The only reason they are receiving one star is because zero stars is not an option. They completely botched a simple order for pipe and drape, and only delivered about half of what we ordered. That was followed up by excuses and finger pointing in addition to a flagrant mistruth. Pricing is also exorbitant, for example $20 to rent a power strip that you can buy for $10.

I am new to the company within the past 7 Months. I can say that I have had a completely different experience than previous reviews. Even though there have been long hours, late nights, early mornings, and deadline stress Ive enjoyed my time with SBMG.

I provided assistance to this company for 1 day. I helped set up an off-sight event. Moving 75 inch screen TVs, large trestles, and AV equipment for 16 hours on a Saturday. It took them 2 and half months to cut me a check for my duties. I called after one month and the first check got lost in the mail, even though they verified that they had my proper mailing address. I asked professionally if the check could be sent to their Rochester location so I could pick it up, rather than have it lost in the mail again. It still took a month to get it. The manager then had the nerve to say I was acting unprofessional regarding the situation. Horrible company. I dont recommend anyone using their service, or working for them.

They offer a good service. But take forever to pay their workers.
