I definitely recommend this place they’re very professionals, great customer service and staff I took my Wrangler with an electrical issue in the light bars (off-road accessories) and they found the bad connection that the wires had and fixed it. I took it to different places before and no one knew how to do that kind of work. I’m very glad that I found Casey’s Automotive because they are the best! Five stars very deserved. I made an appointment, and they were done early! And the cost was less than I expected. Have been here many times and the outcome has always been high value and reasonable price.
While it is tough to pay a hefty repair costs of $4000 plus on a car worth $7500....it was needed. Not sure if this was a fair or reasonable charge for cylinder firing issues, but the car works great. I do feel they did an overall inspection of the vehicle as well, and let us know potential pending issues. We recently moved to the area, and hopefully we can re-establish a working relationship with a local mechanic in our area....Casey Automotive has our first attempt! :)
I chose this place because of the great reviews and being a local shop, they did not disappoint. I took my vehicle in a little earlier than my appointment time and they gave me a loaner vehicle for me to use while I waited. The service was great and they provided me a detailed report with photos of their inspection showing everything about the health of my vehicle. Great prices, services and staff. I will be using them for my vehicle services in the future.
Took my car in because I thought I could potentially have a nail or foreign body in one of my wheels since my tire pressure sensor was on and remained on even after refilling my tires. When I went in for my appointment they found the cause and turns out my tires were out of alignment. Now my car drives better than ever and I definitely will be coming back.

This shop is great. I got a text and email when they were done with their inspection. The inspection results gave me a very clear idea of the state of my vehicle—what will need to be addressed soon, what needs to be addressed now—with pictures alongside the recommendation. There was also a price sheet where you could simply select the services you approve and send it back. We needed several things done but they got it back to us by late afternoon.

Best Auto Repair store in this area. Cant get a Better service than this period !I moved from Ashburn area to Chantilly and needed an Oil Change for my 206 Chevy Malibu. I looked around for best places near by and found this. Soon after I stepped Inn, I was greeted by a Gentleman at the register. Fantastic customer service, associates are professional and always smile. They took the car key to get that service taken care of and did a courtesy 42 point Car inspection for free. I sat in the couch, They offered a free coffee and a Caseys coffee Mug to take home. Also, They have kids play room with a Big fish aquarium, Those fishes stare at you, lol . Price for service is average. My parents always taught me You get what you pay. But this shop associates offered went above and beyond and offered a great deal of service with a very affordable, honest and transient price. I loved the respect and professionalism exhibited by the experts. Over all A great store. Ill definitely come back again. I would strongly recommend for all who wants an outstanding service experience for their automotive needs.
The first time I contacted Caseys was to complete an oil change on my Infinity G37X. I saw on their website that they offered a loner vehicle and they are close to my house. When I called and asked about the loner vehicle, they said they only offer those for larger repairs, not oil changes. I decided to stay with my normal shop.The second time I contacted Caseys was to perform a pre-purchase inspection. They told me that repeat customers get a free inspection and since I wasnt one, theyd charge me. I didnt ask for a free inspection--not sure why they volunteered this information.The last time I used Caseys was to complete a safety inspection on a BMW X5. Later in the day, my wife received an email with $1,400 in repairs including $750 for pads and rotors, $530 to mount and balance tires, and $128 for realignment. I just needed the safety inspection. None of these items were asked for nor needed. I called and asked if the vehicle passed inspection, and they said yes. I had to call for that information because it wasnt part of the email. The work they quoted was unnecessary and extraordinarily expensive.I dont understand how this business has such a high rating. The high rating is what prompted me to give them multiple chances. My actual experience with Caseys prompts me to question the accuracy of Google ratings as a whole.Response to owner:Your tread depth measurements are wrong. I just remeasured 2 months later and they are deeper than you indicate by more than 1mm. Even with numbers you provided, they are within acceptable limits.The point is that I didnt ask for you to give me quotes on new tires and brakes. I know the state of my car. My wife was the only one to receive the excessive quote. You didnt tell us it passed inspection until we asked. Fortunately she knows not to blindly accept what a mechanic tells her. Your incorrect measurements are either the result of carelessness or fraud. The attitude you exhibit in your response to my post is consistent with the attitude I observed working with you. I hope other customers see through your false facade.Its also a little creepy for you to post the private inspection report in a public forum. I know youre just trying to score points, but the pictures dont mean anything if measurements are wrong. Please remove the link or at least remove our names from the report.

