I would give them 0 stars if I could. I went in to get my taxes done and sat there for an extra THIRTY minutes watching her try to figure out her password for the website. Isn’t this her job? Shouldn’t she know her password to a TAX website? Then, at the end, she charged me double the price because she had to file my taxes for three states...meanwhile, I watched her reset her password twice. Sure, that’s the reason for charging double. I’ll file my taxes somewhere else next year.

No stars! Unreliable, incompetent, untrustworthy, has no knowledge in what she does. If you are using Ngoc Nguyen at E Tax, please, please be very careful! Double check her work and make sure you verify with the IRS that they have recieved your filings from her. Otherwise, your taxes will NOT get filed and she will mess up your life for the next several years and cost you thousands of extra dollars in penalties and fees and endless headaches. I ended up in a big mess caused by Ngoc not doing what she promised to do and am still in the process of working with a real CPA now to get things straightened out.

I trusted and depended Chi Ngoc but she failed to help me with care and honesty. I had that feeling initially 2 years ago but decided to keep allowing her to help me with my taxes until i asked myself Why should I put up with no responses, late submitted deadlines, and not submitting my taxes? Yeah, my tax forms werent submitted two years in a row and Id send a check into the IRS to pay, and I would get a letter back saying they had my money but they need the tax return. Unnacceptable. Please be careful.

Whatever you do do not get your tax and insurance done here. Ngoc did so horrible works and made a bunch of mess stuff. Waste of time and money. Stay aways Her and Her office.Ms. Ngoc works irresponsibly and carelessly. Never come to find Ngoc for tax returns and insurance. She wasted my time and money.
