My initial impression was positive. Courteous phone conversation with quick scheduling and explanation of service call fee and waiver of fee if repair was done. The technician showed up on-time, checked the dryer, and explained the problem and gave a quote. The technician left to pick up the part and was gone for over 90 mins, time I had to pay for. He was on the phone almost the entire time. The payment increased by 30% and I paid All City Appliances rather than Efficient Appliance Repair. I would not use this company again.
