beyond and did more than he needed to. I am so pleased with the way it looks. In the meantime, I was having a terrible experience with my Jeep at Hendrick Collision Center. They had my Jeep for three months and did no work to it at all. I ended up taking my Jeep away from Hendrick Collision Center and bringing it to Carl. He was more than happy to search for parts and repair the whole thing. He had it done in a matter of weeks. If I had taken my Jeep to Carl instead of the Hendrick Collision Center, I would have had it back many months earlier. I cannot brag enough as to how good of a job Carl did to fix the Jeep. It was a totaled car, and now it looks brand new. I highly recommend The Body Shop!

I went to the company since it is close to UNCC. They did a wonderful job at replacing my fender and did it in a timely manner. When I picked up my vehicle they also washed the car along with cleaning up the wheels. The owner is a very polite person who told me how they paint the parts. Very enlightening!
My insurance told me to take my van here (service king on tryon) after a accident. I asked if they could fix the van. They said they could. I thought everything was going well. They fixed all the cosmetic damage bumper, grill, and hood and did a seemingly good job. However they told me my check engine light was likely just from a cold start and cleared the code. As soon as i drive away the check engine light comes back on. So I bring it back and it is only now that they inform me that I have a problem with my engine and they can fix that too. So why did you tell me it was from a cold start? Why did you give it back to me not fixed? Not trustworthy enough to do business with.In response to your response: they called I said this to them. Still nothing. Ill be waiting.

I got in a accident the Friday before Christmas and was in a bad space. It took me 2 weeks to get my truck to the shop, but ince I did the staff did everything that they could to put my mind at ease. Daniel was great from the beginning of the process to the end. I didnt feel like a customer but moreso like a friend.Hopefully I wont total another eeeeever.
I had a terrible experience with them; and Kenny allowed my car to take too long to get repaired. Aaron did the best he could to try and make up things to me, but it took 44 days to repair 2 doors and a runner. The initial estimate was low and it almost tripled by the time they were done and the job was not done with care, professionalism and still had to go back 2 more times. It was highly unacceptable and I would have a hard time recommending them to any of my friends. They got 2 stars because Aaron was nice about things and kept me informed.Update as of 12/19/17I contacted Kenny again because my drivers side passenger window stopped working. I had to take it back 2 more times but, I can say Kenny/Aaron finally fixed it. I just hope to not have anymore issues with my Yukon Denali XL.

I had the experience of using the Body Shop and Collision Center recently. Although being in an accident is never pleasant, The Body Shop made my experience wonderful. They explained the entire process, they were on time with the completion, and the Shop itself was immaculate. I will be referring them in the future.

A friend recommended TBSCC to me after someone scratched the hell out of my brand new Ford Fusion. I have had other companies do work for me, but I have never had the quality I got from Carl and company. My car looks like it did 3 months ago when I drive it off the sales lot. I would definitely go back again. Also conveniently located next to an Enterprise. I even left my rental car in TBSCCs lot and Enterprise drove it back to their place for me. As long as I am living in the Charlotte area (Mooresville) I will use this shop. I cant say enough good things about them.
Repair was done (very well) in only a few days. Communication was constant via automatic text message updates.
I have pretty bad luck. Unfortunately in the last 3 years I have been rear-ended 3 times! I cannot express enough gratitude towards Carl Patterson and The Body Shop Collision center for helping me each and every time. The first time I was hit was in my black VW Jetta. The car needed a whole new trunk and Carl actually used a trunk from a red Jetta but you would never know by how flawless the paint job was. His work is incredible and the shop is cleaner than some peoples homes! It is such a great relief knowing that whenever these silly accidents take place I have a friend to turn to and put everything back together again. The Body Shop Collision Center is my body shop for life!

I set an appointment to have my car worked on in late November of this year. It is now the middle of December and when I called to check on the status I was told that the parts have just come in and it will be at least another week.
