Cargo Logistics has literally been the answer to my prayers.I have had serious issues with my international transport broker for the past 3 months. (I am not printing the brokers company name here as I still have at least a month before my shipment arrives, but you can contact me directly for such.) What was originally estimated to be 40 days of shipment has already reached over 8 weeks and will be at least 13 weeks by the time I finally receive it. They have supplied very little information and when they do, it is repeatedly incorrect information and charges to the tune of thousands over our original contracted price.I have spent weeks researching laws and applicable fees, tracking down all the contractors and subcontractors hired by my transport broker. I spoke with the CBP, Price Transfer LLC, trucking companies, attorneys, etc. Even the FMC (Federal Trade Commission) is involved at this point. Needless to say, the trail led me to Cargo Logistics.Staying within their legal confines, Cargo Logistics guided me into having issues resolved, fees being reversed or credited, necessary documents being completed correctly and submitted, explaining terms and charges associated with the trade, contacting international counterparts... the list goes on and on. Their General Manager, Chad Rundle, was extremely helpful and more than instrumental in rectifying many issues. He and his company were professional, transparent and knowledgeable.My only wish was that Cargo Logistics was not just a wholesale company so your everyday citizen such as myself could hire them directly. If so, I would direct everyone in need of international shipping to make a beeline straight to Cargo Logistics door. That being said, I would suggest that when hiring a broker, specifically ask them if they work with Cargo Logistics and, if not, would they.