Used their new concierge service to get the car in for an oil change. They were prompt, professional, and thorough, performing a complete inspection as part of the service. Got a comprehensive report with a list of things I’ll need to have done in the immediate abs near future, which is helpful for budgeting. I’ll definitely use them again!
Caseys Automotive is great. Everyone there is pleasant to deal with. They are efficient and do excellent work. I receive a text with details of what they see going on with the car. Its nice to have it in writing so when they call right after they send the text, we can review the service recommendations together. We can decide what we want done right away and what can wait to do without harm to the vehicle. Ive worked with them for a number of years now and have had great results. Staff was great. Worked with a couple of different folks to dial in exactly what work I needed completed. Were not pushy and clearly laid out a couple of options based on my input. Work quality was outstanding. Wish I had found this place when I moved here a year ago, will not get my vehicles serviced anyplace else from now on.
I don’t often leave reviews for business unless its bad. But I feel like I should share my experience.My car had problem starting so I bought it in to get it looked at. They quoted me about 2k to get it fixed, feeling the pinch, I decided to wait a little and just get a new (used)car since KBB is listing it at 6k. Well it the following Monday it wouldn’t start at all so I didn’t have a choice in the matter. Had the car towed and got it “fixed” for about 2,300 Friday. Monday rolled around again but the car wouldn’t start. Called again told them same symptoms and how upset I was to pay 2,300 for a repair that didn’t fix the problem. They offer free tow and to get it back into the shop to get it looked at. They “fixed” the problem the following Friday replacing the high pressure fuel pump. Cost would’ve been around 2,100 but it was free for me since I’ve already paid 2,300 to have my engine taken apart and cleaned. So feeling very happy at this point because other shops would’ve been like “labor is free but material cost this much”. Tuesday morning, Car wouldn’t start again. Same thing they offer to tow it and get it looked at. They claimed it was a short and fault computer. Would have to get it programmed at a Nissan dealership total would be around 2,600. And once again free to me. Got my car back around 28 Aug no issue so far. I’m really surprised that they were willing to eat that much of the repair cost.Finding a good and honest auto repair shop you can trust is hard in this day and age.

They diagnosed an issue I had with my drive shaft and did a thorough inspection of my vehicle which uncovered a few other items that needed to be addressed. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Weve had really good experience with Caseys. First, they fixed a wiring harness issue on a 2014 VW Golf for a fraction of what the dealer quoted me. Second, on our 2006 Toyota Sienna they stuck with a hard to pinpoint issue and worked with me to minimize the cost. They are a refreshing change from the all too common shops that try to get you to do the maximum work at maximum price every time you take your car in for service.
I Live in Winchester Va and wasnt very happy with service I was receiving from the shops around there. So I decided to give Caseys Automotive a shot. I am NOT disappointed. These guys where very professional and finished the work on time as they promised. Brendan the Service Manager is very professional and honest. He helped us pick the right exhaust for our 2020 GMS Sierra Elevation. The sound is amazing, not too obnoxious and not like the stock exhaust. We will return to do the lift and suspension through these guys. Thank you for the card you all leave in the vehicles also, a cool touch for the customer to know the Tech and Service Manager who did the work on the vehicle.

Been coming to Caseys for a few years now. Got an Oil change and had them look into an ABS and airbag light. I was able to get a diagnostic done on the problems, and Caseys had them fixed up as soon as the ordered parts came in. It took multiple trips to figure out what was wrong and then I had to bring the car back once the required parts arrived to make the repair, but I was able to just drop my car off and take advantage of their free shuttle service so I didnt have to sit around and wait for the work to be done. All around a very well done and professional experience and will likely go back any time I need more work done.

