They are extremely unresponsive! There is no way to get a hold of anyone. I have been calling the cell number of my technician for three days and he is not calling back. I have called the number listed on their website (their office) and I cannot get past the robo answering machine. No one ever does respond. And there is no way to leave a message. They change technicians every other month! They must be awful to work for as well work with! I would not get a contract with them for sure. I paid ahead, and now they have my money!

I had them to come and remove what ever in my attic and it did not get done, he said it was mices if so they are pretty big mice that are moving thingsI was not happy with the service

It has been over a month since they started the process of bat removal and clean up and it is still not complete. They dont show up when they say they will and dont let you know beforehand. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very pleasant company to deal with. Clearly the experts in their field. Many others told me incorrect information regarding the removal of bats until John, one of their wildlife biologist explained the process to me. The service was not cheap but given the fact that work was done on my roof line using 40ft ladders I did not expect it to be an inexpensive problem to solve. The work was done correctly the first time and warrantied. I would not hesitate to call them in the future and would recommend them to anyone searching for a honest company. It is no surprise Trutech has been in business for 25+ years.
