I received the email that my package was delivered at 3 PM on 10/02/21 by the OnTrac shipping company. I checked already three times, the package did not arrive.The Part#1I called the customer service. The lady who answered the phone was trying to convince me that the package was delivered. Also, to make the complete scenario more believable, the customer representative put me on hold for less than 2 minutes. She pretends that she is going to contact the driver. The operator confirmed that the package was delivered to the correct address by the driver.The Part#2I explained multiple times that the package was undelivered. Also, I realized that the operator does not want to listen or understand my concerns. She just kept repeating the same thing.The Part#3I looked into my mailbox but unfortunately, the package was not there.The Part#4The driver arrived an hour later. The operator provided a piece of absolute invalid information.The phone number I used to communicate with the customer service to get the right and honest answer was the Corporate office contact service at 2501 S Price Rd Ste 201, Chandler, AZ, 85286.The Part#5The missing parts that should be# urgently established!1.The operator was unintelligent and irresponsible.2.She supposes to know how long it takes to dial the number, communicate and get information from the driver.3.All these steps need a longer time than two miracle minutes.4. Is it so hard to be kind?5. Is it so hard to provide a straight message to each customer?6. Is it so hard to keep a business successful?It s a shame!
I wish I could give zero stars because they are THE worst delivery service company on the face of the planet. I feel bad for the employees who actually care about their jobs because NOBODY else seems too. I wish Walmart would cancel their contract with you guys. I wish everyone would because you guys are the absolute worst and dont even try to blame COVID because ontrac was awful before then. yall just use it as an excuse to be worse now. Toddlers on power wheels would be faster than you guys. By the time I get my package Im going to need a time machine to go back in time to actually need it. Dont use them.
These people are the worst delivery service!!! Always losing packages or delivery to wrong addresses. Horrible horrible horrible!! I would never use these people to deliver anything!!! Not recommended!!! Stay away from them at all costs!!!! I forgot this, they will LIE to you. They mark a package delivered yet never received the package. It has happened multiple times now. We had to call and then they admitted they lost the package. Why lie about it!

