Appointment at 11 showed up at 1030, nice people in office assigned a dock right away was looking great now its 130 now still havent felt a single shack from my trl!!!

Typical shipper, arrive at 1115 for 12 appt. Check in get assigned door, dont start loading until 1215, take full 5 hours to load, out at 415
