The team at AWS was fantastic. They replaced our roof, gutters, and some siding that had been damaged. They used superior products, were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and highly responsive. Having to replace a small amount of damaged siding, they sent installers out with 48 hours perfectly matching the 20 year old siding and at a reasonable price. I’ve had both my roof and my windows replaced with AWS and would highly recommend both services to anyone in the market for a new roof or windows.Matt worked with me to replace the original windows from my 1970s townhouse. This was my first home ownership experience and he was great walking me through my options, including samples of different locking mechanisms. The installation team was efficient and professional.After a thunderstorm that resulted in some leaks, Spencer came out to inspect my roof. Sure enough I had damage and when the insurance team came out to inspect, Spencer came out as well to make sure the insurance company would accept the damage and pay for it. In the end the insurance company agreed that wind/hail damage had occurred and covered all but my deductible. This saved me thousands of dollars especially essential during the pandemic. Installation experience was just like the windows, efficient and professional. Spencer walked me through the entire process and made what could have been a stressful experience, a breeze.Overall, I will be using AWS for any future home in need of windows or roofs and recommend their services to other homeowners.

Took care of interfacing with my insurance company and working with the inspector and ensured they paid for the roof replacement. I worked with AWS to repair my roof and siding and the process was seamless. They explained everything, had me make some decisions about colors, etc. and then they started, finished, and cleaned up and the whole thing was stress free. Very pleasant folks and when Ive had follow up issues - like changing the size of a fixture or something and requiring a a new cap - theyve been very helpful. Will use again.

We contacted AWS about some wind damage to our roof and, after inspection, decided to put in a claim for a full roof replacement through insurance. Alex at AWS handled everything related to the claim: he filled out the paperwork, met with the adjustor, followed up with our insurance, and scheduled all the contractors related to some additional interior damage. We were very impressed with the professionalism and quick response from AWS. Weve already referred them to our neighbors, who are also looking for a roof replacement.And needless to say, we love our new roof and the quality is outstanding! It is not often that I write reviews but I had to for AWS. I am a 2 time customer. They did a great job replacing my siding several years ago and this past week 9/1/2020 AWS replaced my roof. Not only has AWS helped me throughout the years with my own personal residences by providing roof and window repairs/replacements, but AWS have been absolutely amazing with helping all of our clients who are getting ready to put their homes on the market. They will go out to each of my listings, assess the roof for any type of storm/hail related damage and provide professional guidance to the Sellers as to whether they have storm/hail damage that they would recommend reporting their insurance company for restoration. In so many cases, and due solely to their spot-on assessments, the insurance companies agree to replace or provide a credit to have AWS replace our Sellers roofs... which is a HUGE asset to my clients when they are selling their homes. I hired AWS to find and fix a water leak in my roof. The technician (Roberto), showed up early and quickly went to work diagnosing the problem. He was exceptionally nice and professional and found where the water was making its way inside. He fixed the problem and we’ve been dry ever since. Additionally, the rest of the staff that I interacted with at AWS was very professional and my invoice was exactly what I was quoted in the estimate. A highly recommended company.

AWS Restorations did an outstanding job fixing our porch columns. Our old columns were rotting and falling apart. They were able to repair the columns using materials that will last a lifetime. The work was completed in one afternoon and the only evidence they were there was the fixed columns. We will be using AWS Restorations for all future projects and highly recommend them.

A few months back we noticed our gutters overflowing and water pouring over the sides. After the rain I wanted to see what the issue was so I had AWS Restorations come out to take a look. They didn’t charge for the inspection and were quick to figure out the issue, I had clogged gutters.I worked with Jason Sawyer. He was extremely patient and helpful when showing me the different types of gutters and gutter guards they offer. We decided to have Xtreme Guttered Guards installed. The installation was quick and we couldn’t be happier.

The office and the crews need to be more communicative with one another. The office tells us the crew would arrive at 8AM but our doorbell is set off by the crew at 645AM. The office tells us that replacing the roof would take one day yet it takes two. The worst part was the fact that they left their trailer in our parking spots and told us that they would be back to finish around 9AM-10AM the next day. That trailer was gone by 8AM the next morning, hours before the crew said they would be coming back.Poor communication from the beginning.