I had the unfortunate experience of Home Chef utilizing OnTrac despite multiple occurrences in the past of them not delivering my food in a timely fashion.My food has been sitting here in Phoenix Arizona since yesterday morning 10 am. It didn’t go out on a truck yesterday and it didn’t go out on a truck today. Zero documentation as to why, and it was perishable! Why don’t you keep my food and serve it up at your corporate facility (directions are included). Ahi tuna that shipped out Monday should be ripe. Make sure you plate it as shown and hand it to your CEO from me😘💩💩💩
The worst. Drivers smoking in old beat up vans, packages not one single time delivered on time, just absolutely horrible. Ordered a meal delivery service and found out they use ontrac, gave them one more chance, my food arrived 4 days late spoiled. OnTrac is complete garbage, and any business that ships with them inherits their image. Avoid.
STOP USING THIS SERVICE!!! Is it still a third degree felony if the delivery service has youre packages and wont get them delivered? Its too bad the managers, supervisors and execs of OnTrac dont take ANY of these one star ratings and negative reviews seriously. After reading so many, you cant tell me theyre not aware of the issues. OnTrac has single handedly ruined the timing of all of our back-to-school orders for my niece. We have orders that show our boxes just sitting in some warehouse day after day. They take no responsibility, instead just give you a litany of excuses when you call customer support. Ill go get the packages myself since I live 15 minutes away but Im told I cant even go pick the stuff up in person. When you ask why, they say they cant share that information. VERY disappointing...
I am extremely frustrated with OnTrac. I ordered a new phone from Google (no idea why Google of all places uses OnTrac) and I paid for expedited shipping and it was supposed to arrive here yesterday at the absolute latest. Now it is the end of the day and will be 2 days late at the minimum (with how things have gone I wouldnt be surprised if its longer). I tried using the live chat online and calling and they just say theyll look into it and get back to me, but I havent heard anything. Overall, just a terrible experience where I dont even feel confident that my package will arrive at all. Like many of the other reviews, I would give negative stars if possible.
I dont even give them one star. More like none. Terrible company, Terrible customer service. They have repeatedly lost my packages having delivered them to the wrong house EVERY time! Most recent my dogfood order from Chewy. Then they argued with me that it was delivered to the right house! After contacting the BBB they finally admitted it was delivered wrong. Do not use them. They should not be in business!
It’s been a month now LITERALLY and no update where my package is at . this company has ruined my birthday I spent so much money and I can’t even get a refund because this company lost my package they haven’t even Scanned it i even asked to pick it up and they said no because my package is lost 😡 I definitely emailed BBB about them . Can we sue them for what they are doing? I would love to get a lawyer involved.
As an employee that works in the building. Im very impressed. Outside very well landscaped and maintained. Covered parking mostly reserved but a beautiful environment to work around. A small pond in the back with all types of birds to watch. Peaceful. Interior is CLEAN has a small cafe and very up to date electronics, desks, high security and great break rooms ! Can not complain at all.lo e it here
Terrible! The last 4 pkgs through OnTrac has been a minimum of 4 days late and 1 package was 2 weeks late after paying for expedited shipping. The Package sits at their location in the town I live in for days on end just updating delivery for next day and next day etc… I am going to tell the companies I order from who use OnTrac that I will not be doing anymore business w/them unless they use another company. I have tried to talk to someone on phone and they tell me I will get a return call with ETA but Nothing. Awful awful company. I wish there was a negative to give
OnTrac did not deliver my 50” TV! They say they did but it is Not true! First my doorbell has video… no one came on my porch. Second I was home inside… 3 feet from the door with 3 dogs that love to bark. Amazon said delivered at 1:30 pm on the application. I saw the status at 2:07 pm and I went outside to find NOTHING! I am Very upset!!!I want the item REPLACED! I purchase this on sale and if they just give me my money back and I repurchase I will loose $100 sale amount!
Ive been told my package will be delivered everday for almost 3 weeks now. Ive been told it would be priotized. A SUPERVISOR NEEDS TO CALL ME BACK ASAP. No i am not coming to the office i am physically unable to leave my home so its not something possible so do not even mention it. This is supposed to be a gift for someone and it was ordered in advance because i expected possible delays but 3 weeks!??? No, get me a supervisor. Someone needs to call me NOW.
The worse customer service, I have encountered in decades. Reception is nothing but security in a suit, to tell you cant talk with anybody. No wonder they are losing their contracts with vendors left and right. Heres some suggestions you might ponder. Take a photo of your delivery, like all other delivery companies. RING the doorbell to let us know its here, like every other delivery company. Dont put people off for 72 hours while we contact the driver for answers. What a waste of time. OnTrac? NO, OffTrac.
Terrible experience! Identified husband wife delivery team harassing me over package that wasnt delivered. Instead of delivery person telling me where they put the package. Puts the phone in my face twice. Doesnt speak English? I dont know what is going on with this. Identified himself as husband, took steps toward me in a angry manner. I filed a police report against OnTrac. No response from OnTrac as to a solution. They said they dont give out any information. They are returning my deliveries, four deliveries returned so far! Avoid this company at all costs! They dont care who they hire or how packages are delivered. No way to contact Corporate Office. Left messages, wrote letter, sent emails.
Tracking says my package has been Out For Delivery since 1050. Its now 1910. Just HOW LATE is End Of Day ? 👎👎👎👎

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They delivered a package of ours to the wrong location, said it was delivered to our front door and was never there. They literally did nothing but tell us it was the shipper’s fault and to contact them for a replacement. It took almost 2 weeks to get any answers from them, horrible, horrible company. There are many other shipping companies and absolutely no way I would ever recommend this one. They are thieves and should be shut down. After reading the reviews for this company and realizing they don’t actually deliver packages, I’ll be reporting them to the BBB.
Absolutely horrible experience. I had a $1000 camera shipped from a store and the store unfortunately used On trac. The package was never delivered and worse they said it was and its my fault. I was at home all day waiting for delivery. I received the delivery confirmation email and immediately went out to get the package. It was not there. I walked around looking or a truck or driver or to see if it was at any neighbors houses. It was not. After contacting ontrac they conducted an investigation and determined that the package was delivered and they stand by that. Im filling a police report now and hope that I can get a refund from the store for this package that was never delivered by ontrac. Horrible company. After reading other reviews I wish I had never agreed to have them ship it but it wasnt my choice as the store used them. DO NOT USE ONTRAC!!!!

Worst delivery service ever. My package was never delivered. Called to find out what happened and was given the brush off. Told them that I have video surveillance and had proof of no delivery, but they said I am wrong since their driver said it was delivered.

