My family and I went to this place. It was a very beautiful decor, but we did have a few problems. First of all, there was a language barrier and two of the people on our group (there was four) got acrylic nails and they did not want it. We said no but they still put them on. Another problem was, that we got the dip powder to try something new. The description is a lie. It ruined all our nails which were strong, and made them super weak. We went there in March and it is now June and they are still ruined. In the second photo, my nail is bending and it never used to do that. The first photo is my sisters nails and it killed the nail. It turned white.

Best 5 star Nail Boutique in the East Valley. Tim does a flawless job and I know my Dip manicure will stay bright and shiny. AND the compliments are great!

Very clean which was nice and both me and daughters nails turned out good. The only problem is my cuticle was cut and my daughters nail got a deep cut as well while getting acrylics. Because of this unsure if well return. Both nail techs very nice.

Tim was very professional I value the service he performed on my manicure. He told me they have been open for 2 to 2 1/2 years and for a company that has been open for that amount of time. they were busy. Clean atmosphere. I would recommend that women, men and other patrons use Dip Nail Boutique. Also I had my eyebrows done.

I have been going to Dip Nail Boutique for a few months and really love this nail salon ! Hannah has been doing my nails and they come out perfect every time. Definitely worth trying out!!

If you want beautiful nails this is the place to go. I have come here several times because I just love the beautiful, clean and inviting environment as well as leaving there with fabulous nails and brows to show off. I highly recommend.

Love it here!! All the nail techs are super nice and are willing to work with you and change anything if you change your mind in shape or design ! Can’t go a day without getting compliments on my nails :)

My daughter and I both love Dip Boutique! The owners Tim and Hannah are very sweet and the staff is wonderful as well. We always feel welcome and they do such a nice job. I love that they don’t use the ultraviolet light to cure my dip manicure! My nails look amazing for weeks. The salon is a beautiful, modern salon that is very clean.

Very nice new place, the problem is the techs who did my nails and my daughter did a terrible job.I did nail tip with Dip.my nails are bumpy and not done well. you can see the nail extension to the back of it as it looks like a hill. Not even at allThe tech who did my daughter missed the sides of her nails, so they popped off really bad.pedicure not bad, got my 9yo boy one too.but for spending 200 bucks there overall, was a waste, my nails look horrible, took them off!!

I have been going to this salon for almost a year now and I absolutely love it. I usually have Tim do my acrylics but have had pedicures by many of the other staff and they always do a great job and are extremely professional. I will continue to recommend this salon to everyone I know!

Always a great job by Tim and Hannah, they are my faves. Kind, courteous, professional, nice atmosphere. Up front about all pricing - no surprises. I greatly appreciate how consistent they are with their COVID policies. Makes me feel better about going there. Masks required, and enforced! Hand washing required. Spaced out seating. Plexi-glass barriers at every station. Highly recommend.

I consistently enjoy my experience here. Today I especially appreciate their safety efforts for COVID-19. Everyone has to wear a mask, you have to wash your hands when you enter and they have installed plexiglass panels at nail stations.Mark and Hannah always do a good job on my nails and I appreciate (especially today) that they keep to appointment times.

I decided to try this place out due to it being conveniently located just minutes from my house. I normally go to a different nail salon but since it’s about a fifteen minute drive and I gave this place a shot.I called ahead and made an appointment for a SNS manicure(their term for dip). My first impression walking in was that the place was new, beautiful, clean and the staff was very friendly.The woman that completed my manicure on the other hand was not great. I already had gel on my nails and after she removed it she dremeled them down paper thin. When I arrived my nails were nice and thick and didn’t bend, now they’re thin and my nail beds are physically SORE from her continually filing them down. I can hardly believe it. I most likely will need to let them grow all the way back out before having them redone to regain the substance she removed. To top it off, they were more expensive than my regular salon!Visit at your own risk. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing and feel good and the way my nails feel now, I really wish I hadn’t gone.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! Everyone here are always so friendly and listen to exactly what you want. I drive 30min to come here and I would drive farther if I had to. Tim is amazing! Hes been working patiently with me and my broken nail, doing exactly what I want!!