Recently moved to the NoVa area and have been extremely skeptical about find a new trustworthy mechanic, but I can confidently say Casey’s has earned all of my automotive business moving forward.Dropped the car off for an oil change and tire alignment, and was called later in the afternoon to let me know that a few of my steering components we’re rusted/seized up and preventing them from aligning the wheels without risking breaking them. I was appreciative, but was fully expecting an upsell attempt or some way to cost me more money having the parts replaced.To my surprise, not one attempt to cost me more money or keep my car longer than possible. Eric was incredibly helpful in explaining the situation and the options and advised me that the car would be completely fine to drive as is for a little while longer and even worked up an estimate for me to keep in mind for the coming months.Additionally, they included a very thorough inspection of my entire car at no cost. This inspection came complete with photos to document areas they saw as possibly needing some work in the future.This is my first google review, and I’m happy to give it to a business that truly deserves it. It takes awhile to find a good, reliable garage that’s locally owned. After years of dealing with dealerships, much to my dissatisfaction, I found Casey’s last summer and never looked back. They’re quick, professional, and up front about what’s needed to maintain your vehicle. The waiting area is comfortable and stocked with refreshments, and they even have loaner vehicles if needed! Despite a bit of a drive from DC, I wouldn’t choose anywhere else in the Northern Virginia area for my car care needs.
Finally found a shop that is consistently honest, understands the problem without charging exorbitant diagnostic fees, and doesn’t just try shotgunning parts at a problem. Moved to the area a little over a year ago, and was really hoping to find a good, reliable shop to help keep the family vehicle in good shape for the wife and two babies. Came across Casey’s after buying a Toyota Sequoia with 160,000mi. on it. Brought to Casey’s for the pre-purchase inspection, and the first post-purchase round of maintenance and could not be happier with the service and experience. Casey’s knows what they are doing, but know even more about taking care of their customer. They always seem to be able to get me a quick appointment, finish the job quickly, and, above all else, give me honest vehicle advice I can trust. They even offered to give me a ride home after drop-off and brought the car to my home once service was complete. Even though I live within a couple miles from the shop, I was absolutely blown away by the effort to make my experience as easy/care-free as possible. Needless to say, Casey’s will be taking care of my Sequoia for the rest of its loooong life. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!!!

I had a lift kit and tires installed on my Jeep JLU at Caseys a few weeks back and everything turned out great. After putting some miles on my new setup I can confirm that the work was done perfectly. Brendan was the service manager that I worked with and he was a really pleasant person to speak to and get advice on which size rims, tires, and offset to run. I plan on bringing my Jeep back here for general maintenance as well because the service was a lot better than at the dealership.

Called Caseys based on recommendations from Next Door and they did not disappoint. Are they the cheapest you can find? Probably not the cheapest out there, but Id rather pay a fair rate to a trusted partner after finding myself with so many bargain basement mechanics that run shady operations. Communication was top rate, work they did was really good and they were clear to outline all the things that need to be fixed today and things that are a near-term fix for the future. I felt no sales pressure, and got my completely dead car back for less than half of what I was expecting to pay, so Caseys made a customer for life with this family.

This business is one of the more honest mechanics I have ever found. I have 5 vehicles in my family and have always taken those vehicles to them. This is the kind of place where they will lay out what they find that needs repairs and then tell you what has to be done and what can wait or really doesnt need to be done, just that you should know about it. They are active in the community, pro veteran and local business owners. I have moved away from the immediate area, but am back often and when I needed help, there was only one place I would have gone.
Got a 3.5 inch lift kitty with new tires and wheels and everything came out amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better job. Brendan was great in keeping me in the loop about the job.
Weve been taking our vehicles to Caseys for over 10 years and I recommend them to anyone who asks me where to go for vehicle maintenance/repair work. Theyre extremely honest and reliable and always helpful. Theyve done everything from general oil changes, fluid flushes, diagnosing and fixing problems, new tires, rotating tires, new battery to helping me figure out what kind of lift kit to do for my truck (and they do all that work too!). They talk through everything with you and go over the associated costs - and if you dont understand, you can call them back and theyll go over it again and again until you do. Bryan and Brendan and everyone who works there are great to deal with and do everything they can to be a great business to deal with. They have a great waiting room too - although I dont use it because they also offer after hours/night drop off and that works better for me. Seriously, if youve used Caseys and you feel like you cant rate them 5 stars - the problems you, not them.