Very poor unreliable shipping company! I ordered a Weber grill online through Ebay 2 weeks ago and the seller chose to use Ontrac as their shipping company. The Ontrac driver claims they delivered my grill to my garage door (not my front door). I was home at the time, and when I received the “delivered” notification on my phone, I checked my garage door, but there was nothing there. I then checked my front door, but nothing there either. I contacted Ontrac and after their investigation, they stood by their driver’s claim that he/she delivered the package to my garage door. I submitted a complaint with employee that was handling my case, on the grounds that the driver 1) did not ring my door bell, 2) did not deliver my package to the front door, thus causing the package to stolen/missing. I paid $600 for this grill, just to have it stolen because of a lazy driver who felt it was okay to leave the package at my garage door. Mind you, my garage door is at the back of my house in an alleyway that is shared with my neighbors and is open for anyone to drive by and take the package.After complaining to Ontrac, I contacted the seller and explained this to them. Seller issued me a full refund, after I provided proof that opened a police incident report. Once I was refunded, (about 2 weeks later) I decided to again purchase the grill, but through a different seller (Home Depot) hoping the seller would use a different shipping company other than Ontrac. Unfortunately for me, Home Depot also using Ontrac as one of their shipping companies in my area. This time around, I contacted Ontrac once I was notified that my grill was going to be delivered today. I specifically spoke to an employee and requested she contact the driver or driver’s manager, and notate to have my package delivered to my front door, not my garage door. She told me that my request has been entered into the notes, and the driver will see these notes. Well, I was at home again, and once I received the “delivered” notification on my phone, I checked, and the lazy driver decided to deliver my package to the garage door AGAIN! I wanted to give the driver a piece of my mind but he/she already sped off. This is ridiculous and unacceptable! I see why Ontrac’s reputation precedes itself. Having lazy, negligent, and incompetent employees represent their brand is a recipe for disaster, especially in a time where honesty and integrity seems to be uncommon, and lack there of seems to be the new norm.I’m pretty sure that their are honest, trustworthy, and caring employees that work for Ontrac, but the problem is that they are letting the bad bunch represent their brand. Do better Ontrac!!
Package went out for Delivery and was never delivered. I emailed 4 days in a row they finally responded after a week that the package was lost and to follow up with the vendor. The things I bought were bought on a sale that I had waited for months to occur so even If get my money back the value of what was lost was much higher.
OnTrac has delayed delivery of my package for several days now. There is an option to leave messages on there website. I have left several. NO RESPONSE. I have called several times. Sat on hold for an hour, numerous times. To be told I will get a calls back with an update. NO CALLS BACK. MY PACKAGE STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED! NOR DO I HAVE ANY IDEA WHEN IT WILL BE! SMH. I have another order on its way to me from another company, and its coming through OnTrac! I would love it if everyone stop using OnTrac. The reliability is non existent. I have yet to speak to a rep who has kept their word. If only giving zero stars was an option! WHERES MY PACKAGE, RESPONSE TO MY MESSAGES OR CALL BACK!? SOMETHING! TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE!
Terrible service. Blatant theft. It was really disappointing to find out that the Corporate Office of OnTrac was a five minute drive from my house. The only consolation is that those employed at this office might have to use the product they employs them. OnTrac and its abhorrent employees should leave the Chandler community.
This is the perfect agency to go to if you want to work. They are fast, cheerful and efficient. I went there and had a job the next day. If there are better companies I havent seen them.When you are ready to work get Ontrac!
When talking about customer service, my family and I havent had a problem. Representatives are nice and take their time to try to solve problems. However, when it comes to delivery, its a 1/5. If it was possible I would give them less than half a star. Out of the 4 times packages have come with ontrac, there hasnt been one time that the delivery man is able to leave it at the door. Not even that, he hasnt even enter my apartment complex. Messages saying that the package has being delivered AT THE FRONT DOOR are never true. Not even the front door of the apartment complex, which if that was the case, its completely unacceptable. I have no idea how is ontrac still operating. This is probably one of the worst shipment companies out there.
Absolutely the WORST delivery service I’ve ever had to deal with.. For the third time, once again today a package I needed was marked delivered and it wasn’t.. I was right there and I could see it was not delivered. It was NOT at my front door. Where is my package? This doesn’t happen with FedEx or UPS, I’ve never had any problems.. Can’t get anyone on the phone, and the emails just tell you to contact the shipper. I sent a second email asking for an explanation and they just blew me off and told me to contact the shipper again. I had to reorder and this time I let Walmart know NOT to EVER ship anything I order with this horrible company

