It was my first time coming to Sun Income, and I’ll tell you all right now I will be going again next year. My boyfriend and I went in expecting a long explanation of stuff we didn’t understand- we were not excited at all. However; both of our taxes were filed and we both had an understanding of what was happening within 30 MINUTES. Unbelievably amazing. We worked with Cameron, who was fantastic and helpful. He made it all extremely easy, and the whole process went very smoothly!

Sun Income Tax was very helpful and professional with helping me get my personal & business tax returns completed. Cameron & Chris, the new owners, were very friendly and welcoming. I felt very confident in their abilities and Im very content with the service I received. The office was very clean as well, which I appreciated. Id seriously recommend Sun Income Tax to anyone! This place is AMAZING!!! I was referred here by my friend years ago and I make the drive from West Phoenix to their Chandler location every year just to get my taxes done here because they are THAT GREAT! I’ve used other tax service places before, but Sun Income doesn’t just treat you like a financial client, they treat you like family that wants to help. It’s not just about “getting the most money back” with these people, it’s about “how can we help you with your situation”. I could go into detail about how amazing Chris, Cameron and Jack are, but when you meet these guys you’ll see for yourself. Last year was extremely tough for me and I entered their office with tears of heartache and ended up leaving with TEARS OF JOY! They are worth the drive and worth every penny for what they do; I refer all my friends to Sun Income and they will be the ONLY financial service provider I use for the rest of my life!

I had a pretty simple return, every place I called was charging $300 - $400, which I have never paid that high for my return even when it was more complex. I took a chance and called this place and made an appointment. I show up today, everyone was friendly, no wait time, had my return done within 30 minutes and didnt pay an arm and a leg for it! Thank you all for being so professional and a huge thanks to Cameron who completed my return. He is so knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They just earned a loyal customer!

This was the first year we used sun income tax & financial and it was an amazing experience. Chris Carter has been flexible with his time, and has explained the things I did not understand. Prices are reasonable and worth every penny. Chris and Cameron are very knowledgeable about your filing needs, and will take the time to research all the changes that arise. The new owners of this company are horrible. If you try to address any concern with them they just get mad and yell. The other owner Cameron Harris is great but he cant do anything independently without getting in trouble by the other owner. I do not recommend them at all.

Ive never had my taxes done by someone before, and on a whim I found this company (probably because of good reviews) Ive been going to Jack for 2 years now and I had a complicated return, but it was easy for him! He is sharp, friendly, and reasonably priced. He even does taxes for small businesses, so if I ever start my own business, Im going to him to figure out the books!

New ownership is extremely unprofessional. I am filing complaints with Arizona Board of Accountancy, BBB and possibly small claims court. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS, trust me!

They have been doing my taxes since 1999, wouldnt go anyplace else. In fact we drive from the North valley every year now.
