STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUP!! My daughter and family were looking to purchase a home in Charlotte. They hired them to check for mold because they have two small children and allergy issues. They would not have purchased the home if there was mold. After a few months in their home they were all getting sick, didn’t think it could be mold because they had it inspected by this company. They had a contractor over to check vents. He found SEVERE mold issues in their vents. The contractor showed them and he couldn’t believe an inspection wouldn’t find this. It took him a few minutes to find. It cost my daughter over $40,000 to remove the mold and replace systems. The worse is how SICK my 4 year old and 1 year old grandchildren have been!! This company shows no remorse and takes no accountability for their inspection!
