Our dryer exhaust was 90% blocked by birds nest and lint (as shown by our new dryer). It was a major fire hazard. First cleaning I did with others was amateurish and did not solve the problem. Called Leo on a Saturday at noon. He was at my house before 2pm the same day. He is highly professional. He cleaned the exhaust fully, got out 2 shop vacs full of debris, tested the exhaust and didnt quit until the job was done. His pricing was great and his service outstanding. Our dryer was drying very slow and Leo came and cleaned out the vent. He showed us all the lint he was able to extract and we were shocked! But after he left the dryer was working even worse! He came back the next day and realized the vent was still clogged and extracted even more! After that our dryer now works perfectly and we feel a lot safer knowing Leo was able to clean out our vents fully! Very clean, courteous and wore a mask :)

Very professional, and honest. Explained the situation over the phone. Despite it being a two story place with a dryer stacked on the washer, he still charged me the advertised rate. Compared to other places that include additional charges. Because of this I saved an extra 70 dollars with Leopoldo Moran.
