Highly recommended. It’s not the fancy place like dealers which you can smell the odor of money that you have to pay. It’s a nice place with Raul and his reliable mechanics. Talk to Raul if you have car issues. He is more like a friend to me rather than a “professional sales guy”. And they do the job really quick and organized. One detail, Raul sent me the pictures when he had taken apart my transmission and spark plugs. This is the real service, way better than fancy lobbies with free coffee or snacks.

Excellent customer service!!!! We got to the shop an our before they closed and they still took the time to diagnose our truck, even attempted to fix it that night. The following day, they expedited the part that was needed by driving an hour away to pick it up. They close at 6PM, they stayed until 10PM to fix the truck and waited 30 minutes for my driver to call to confirm that everything was running smoothly. We highly appreciate the services that we received and we will be back if we’re ever in the area needing some work done.

Folks, Kaylas transmission my not be a major auto shop but the quality of work and service is top notch for sure. I brought in my 06 Mercury Milan when it died on me and his team fixed it in two days. At first I was surprised at the cost to just estimate what was wrong but it took 6 hours to be taken out and show me what was needed. He worked with me on a fair price to rebuild it and I havent had a problem since. Then when the snow hit a week later I asked if his team could swap out my tires for a winter set that I had and he got me in and out in about an hour. The big test of quality is I drove it 14 hours to central Maine and it is working like brand new. So when I look for service on google maps i read these reviews and i have nothing but good to say about Raul and Kaylas transmission and they are bilingual to boot!! Sincerely, Mike Howell
