I always get excellent service at Ourisman Chantilly Toyota. James, my service manager is very professional and accomodated my additions to the service after they started working on my car. Although it is more convenient to take my car for maintenance at a shop next to my home, I prefer to take it to Ourisman Chantilly.
Parts person was very helpful to determine the correct part I needed.

The online scheduling system needs improvement. I scheduled a recall work order that was sent to me. It didnt tell me long the work will take. Assuming 1 to 2 hours, I chose to wait while they work on it. Once I get there, they told me 4 hours. They wanted to charge me 35 dollars for a rental, for a recall repair. Had I knew it would take 4 hours, and get charged for a rental car due to a recall repair, I would have arranged a ride.
Wait was a little long but they did warn me of that when I arrived. Otherwise all good
This place was absolutely incredible. The mechanics know their stuff and are very good at breaking everything down for you and allowing you to see all the charges laid out very clear and you do not feel robbed. My mechanic even explained things that soon will be needing to be worked out and laid out my options for doing the work now or waiting. And he explained a cost benefit analysis so clear for me. I was able to do what needed to be done now and know to save up for work on the car that isnt immediate needed but will soon need to be taken care of. I felt they had great skill and integrity.

Took two hours for an oil change 😂 that I had an appointment for. Then I asked if they would wash my car and they told me they wash every car. Unfortunately I guess my car was one of the cars that didnt make it thru the car wash. 2 hrs for an oil change with a promise of a car wash that never happened.🤔 Never again

I had my vehicle serviced there. I brought it in for a 10k mile service and to update the software for a fix that would cause it to stall. The latest software update was supposed to fix it. Every person I talked to ignored me. After 4 hours they still didnt do the software update. 4 hours for an oil change. I was ignored at every level.Afterwards I got an email from Toyota asking to review the service. I filled out the survey accordingly. I later got a phone call from the person that gave me such a hard time about it asking why I gave him a bad review.
Yesterday I had the best service experience ever. Thought my front headlight needed to be replaced and drove into the service center. My adviser Sean came over and said he might be able to fix that right away. He had me purchase the bulb in their parts store and he replaced it and I was good to go in about 10 minutes. Awesome !!!
Wow! Such a friendly, efficient, and top-notch operation. A normally stressful experience is made bearable and dare I say, easy. The folks working here are very professional and do a great job with routine maintenance or fixing big issues. I highly recommend their services to keep your Toyota running smoothly.

I had service here last weekend and it was an excellent experience. I had an appointment but they have many vehicles lined up for service. I was offered loaner car. Devon is very professional and very nice. I dropped it off and picked up Monday. I been going to this place from past 9 years and will continue to do that.

Utterly incompetent and sloppy.
I would give zero stars, if possible. Ourisman Toyota makes a big deal about their warranties, while selling used cars. Unfortunately, these warranties are very limited and dont apply to an oil leak, just 75 days after the sale.To add insult to injury, they charged me $4000 for the repair, which I eventually did for $200 dollars at a reliable independent service garage. Imagine their ethics, to charge 20 times the amount. No integrity at all .. Very sad !!

New RAV 4 purchased from Ourisman Chantilly Toyota had water leak from drain channels into passenger compartment. This is a known issue with RAV-4 and they are charging to fix this known defect. Have 5 toyotas in family- not buying Toyota any more.
Kenny R. has always been a great Service Advisor for me. He always answers all my questions and said I could email him at any time (which I do). Hes the kind of employee that makes me want to return.
I had an appointment at 5:00 pm for oil service, when got there the service advisor said “ oh sorry the technician leaves at 5:00 you should drop it off and pick it up tomorrow or come another day “ are you serious it’s just an oil change, if you can’t give service why you should let people schedule an appointment.So disappointing.
Today i was there to do my 25 K oil Service and they guy who was servicing me Fernando de La RiveraWas so u professional, i went there couple times already and i get a loaners car, this time guy was rude and wanted to charge me 35$, i was not charged previously but this time he us telling me a new ruleVery poor and unprofessional service

I had an appointment for 10. My car was not ready when I called at 2, but only had to go through the car wash. I showed up at 4 because I absolutely needed my car. It was not even washed. Why demand appointments if my car was going to be there for 6 hours and not be done anyways?
