Whites Automotive is probably the most informative garage in the area.Last year my engine died and they were not only able to help me, they took the time to bring me back to see the engine and point out to me exactly what had happened.Unfortunately, due to covid, they werent able to get an engine for several months, but I really only blame the pandemic. Any other garage would have had the same problem.In the end, Whites waived some additional fees, installed a brand new engine and I believe they pushed a bit and got me three free future oil changes.

Went there he said he knew exactly what was wrong with the car 200 dollars later was still doing the same thing called told him, he said bring it back hell try something else well... 2 weeks later its still messed up.. would not recommend

I highly recommend Bob & his worker they are very knowledgeable & very respectful if he makes an honest mistake he is willing to make it right. Neal tire messed something up and I took it to Bob and he fixed it. His rates are fair and not to expensive.

Ive gone here for years and everything about the service is spectacular. In many other places there is always the question of whether or not they priced you fairly for the work done, but not once has that question crossed my mind with bob. They are good people who know their trade.

He was terrible with time . My car has broken down 3 times since we went to him. As a student at Eastern Illinois University, I don’t have money to waist . I thought I could trust him, but now the problem is worse. There was no water in the transmission before we left the car with him and now we have a car that is stuck on the side of the road in a completely different t state. Don’t go to him ...save yourself from having additional problems.

They are kind and friendly. So honest and will tell you exactly what youre paying for. Will work with you if need be. I will always reccomend them

Ive had 3 vehicles within 7 years and Bobby is the only one I allow to work on my vehicles. Hes trustworthy, good at what he does and is just all around a good person.

Bob got my truck in and knew what he was doing. He treated me with the upmost respect and price was reasonable. This shop is full and always turning vehicles which is a good sign they are doing a good job.

Called for an estimate and someone was supposed to call me back. Day 3 and still call back, several months later and never received a call back ....glad I took my car somewhere else!!

Im really in love with this place! They fixed my car within a day and for a very reasonable price. I recommend this place to anyone.
