Good and clean pets mart. They offer obedience classes for dogs. Kittens to adopt and loads of fish. All the mice and guinea pigs and rabbits are not on display. You have to wear a mask when you walk in they also have a table with hand sanitizer at the front.They offer curbside pick up and Salon Curbside. See pictures below.

Took four of my dogs into the groomers today and as they did have some mats I asked if they could do their best on their ears and their tails and the lady that checked me in who had zero personality towards me or my dog walked up didnt even bother feeling the dogs hair to see what she could do to save it She just said they have to be shaved like they cant do anything with that however the dog that was the most matted was done by somebody else and came out looking amazing they were able to save his ears his tail Thanks so much for caring Lu I would recommend Lu any day to trim your dogs. I think chante just had a really bad attitude. Maybe she should find a job she enjoys be careful if you go and get her as your groomer.

Smiling happy employees, clean store, I was in a hurry so I didnt pay super attention but from what I noticed, it was good.

My groomer Carolyn did an amazing job on my long haired dachshund! My bbn only complaint is that they take so long.

Wonderful PetSmart! Staff are friendly!! The groomers are amazing, and the store is very clean! I get all of my puppys clothes from this locstion, and the keep him well groomed.

Everything positive that everyone is saying is true about the store itself. BUT the reason for the 2 stars is because I signed up for their loyalty rewards club (or whatever you call it) and immediately was inundated with spam emails! When I looked into why I found out that Petsmart sells your sole (misspelled on purpose) email to the spam devil! Im not kidding! About FIFTY, YES FIVE-O, emails a day from random spammers! When I dug around and saw that I could opt out of the emails, though, it was too late to stop the ones who already had access to my email address! Im STILL reporting spam on at the LEAST 4 emails daily.. They have lost my patronage. Now I go to Pet Planet on Dobson & Elliott theyre much better, friendlier and they have all natural products! Their rewards program is kept private. Even though natural products can be more costly,, its worth it for your pet.. and they can have some REALLY great deals!

Great service here, my mom always comes here. She lost her cat to cancer, but got a new cat from RAIN rescue. And she actually named her Rain too.

DO NOT LET PETSMART GROOM YOUR ANIMAL. My dog came home with her wick cut and a shaved paw with a second nick by her pad. I have no idea why they shaved under her paw. I am more upset they NEGLECTED to tell me at pick up and happily accepted my tip.

Groomers did excellent job on our dog, really looks good. Definitely will be back.

Customer service was fantastic. I washed my dog here during which time i had nothing to do for 2 hours. so i loitered basically in my car and whatnot and every single person was super helpful. If anything i wished their restroom had a hook installed for hanging bags and kept cleaner.

This location is always clean and the staff are welcoming and helpful.

Always busy, so can be hard to locate an employee for help. It can be difficult to find certain cat foods because they offer so many kinds (not necessarily a bad thing), but they dont carry enough kitten items, which is odd because they do adoptions out of the store. The Canin kitten food is often out. Also, if they carried more kinds of litter (dustless, multicat, gel), I wouldnt need to also visit the OTHER big pet store.

Although we found our dogs veterinary food at this location I had to give it a 1 star, primarily because the closing manager Christopher (stocky bald gentleman) wouldnt wear his mask and would come in inches from you to talk. Other customers looked bothered and concerned as well. Also we had to constantly dodge Christopher in the store as he would walk up to us randomly.

My husband purchased 12 cans of dog food on Monday. Well the cashier scanned 1 bar code for all 12, but we purchased several different kinds of Blue Buffalo soft dog food. Heartbreakingly his companion and best friend, our dog, passed away the following day. I went to return the food (same week) to save him the errand and hurt. Immediately felt like a problem to the cashier without a receipt, so he looked at the account #. Due to the first cashier being lazy, we weren’t refunded what we paid due to me bringing in different cans than what was on the receipt. I get it, and whatever, it isn’t about the money. What ticked me off and is causing the one star review is this:1) The cashier who was lazy and didn’t scan the barcodes correctly.2) The returning cashier who, when I brought to his attention there were 12 cans, no soft dog food history except this once, snapped back “No. They know better than to do that!” Rather rude tone and honestly just shut me up and off. I should’ve asked for a manager to review something, cause it wasn’t our fault their employee was lazy.

PetSmart in Chandler is amazing!! The staff was so amazing with my dog Stella, at one point I peeked through the window and one associate was comforting my pet while the other patiently trimmed her nails! ( My Dog has really bad separation anxiety due to being abandoned when she was 6 months) they have no clue how much this meant to me & my pup. Thank you PetSmart groomers for all you do!!!

One thing Im having problem with is playing service dog supplies and they dont even carry it and yes employees they dont know.

The website tells you that they do curbside drop off for grooming do reduce the risk and protect their staff. Their phone recording tells you the same thing. But if you try to drop off, they won’t do it unless it’s under 90. This is useless in Arizona during the summer. Waste of time loading the pups and driving out there

This employee made me move off a bench by the vet when I was evaluating if my dog needed to be seen by the vet for a sprain knee, he wanted to wipe it down with water. I understand that cleaning up is important but dont kick a paying customer off, wait until I leave.

I come to this Petsmart, not only to purchase my pet food, but to entertain my special-needs stepdaughter. The staff is excellent with her. They’re always friendly and excited to see us. The place seems clean, and smells decent. We watch the staff groom the pets, and all of the animals seem to be treated with love and respect. We have seen staff members taking care of the caged cats, and playing with them in a back area. The items I need for my pet are always in stock, and over all, I am really pleased with this store!!

This location advertises they do curbside for the grooming services in order to reduce client and staff exposure, but they do not. I made appts and arrived with my dogs in tow to be told they dont actually do it....they just advertise that they do it. Also, people are going in and out without masks because they dont require them. I have brought my dogs here since 2016 and I wont be coming back.

The store is ok but the grooming dept is top notch. We went through 5 places before landing here. We have been coming for over 3 years.

Sad visit to the vet inside. Was there with a friend and had to put her cat to sleep. The staff was amazing through this hard time and were so caring. I dont wish that experience on anyone, but if it comes to that point, these people will take care of you all the way.

Great selection of dog food. I was able to find Nitro Naturals brand dry food for adult dogs in toy breed size. My Chihuahua loves it. It was also cheaper than Amazon prices. The check out person was super nice and she helped me sign up for email and text discounts. I will definitely be back on a regular basis. Everyone who works here was eager to help me find what I need for my little dogs happiness. PetSmart rules!
