I have gone to the salon for almost 3 years! They have a good selection of colors and comfortable massage chairs! Thy Is my favorite nail technician and she does an amazing job every single time! She will not let me leave until my nails are perfect!

Made a reservation here day of for 5 people on a Friday afternoon for my wedding that weekend and they were able to fit us all in. Great service and experience! I got a regular pedicure and gel manicure. The matching polish sets were great so there wasn’t any mismatch in color. The price was EXCELLENT too! Definitely recommend!

Had an EXCELLENT no-frills pedicure ($30) in a relaxing, clean space and my feet feel great. Very gentle pedicurist; I was so relaxed I fell asleep. :) Will definitely be getting a pedicure here every month or so to keep the feet happy. Give these very nice folks a try.

Tammy is the sweetest and she goes above and beyond to make sure you love your nails and makes you feel welcome! my nails looked freshly done with no chips even after three weeks! best place to get your nails done!

This place is the worst nail salon I have been to. They have the worst customer service. I sat in three different chairs. The people who do the base polish don’t do the designs. The lady who did the base polish didn’t apply an even coating and left bubbles. Then the lady who did the design couldn’t understand that when she did the design she was adding so many layers to where it was uneven and also had bubbles. Then removing the design just didn’t work out. She ended up drilling it down and was told they would add another layer. Then they only did a top coat which I questioned why they didn’t fix the base coat. At this point it was already nearly 2 hours in so I ended leaving and still getting charged. All they could offer was having me come back. Which I will not. I have no plans to come back to this salon again.

Hidden gem - I enjoyed my manicure and they have such a great selection on colors. They really care about doing an outstanding job. The owner really cares not only for her customers, but her employees as well.

All of the ladies take wonderful care of me and remember details about my preferences. I wouldnt go anywhere else!! Nothing compares. I will definitely be back!

I had worst experience from this place today. I went in for pedicure and lady who did my pedicure recommended me to get a spa pedicure that includes 10 minutes massage. I decided to pamper myself and expecting to get good pedicure like all the reviews said. My pedicure wa s really bad. Shapes of the nail were bad and my pedicure was only 40 minutes long. What kind of $60 spa pedicure is only 40 minutes? Massage was only 6 minutes long. I had to time it because I noticed she wasnt taking time to do good job Also the polish was so bad that I had to go back in to get it fixed thinking that she will take it off and re polish it. But instead she polish it over the already bad polish job she did and it look completely hideous. Worst experience and such a waste of my money and time.

I’ve been to this salon before and as always I had a wonderful time.The service was great and my nails came out just like I wanted them to, as usual. Great professionalism as well, the ladies who did my nails were very kind, and took their time to make sure my nails we’re top tier. I’ve been to other nail salons in the area but none compare to Westone, they are my absolute favorite! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done, you won’t regret it!!

Very sloppy work - got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Pedicure was essentially useless because I left with dead skin remaining on both of my feet. My nail tech didn’t scrub adequately at all or even bother checking that she got most of my dead skin off. Second, I left with nail polish all over the skin of my fingers and toes - extremely sloppy job. She tried taking the gel polish off of my skin when she realized, by scrubbing bare acetone on it. This started to hurt me, because the gel polish was sealed onto my skin, so I told her to stop.On top of all of this, we had an appointment but had to wait 30+ minutes to be seen.

My wife, Becky, loved Tammy’s pedicure as well as her friendly personality. It was a nice treat during her visit with our pregnant daughter and the baby’s other grandmother.

We had my sisters bridal party here and it was FANTASTIC! The owner went above and beyond by providing a personalized experience. we had the whole place to ourself and everyone walked out with great service! We are wedding day ready!! Thank you!

This was my first time at this nail salon and I must say Ive had the most best experience at this nail salon ! I got the deluxe spa gel pedicure w Thy (pronounced Tee) and she was so patient with me! From picking my toe nail color to making sure my experience was great! She asked for my name which made me feel like someone she wanted to continue to do business with.My nails are amazing! I did dip which was also a first for me! Thy didnt do so I went to the owner herself, Tammy! Let me tell you Tammy was SO SO patient and explained everything in details n answered all of my questions without becoming annoyed. I got nail design but didnt bring in a picture but Tammy had so many wonderful pics of her own designs! Three hours later (its ok i didnt mind the long time at all) and my nails are amazing! I even helped Tammy sign up on IG!I will DEFINITELY will be back!