Package delayed for nearly a week. I sent several emails trying to resolve the issue. Called their office and was finally able to get details. After the package was put back in transit, I was emailed back and informed what was going on days later. Im amazed that such incompetence can continue to operate a business. Save yourself the trouble and go with a reputable courier.
Bad scheduling, very poor service. A package was supposed to be delivered on Friday 8/20, now after several calls and online checking, they say it will be delivered by 9PM on Tuesday 8/31. That’s 12 days after they received it... guess if you’re not on their daily routes you dont count.
I would give negative 500,000,000 stars if I could. Seriously. This is probably the 20th delivery that’s gone missing in to the ethers. Customer service used to be OK. But, now they basically tell you to go F yourself when THEY mess up and LIE to you. I have already reached out to every brand that has ever shipped with them. With luck, they have never shipped via ontrac to me after forwarding them email chains of the lackluster performance of this company. Furthermore, this company does NOT require their drivers to use 4 wheel drive vehicles. I live in the Sierras and have 18 inches of snow on the ground. In my last interaction, I reached out to American eagles customer care to inform them of what literally always happens before it even happened because it’s literally clockwork with ontrac ( and it happened again). Customer care assured me they would replace the whole order. ontrac said they wouldn’t change the address. The place where they dropped my package off is 40 minutes from the original address and claim that’s where it was shipped. But, on the tracking order it says just the town. No physical address of where my order was delivered. They told me they could not change the address. But, my cameras never picked up his truck, and again the town where it was “delivered” is 40 minutes away. In an earlier part of my email chain, the customer service representative seriously suggested that I drive almost 4 hours round trip from my physical address to their facility 1 hour and 45 minutes away. Had I actually agreed to that after suggesting I risk my own safety and actually driving all the way to Stockton, it wouldn’t of been there anyway. At 8:05PM it says that it was still out for delivery. At 8:21 it says delivered. But on the delivered update, it claims it was delivered at noon thirty. But guess what? No physical address listed and says “left on doorstep”. Customer service claims it was sent to the original address. Which, I know darn well they weren’t going to drive in 18 inches of snow.as usual, I don’t get my package, and ontrac take NO responsibility for their incompetence again. I knew it would play out this way like every other time. This is what happens when companies want to save a few dollars, they go with some third rate carrier. I hope after the dozens of emails I have sent with all of the other companies I purchase through. American eagle won’t be using them in the future. What a joke ontrac is. They don’t even deserve the have the o in their name capitalized because that’s how irrelevant they are.
If I could give OnTrac negative stars I would. Three deliveries in a row were delivered to a common area in my building, yet the online tracking says they were delivered to my front door – an absolute lie.I sent emails the first and second time and customer service acknowledged the problem. The third delivery the driver threw the package so hard that it sounded like a truck had lost part of its load going down the street. This time I called customer service, they said my account had already been noted that the driver is supposed to deliver to my door, and that the local supervisor would call me in a day or two. That was last week, so I sent a follow up email. I did not receive a response to that either. I would like to know why this driver is allowed to just throw shipments wherever they please and falsify deliver information. Other shipping companies will terminate drivers who do this for obvious reasons. Not OnTrac.Now I am expecting a shipment of 4 boxes large enough that if the driver throws them in the common area, they will not only block the mailboxes, but also be a safety hazard because they will block the stairs. I do not know how this company stays in business. I will never use them to ship my orders and I cringed when I saw that this last inbound shipment was using OnTrac.ETA after responding to the message below, there has been no improvement, I was never contacted by the local manager, and my latest delivery was fraudulently reported as placed at my front door, when instead is was blocking the stairs. Extremely unprofessional at ever level.
I had a package that was supposed to come on the 13th and said it was delivered to my front door but the package was no where to be found I called the place I ordered from they had no clue where the package was and I called Ontrac to find out what happened they do not know where my package is either would not recommend at all have seen many other reviews also say the same wish I had don’t my research before ordering
They said my package was delivered at 2:15pm infront of the door. I was standing outside of my house at 2:13 pm till 2:30 pm since I was talking with my friends. GREAT JOB ONTRAC.