One of the worst pedicures and gel manicures I have ever recieved. The tech was trying to remove my gel toenail polish with cuticle nippers. He repeatedly poked me with the point sharp end of the cuticle nippers. I asked three times if the gel polish should be soaked off and he refused to because they were busy. He proceeds to drill it off. My dip manicure was even more painful. He cut me so many times with the drill and couldnt careless. I was leaving for a business trip the next day, if I has more time I would have gone somewhere else. I spent over $190 for 1 gel pedicure that left my nails bleeding, 1 dip manicure that left my cuticles bleeding, 1 regular pedicure for my mom, 1 gel mani/pedicure for my 6yr old. It was way too expensive for the pain. I will say the techs my mom and daughter had were fine, but will never go back.

I have been eyeing this place since it opened. I knew I wanted to get a full set with dip nails today & I didn’t feel like going to my usual place because I don’t particularly “love” it there. It just gets the job done. So I decided to give them a call and was told for a full set & SNS it would be $50. Same price as I am used to so I asked if they could fit me in. They were very kind and said of course. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful it was inside. My service provider was Hannah & she was very personable and considerate. She asked me multiple times if I liked the color and the shape. She was fast but gentle and she even took the time to make conversation. I even booked my next appointment with her before I left and I never do that! My nails look beautiful and I even referred a friend before I even made it home! Thanks again Hannah! I’ll see you in a month!

My go to spot. It’s clean. The staff are friendly and not pushy. I got a chip on my pedi and they fixed it up with no hassle. Good music, comfy chairs. Last visit was with girlfriends and they saw us all at once so we could chat. Also one friend didn’t even have a pedi, she just paid to have a foot massage and scrub done. Nice experience overall.

First time here... They squeezed me right in. Had Dip done by Sam. He did a really really good job and is just as picky as I am about nail shape. Needless to say I will be going back.

This will be my third time going. I just love my gel nails and Sam is a great tech. I have no complaints.

Went there to do my pedicure so I told them I want a guy to do my pedicure they all refused to attend to me, they left my feet in the water for 1:40minute and they were all attending to clients that came in after me very rude and disrespectful had to leave that day and go to another place to get my pedicure done

Love this place! No problem anytime I go. I see Tom. The prices are a tad higher then most but there’s a reason. They are better then most. I’ve read people being upset about being charged extra to get the cuticles clean up well let me tell you why.... because that is now a manicure which is an extra charge on top on SNS. This is normal people and it’s only $5 I do it everytime I go.

I went in to get a fill, I got there and sat down and I knew it might be extra because I had 2 nails missing but I was ok with that, but the lady came and asked rudely what color but they never gave me anything to look at. Then I looked and she’s looking at me waiting so I just pick a color then she starts filing and fixing, but she does it so rough and is doing it rude I just wanted to get up and leave but I was like just wait... so she said if you want then this long it’s extra but I wanted them to trim them down a little but she goes and cuts most of it off and now it’s too short to do anything so she keeps going and fixing them and at that point I was just over it I just wanted her to be done... also she was rushing because it was almost closing time and she didn’t once talk to me she’s just talking to her colleagues over and over... then she’s done painting and says ok I’m done go pay... never coming here again

ZZzzZzzZzz...I about pasted out in the chair under the care of Tonya and Tim! My first time here and got the $37 pedicure, it was well worth it. Tonya worked on my pedi while Tim worked on my SNS Dip Mani $40. I did not have an appt and walked in around 5pm on a Weds and was taken back right away. Tim did nice, clean work on my nails. Im still trying to grow my nails out and the dip has helped plenty. I was here for about an hr. Salon is in a good spot too.. gym across the way.. neighboring coffee and food.. Ill be back!TONYA GOT DOWN ON MY NAILS TODAY!!! I’m in love with my nails!!! She did such a good job. Been working on growing my nails out and the dip has worked great for me. SNS DIP 149

Horrible, will not go back. I felt rushed and my pedicure felt like i was on an assembly line. They had me soak my old nail polish off while getting pedi, which is fine, but the position they put me in was uncomfortable the entire time. Then she spilled the polish remover all down my arm. I asked for an SNS Manicure - they charged me extra for soaking off my old polish and for cleaning up my cuticles. And when I asked questions the nail tech got very defensive. Worst service and pricing Ive experienced in this area.
