I have been extremely impressed with all of the service techs from this company. We use them at home and at work and every single one is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and thorough! They are also fair in their pricing and do not try to up-charge for different items when they come out. Very pleased with this service.

Jeff is always on time, always professional, always courteous to me and my fur family. He loves dogs and he fits in perfect with my home and family. He offers advice on things and answers all my questions politely. Wouldnt want any other technician. Jeff is the B-E-S-T!

Carolina Pest Management does a great job, they are always very friendly and professional! We have both a general pest service contract and a termite contract through them and they have been super easy to work with. The technicians always give us a call when they are heading to our house, and scheduling is easy. I really appreciate the text reminder about scheduling the quarterly pest treatments as well, it can be hard to remember when the next one is coming up.

We have been using a competing sevice for a long time, but still had a bugs and thought we were going to take more drastic action. We decided to give Carolina Pest Management a shot first and we haven’t seen a single bug since. Our technician, Troy, was great - very helpful and thorough in taking care of our problems. Also love that they have a “green” option. Would HIGHLY recommend.
