Horrible.... would not recommend to anyone. Customer service was bad in all areas

The people here are very professional & provide quality work. They also specialize in the repair and maintenance of Volvos which a lot of other dealers refuse to deal with.

A garage that knows what they are doing. We have an old 1985 350 carbonated engine that’s been running poorly lately. They diagnosed the issues and got it up and running great, at a decent price and super fast. Highly recommend

Within 15 to 20 min of the pre-purchase inspection the mechanic had located a slew of problems in which they highly recommended I dont buy unless I was looking for a project and even still it wasnt worth there asking price. Phenomenal service! Mary and her shop were my Christmas miracle. I was involved in a car accident before Christmas and was struggling with insurance to get my car fixed before traveling to see my family. I took my Rav4 down to her and within a day, she had it up and running so I could get home. She also kept the costs down to a minimum. She was very kind and made me feel like a priority. I will be recommending her to all my family and friends!!

I love this place, its candy basket and its ancient chihuahua. I bought a Volvo that had been serviced here and decided to keep that rolling. Im glad I did because I feel like I stumbled upon a gem. They are honest, hardworking and warm. Its like Cheers, but in a garage setting. On top of that Mary is there for all the woman, or men, who dont quite understand whats going on and what the lingo means. Theyre wonderful and definitely worth visiting!

We had a vehicle taken to LPS for a brake issue they were close and the reviews seemed good, due to being on a fixed income decided not to have vehicle repaired at this time! They charged a $50 diagnostic fee to so called test drive it and put it on a rack! Ive taken vehicles to several shops over the years and never heard of such a thing !

Had a few minor problems with my 1982 Jeep Scrambler that I was unable to take care of myself. I showed up, dropped it off, and they went to work. The crew at LP are extremely nice and keep you updated every step of the way. Knowledgeable mechanics and just an over all good experience. If I have future problems that I cant take care of myself, LP will definitely be the first I call.

Honest, Reasonable and very Reliable! I am over the moon to have come across this company for my Volvo.