I had been going to my regular car shop for about 5 years but was never satisfied with the service I received. It seemed like they would charge services at random and would make the bill extremely pricey every time I went to get my car checked out. I decided on a whim to try out Casey’s Automotive and I don’t regret it at all. They were incredibly friendly and their service was insanely fast. They even send you a link with an overview of your car and what services they suggest. They give you descriptions for the issues your car may have, which is great for me since I’m an idiot when it comes to cars, and give you the option to accept or decline offered services. I’m definitely coming back and have already recommended them to other people!

Bought a newer model used truck online. My contact Felix Garcia led me thru the whole process from doing a remote personalized (facetime) inspection of the vehicle, negotiation and delivery with every question answered along the way. Communication was excellent all along. The delivery to my residence was on time, vehicle arrived as described and all paperwork was completed. Five stars for Felix and Casey automotive.
Casey’s is a hidden gem! I’m mad I didn’t find them sooner! We brought in our Camaro to get checked out because it was clanking and making weird sounds! They got us in the same day, checked it out, ordered parts and we had our car back quickly! The staff was very friendly and pleasant to work with.. Their prices are honest and fair and the work is amazing! We are a military family and to top it off they gave us a military discount which is more than appreciated! We will definitely be forever customers!
Casey’s in Chantilly is the best mechanic shop in the area. I’ve been a customer there for over 4 years now. Their service reps are always friendly and willing to take their time explaining the reasoning behind the work that they recommend needs to be done. Their system of texting you an estimate and breakdown of costs and services is the best I’ve seen and sets them apart from other large shops. Now you can even approve/deny work via the link they send. It’s efficient and adds to the top notch auto and customer service they provide!

Couple hundred dollars later and I’m still having the same issue. this shop said i needed to drop another $300 in repairs… took it to another shop and they fixed the issue for a third of the price.Update: refund received for issue that wasn’t fixed. changed rating from 1 to 4 stars for customer service.

So get this... my car battery died in my driveway. Casey’s jumped the battery, drove it to their Sterling shop, found the battery was under warranty, and replaced it for free. That’s not unusual. But what’s cool is that they ran their diagnostic test to see how things were in general. They said they found nothing amiss. That’s honesty. They could have easily said something needed replacing or adjusting in order to make at least a small profit on this transaction, but they didn’t and that’s honesty. Now here’s where their amazing customer service comes in...they made no profit on this transaction and yet they were willing to drive the car back to my house when they were done! I said “why would you do this?” They said “ well, some people are wary of leaving their homes during Covid and we don’t want them to feel uncomfortable”. That’s customer service. That’s how you build a loyal customer base. Thanks, Casey’s!

