My wife and I, along with our two kids were stranded at a gas station just outside of Charlotte due to a car problem. The tow truck could only carry two of us. We called Gilberts Transportation. He said he would be there in 16 minutes. He was there in 12 minutes. He was very courteous and friendly. We only needed to be driven a few miles. He was wonderful. I highly recommend him if you need transportation in the Charlotte area.

Gilberts transport was excellent!! I needed to get to the airport after dropping a car off. Gilbert was right on time, very friendly. We talked on the way to the airport, hes a good man with a good business! Id recommend him to anyone and Ill definitely be calling him when I get back into town.

I did not get picked up even after reservation multiple days in advanced and a text confirming pickup. I called right away and he said he did not have my reservation so I sent him a screenshot of his confirmation. Not a perfect record so not a perfect google review score!
