We operate a property management company in Rockville and have now mailed a commission check to her twice and since she states she has not received the check she has not proceeded to leave 2 negative reviews for our company. She also showed up to our office (without an appointment) looking for her check. I am sorry but we dont print checks on demand! Please call first, schedule a time and then stop by to pick up the check. And kindly stop putting negative reviews for no reason!

Yenifer Arriaza is by far the most unpleasant, unprofessional, rudest realtor that Ive ever heard speak. After a listing was already under contract, rather than update the property, she still accepted my application, ran my credit, and retained my application fees. I was not updated until almost a week later. When calling to inquire, she quickly became hostile, defensive, and verbally attack both myself and my agent. This company apparently needs to invest in customer service workshops for their agents.

My husband and I hired Cathy O’Donnell to help us sell my mother-in-law’s home in a literal scramble, after she fell and went to the hospital. I drove from Austin, TX, with my famous Chihuahua, Bella, and was overwhelmed with how to start the organizing, sorting, purging, clean-up, repairs, and everything else to get mother’s home ready to sell. Cathy O’Donnell, was there the day I arrived, ready to support whatever I needed. She brought her husband over on day two, to help me because I had locked myself out of the house. I needed a power washer - Cathy got them. I needed a locksmith, furniture mover, staging store recommendations, cleaners, Goodwill location, etc. Cathy had them lined-up, practically before I even asked. She knew what I needed before I did. But more importantly, on day three, and in every spare minute she had, she was helping me lift and move furniture, staging the home, and listening to me vent about what was going on. I’ve never met a realtor who worked that hard. I’m not kidding.After a thunderstorm, when the wind blew the Open House Ryder off the front yard sign, Cathy came and put it back on the hook. That was before I even walked outside (because I could have done it). She would stop by to check on the progress of work almost daily, with every crew. When I couldn’t get a reimbursement check back from a vendor, Cathy got it! It was like “Better Call Sal,” but it was “Better Call Cathy.”Mom’s house was ready in 10 days, Cathy priced it perfectly, and the house sold to the third buyer who saw it. This was while a roof was being installed, too! I chuckled because our house sold immediately while the other homes in the area started reducing their price!We had to go back to Texas after a few weeks, so Cathy helped us Close and sign all doc’s, from here. Every detail was handled. No stone left unturned.Cathy will never know how much I appreciate her. Unfortunately, I don’t live in Virginia, so I can’t hire her again. But, you can!!! Do yourself a favor....She works all over the Clifton/Fairfax/Centreville/Chantilly/Alexandria area (and more).Cathy O’Donnell is a ROCKSTAR.

I had a unpleasant experience with Sampson properties, I worked with miss Silvia Simmons, They do not notify you about properties no longer being available after urging you to apply for a home. I was not going to write a review at all b/c all I wanted was the money back that was wasted for an application due to this however I later found out this realtor or the one who referred us to her was discussing the issues we had with other people that have worked with her that I personally know and that is not acceptable in any way. Highly unprofessional and would not recommend, do not waste your time.

As a real estate agent for 14+ years, I decided to make a change to Samson primarily because of their incredible (almost seems to good to be true) commission structure. What I totally did not expect was the level of support they provide for their agents. Ive worked for some great brokerages, but none that offer the level of support that Samson does....and they seem to always be looking for more ways to support their agents. The only explanation for any agent not moving here is that they simply are not aware....that was certainly the case for me. But Im glad someone told me I should check them out....and Im so glad I made the change....should have done it a long time ago!

Horrible broker

Scott Ke is extremely rude and unprofessional. He had me wait for him several hours while he was fixing his car at the Chantilly Honda dealership. If you have a property, find a better realtor! Ridiculous.

This has to be the most unprofessional and disrespectful property company, I as a potential buyer, have ever come into contact with.When going through my buyer agent, the selling agent, Scott, was extremely unprofessional and rude. My agent requested information on Monday about the house from him based on submitting an offer on Sunday - Scott provided no response. After a phone call between agents, Scott indicated now others have now bid for the house as well and all are close in offer. My agent drafted another offer and it was sent off. Again, my agent requested confirmation on an adjusted receipt of offer on Tuesday - once again, no response from Scott. Then my agent called Scott and Scott told him that the sellers were, hard to get a hold of because they live in different states, etc etc and that they were having a conference call at 5 pm to discuss all offers on the table on Tuesday night. He never communicated any status update after that conference call, despite a request that evening. Scott waited until Wednesday morning shortly before 7 am saying that the, Sellers wanted to sleep on it. Over 12 hours later Scott texts our agent that the, Sellers ratified another offer.My agent expressed that he needed to inform his buyers of the news and asked if it was more than escrow. Here comes Scotts continue unprofessional and rude responses. He responds with one word, Yes. My agent asked, Escalation, Scott replied with one word again, Yes. Due to the constant jerking around, non-responsiveness, and smelling of foul play due to his continued elusiveness and blasé attitude, my agent responded, Thank you. My client will be very upset and I will follow this one closely. To which, Scott rudely replied, Great have at it.Dont EVER use this company if you know what is good for you. They are rude and even when I called them to speak to them on a different property, the receptionist was rude as well.I get on their website that they list multi-million dollar homes but, every dollar matters. Very very very bad, unprofessional. I didn’t get the name, but it looks likes this agency is ran by a short old lady. If you are looking for a real estate agent it’s better to find someone that is please to work with. It looks like most of the positive reviews for this company are left by other realtors, someone who they work with, or even its employees, which is a sign of misleading.

Spoke to Carissa Aftab. Saw a property on Zillow that I called her about for further details and possible showing. Not much information is posted on Zillow. Speaking to her was like pulling teeth. She didn’t even seem interested in selling the property because everything I asked her was a smart comment Or smug remark. She kept saying to look on the listing for all the details I need, even though I told her nothing is listed under there. I have a full-time well-established career, I have a business, I have my own home ... I’m pretty sure I can read. Definitely rude and I would never ever want to have her as my agent!! If you don’t like your job or business, quit!