Today was my first time coming here . I had brought me and my mother here to get our nails done .I truly loved the staff everyone was sooo sweet and nice to me and my mother. Mrs.thy had done my acrylic nails and it was soo beautiful! The manager there was so friendly and made you feel very welcomed. They went above and beyond. The spa pedicures are a must! I always feel so relaxed and the massage part is my favorite, I’ve almost fallen asleep a few times. Every time I leave I feel like I got a new pair of feet and legs LOL!

Mimi did a fabulous job on my dip manicure, she took her time and was meticulous with her work. I’ve been here twice now since moving to the area and will certainly be back! My first visit I had Tiffany who equally did a great job and recommended the matte finish for my nails which I was pleased with!

Thy was my technician for both manicure and pedicure. She was kind, quick, and professional. I loved the $45 pedicure cuz the massage on my calves is my favorite. I have very dry skin so it was exactly what I needed. 😁

Three strikes. Ive been here twice before and went again today to give one more chance. The nail tech gouged out the skin on my thumb with the dremel, drawing blood. Then didnt put any color on the side of my thumbnail in one spot and missed spots on other nails too. My pedicure doesnt look very good. Im over it. Moving on to somewhere else.

Be ware!!This is the WORST place I have ever gone too!!The lady had to redo my pedicure.The way she did my gel I might as well let my 10 year old daughter do it for me!! Underwhelming to say the least. But, hey, at least its expensive

Unfortunately, I did not have the same positive experience as many other people. I was extremely excited to try this place out, due to its positive reviews. However, this was probably my WORST nail experience, ever.I went in yesterday for a refill on my acrylic nails. Linda was my nail tech. I decided to also get a pedicure, which was pretty good (definitely had better). During my refill, I decided I wanted to get a manicure as well. This was the FIRST nail tech ever that made me bleed while cutting my cuticles. I didn’t realize how bad it was until today. My fingers are literally sore and burn like crazy when I try to wash my hands.In addition, her paint job was horrific; she did the sloppiest job possible. I literally went home and took off the nail polish. I woke up today with a slightly swollen finger (probably starting to get infected) and one of nails have already started breaking off. I will never come back to this place. If you decide to go here, do NOT go to LINDA.

Miss Gina was so amazing! My sister and I stopped in last minute for her birthday. We were working in the convention center nearby and couldn’t find any other spa open after work. As for my sister, Tiffany was so quick with her manicure and it lasted way longer than the two weeks she promised. She also got her eyebrows done. These ladies were more than professional, they were friendly and welcoming also. They didn’t make us feel like we were intruding when we stepped in there a half hour before closing. We are looking forward to making the drive from Virginia Beach again soon to visit these lovely ladies! 🤗

The old lady did my nails last time I went there and it was horrible. She’s very old and takes forever to do one hand!!! I forgot her name. Next time I would like to get someone else to do my nails.

This is a great neighborhood spot! Discovered it with my roommate and it is our go-to spot now for pedicures. I just got gels on my nails here today and they do a great job on those too!

Super unhappy. Let me begin with what I had done. All I asked for was a regular pedicure and an acrylic set. This usually takes 1.5 hours. I was here for 3.5 hours. I had the tech redo my pedicure because the polish job was sloppy. Then when she was doing my nails, she stated my fingernails were crooked which is why my nails were crooked. I physically grabbed the nail file and filed my nails to show her how to straighten them. I could go on with all the tiny details, but long story short, the money I spent vs the nail job and time I spent there was not worth it.

Got my first facial done by Gina last night. I have been experiencing pretty bad acne for the past 10 months which has resulted in some dark skin spots from scarring. Gina did a resurfacing treatment and salicylic acid treatment. The dark spots were then pink when I left and this morning I felt they were easier to cover up. Planning on going back for another couple of treatments! It was definitely worth it :)

I stopped in here because I met a friend for brunch next door. I live about an hour away- so this was purely a whim. I received the best gel manicure I’ve ever had! I keep saying that I might have to drive an hour just to get my nails done!

Bad experience. Nails are bumpy like the Colorado Rockies, even though she supposedly had 20 years experience. Mine and my daughters nails were over 100.00, 3 days ago, and we both look like we need fill ins. My daughters polish is chipping as well, even with gel topcoat. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I got a gel manicure and now my nails are lumpy and uneven. She used hardly any lotion for the 30 second hand massage and barely put any cuticle oil on after I asked her to. I asked her to fix an air bubble, but I should have just asked to repolish all of them.

I had an awful experience. I was a walk in and the ladies argued in front of me about whod take me. I was bounced around to 3 different people for a basic manicure. And it looks awful: obvious bumps, so thick its denting 30mins later, so far away from the sides, and she used a coarse filing board right before painting so I have jagged edges. They barely spoke to me and just got up and left when they were done. Never again.
