Cheryl set a zoom call to talk about what kind of housing we were looking for along with just really getting to know us personally. Not only us, but our two daughters, ages 2 and 8 months. The first thing we told her was that our schedule is crazy due to work and our little ones, but she did not hesitate and was ready to work with us. A few days after our zoom meeting, we received a sweet card in the mail from Cheryl and it definitely got us more excited about looking for our first home. My husband and I never made it easy - we were juggling between possibly a townhome or a single family home and we also werent sure of the distance, but Cheryl was always patient and made sure to meet every need we had. Cheryl had an eye for detail - she would point things out that we would have never known or seen and she always gave her honest opinion . Theres this saying; People can talk the talk, but can they walk the walk?, Cheryl definitely talked the talk and walked the walk - she exceeded our expectation and more. I did want to mention that we do not have family here, so our girls had to go to every showing and we didnt know what kind of mood our girls would be in, but Cheryl always made it easy. Cheryl would do a walk through with us, tell us what she liked and disliked about the house and then she would keep our girls busy while my husband and I did another walk through (incase we missed anything) and then wed all talk about our thoughts and feelings afterwards. I can go on and on about how amazing Cheryl is, but one thing I can definitely say is that you will NOT be disappointed. Cheryl will forever have a place in our hearts and well always be reminded that Cheryl was a big reason why we got our home. My toddler created a special bond with Cheryl and cried when we said our byes after we closed, but I told my daughter that it wasnt a goodbye and that its more of a see you later, because Cheryl ended up becoming more of a friend to us than just our realtor.
