I have the experience of working with several different agents in that location and they were all very knowledgeable, professional, and so eager to assist me with my selling my quickly! Ive had a horrible experience working with Bay County Settlement working hand in hand with Century 21. They sent my commission check with USPS which is completely unacceptable, especially considering that they sent the check to the wrong address. In my experience, I have always had my checks overnighted by the title company and through a postal service like UPS or FedEx that allows for better tracking. They promised a check would be overnighted yesterday and that I would receive a call in regards to my check as well. However, Ive not received either the check or call and they didnt even provide me with a tracking number so I can look into this myself. I would not refer or recommend their services to any of my friends working in real estate.

I fully agree with previous comments as these agents and their manager are soulless people.I went through my banks (Navy Federal Credit Union) program called Realtyplus as my bank provides better rates for mortgage loans. Ive researched the new construction properties in Virginia since January before meeting with the agent- Mrs. Margie Barr who tried to steal the business away from Navy Federal to her relatives bank. When I brought up this issue to Realtyplus Manager - Donna who is based in CT supported the action of agent instead of helping Navy Federals members. I reached out to the Century 21 New Millennium Chantilly office Manger, Mr. Mark Stock who in turn supported the unethical business practices of his agent and it is a clear violation of article 6 of Realtors Code of Ethics. If any member from Navy Federal or anyone, please stay AWAY from Unethical, unprofessional and arrogant people,.