Update, Ive had a few conversations with the owner since leaving my review. He was apologetic, agreed that it was just a loose bolt and that it should have been caught when I was in the first time, but that it must have been a mistake as they were rushing a bit that day. They refunded my inspection and provided me with a complimentary alignment. For after service/review care and their genuine nature of apology I bumped my review from 1 to 3 stars.Warning, potential scammers. I went in for a state safety inspection, but while there decided to add an oil change since shop seemed nice. Oil change went well, but I failed my state inspection and was provided a quote to fix at ~$600 parts+labor. Deflated, I left wondering how to find time and prepare to come back to get truck fixed and headed to my next stop, emissions inspection. The emissions location also had safety inspection and I told them I just failed my safety inspection and if possible would appreciate a 2nd look to understand issue and make sure I didnt have other issues present. 20 minutes later the tech came back and said hey let me show you whats going on...you have a loose bolt. He proceeded to tighten it up, adjusted my failure to a pass and apologized that others (in this case Caseys Automotive) may try to take advantage of people to create work for their shop. 1st impression of Caseys was good, now I recommend avoidance.
These guys are AWESOME! Took our car in for a second opinion and they gave us the most detailed assessment on what was wrong with the car, what needed to be cared for immediately, and what could wait for a bit. They took the time to make sure we understood everything they were saying and showed us pictures of what they found. Took my car for a couple of trouble lights I could not clear and to have the State Inspection completed. Casey’s certainly did a thorough job reviewing the car and provided a clearly developed report including pictures of the areas of concern. They were timely, professional, polite and the shop was very clean. They completed the work we identified and delivered the car in good working order. My only comment would be that the pricing I received for the work completed I thought was a little above market. Not horrible per se but high all the same. That said, I would recommend them as they are honest.Just to follow up on my review, I spoke with Brendon at Casey’s and after discussing, he worked with me to make some pricing adjustments bringing the cost more line with the budget. He did not have to do this but he does appreciate the relationship with his customers. As a result, I have bumped them to a 5 Star review. Thank you Brendon, well deserved.

Our ‘09 accord made the worst squealing noise every time it was in reverse. We’ve taken it to another “honest” mechanic and after spending over $1k, we just gave up. We took it to Casey’s for general maintenance and they advised us to replace our rotors and pads and now the squeal has magically disappeared.They are great at what they do!
Honest repair shops are hard to come by. I was referred to Caseys by a friend. My front brakes needed to be replaced and they gave me the option of doing the rear brakes at the same time or wait until my next oil change as they had some additional life left in them. I have taken my car here many times and was very impressed with their service. I often brought my kids with me and it was so nice that Caseys had snacks, water and a play room for guests. On one occasion I had to have my car towed here, on the drive over the tow truck driver said they did great service and Caseys was one of three places he would recommend in the N. VA area. They are honest about if you need the work done immediately or if you can wait. Highly recommend!

I have used Caseys several times in the past. This was the first time I have used their pick-up service. They came to my house to pick up my vehicle for service and brought it back once service was complete. They complied with all health care concerns and requirements. Communications wqere great. Ive been coming to Caseys ever since I moved to the Fairfax area a few years ago. They are always honest, fair, and make sure you get done whats absolutely needed for your vehicle to be safe on the road. I love that they give me recommendations for what my car could get done but they always make sure to tell me which items can wait and which ones should get done sooner rather than later. My car is getting up there in years but I know that my safety in good hands with Casey!

Went in for a basic oil change and the inspection showed quite a few things needed to be done. Due to the craziness of 2020 we have overlooked the need for tires. Caseys encouraged us to talk about it at home. We did and scheduled a followup appt 5 days later for new tires. At that appt, I shared it felt like the transmission was slipping. Caseys drove the SUV and discovered that the engine mount was damaged which was causing the problem...not the transmission. Relieved we have an auto place to help keep us safe.
We have been going to Caseys ever since it opened. Through the years, we have found them to be honest, reasonably priced, and thorough. The work has been done correctly the first time. The turnaround on the cars has also been very timely. If there is a delay, we have been told promptly and the reason why (usually a part has not been available). There have been times when Caseys has tried to fix a problem, could not because it was something the dealer had to do, and returned the car to us without charge. This has happened several times. I would recommend this business to everyone without hesitation.
I am SO glad to have found Casey’s after much experience with unsatisfactory automotive shops. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The high quality of their work is a given, but the civility and courteousness they show clients is what has made the biggest impact on me. I’ve never been in an automotive waiting area that is so pleasant and comfortable, with an aquarium, multiple rooms, free snacks, free WiFi and charging cables. (It smells good too, not a hint of cigarette smoke.) Truly though, it’s the employees that make Casey’s stand out. As a young, single woman I’ve encountered unprofessional behavior that has made me uncomfortable waiting in other automotive shops. At Casey’s I have met with nothing but respect and courtesy from every employee I have interacted with. I could sit on their couch for half the day working on my laptop and feel truly relaxed.