I will not recommend using this business for shipping purposes ever. They dont keep to their word, dont keep to their delivery dates, and following up with them is a nightmare. I paid extra for overnight shipping and its been well over 10 days ( theyre telling me it will be an additional three days before I receive my package). If I could give them negative stars I would.
They never delivered our package on the day they were supposed to. I went through the website and submitted the message to their customer service and thats when the lies started. Instead of admitting to screwing up they acted very ignorant. A delivery service does not know how to look up an address on google maps, are you kidding me.Wow 319 negative reviews on BBB and 398 complaints. Thats the highest Ive ever seen. Amazons guaranteed 2-day delivery turned into 4 day because Ontrac didnt know how to look up my address on a map. Then on the day they actually delivered it didnt arrive until after 6 p.m. you think they could have went out of their way and delivered it first thing in the morning but they obviously lack in customer service. Not only that but the box was about to bust open and bent in a couple spots so clearly they have no respect for the packages or people receiving them.
I have learned to add at least a day to whatever estimated delivery date this company provides. Their deliveries have never been ontime, even before COVID and they seem to be using the pandemic to be even more unreliable.. A package was out for delivery on 10/10, then suddenly was scheduled for delivery on 10/12 no explanation provided. Terrible service!
I just want to say our delivery guy Justin is amazing! He literally does go above and beyond to help our small business out (Gilbert and Ocotillo). He definitely deserves a kudos for all he does. Great customer service!!
Unbelievable level of incompetence in customer service. Our package was labeled with the incorrect address - which was not a valid address. We contacted OnTrac via email - as per the instructions to report problems with a delivery - the day the package was marked as Delivered in the tracking history. How you can deliver to an address that doesnt exist remains a mystery.24 hours passed with no follow-up, and we emailed again. Again - nothing. Yet another 24 hours passed and I called customer service. The hold time was too long, so I was instructed to leave a voice mail. I also followed up with another email. NO RESPONSE.FINALLY - about a week later, the tracking was updated to show that the package had been returned to the shipper. Never, at any time during this ordeal, did anyone at OnTrac return a call or respond to the emails. Thats ridiculous.A complaint has been filed with the BBB in Chandler, though Im not sure what good those complaints really do. After reading the other reviews here, Im going to avoid purchasing a product from anyone who uses OnTrac as their delivery service. This complaint seems to be right in line with all the others.This package contained almost $300 worth of security equipment that the company we purchased from was nice enough to refund us since they couldnt get anyone at OnTrac to answer the phone either. Theyve since received the package back, so its a wash, but still...this is no way to run a business, OnTrac!
Horrible Delivery Service!!Ordered from Levis online. They either use FedEx, UPS or OnTrac. Never had a problem with FedEx or UPS, but this time my order was sent to OnTrac for delivery. We have been home 24/7 and the tracking claims OnTrac has tried to deliver for 3 days. Not true! No calls, emails, text or doorbell rings or door knocks have happened. Like other in these reviews that have tried to call OnTrac, they dont answer the phone. On hold forever!! I highly encouraged Levis Corporate not to use OnTrac as they are a bad extension of Levis customer service.

We used to ship thousands of packages a month through Ontrac with our business for several years. Due to constant issues with quality and lost/stolen packages- we’re done, and going with alternative carriers.
They sent me to the wrong address and I wasted money on getting there...I don’t have much to begin with .so for them to be so nonchalant with my order and time was very irritating.When I called them they said that they couldn’t help me and people make mistakes. Now that sent me how are you suppose to do your job with mistakes I am a minor and for that I hate your companies work ethic terrible..if I could I would give 0 stars you guys are the worst.
I honestly cant figure out how they stay in business. They have mishandled literally every package Ive ever had delivered by them. I have left notices with every company I do business with that I will stop doing business with them if they use OnTrac.Maybe instead of sponsoring the golf cart for the Diamondbacks you should you should spend that money on training your incompetent delivery team, improving the people skills of your horrific customer support and finding actual leaders for your executive team.Sad I cant give you the 0-star rating you actually deserve.

Very bad delivery service. Drivers can’t read an address. Miss deliver all the time. My stuff sent to my neighbor’s. My neighbors stuff dropped off to our house. Called their 800 number and all they do is yes you, never fixing the problem. They are horrible!
Very long delivery times. They called me about an address confirmation. I gave them the missing suite number and it took them four days to get the package to me after correcting the address. Completely unacceptable avoid using OnTrac at all costs.
I’ve only had 1 package delivered by the date and time they promised delivery. The other dozen or more packages you ask? Those were either extremely late (1am) or a day or two past the delivery date. Do they care? Nope. I sincerely hope you go out of business so I never have to get a late package or excuses from your horribly mismanaged company again.
Ontrac updated status of a package within 30 minutes of leaving their facility pacakage refused. They never once attempted to deliver package, no one refused the delivery and now a package I have been waiting for 3 weeks on is stuck in limbo somewhere. Every single experience with this company has been horrible.

In the past six months OnTrac has been given the job of delivering a package to us. Although the address on the label is clearly posted and correct all three packages have been delivered to the house next door. Now on my second call to try to figure out what on earth is going on. Our house numbers are clearly posted on the front of our houses.
Its a private company and the building is semi- private (pretty much customers and employees only for the businesses in the building). There is a small cafe on-site for food and drinks but there are better options off-site.
They steal packages, been waiting forever to receive my package, posted as delivered to front door, reviewed camera footage of front yard no trac vehicle ever passed by at the time and date it said it was delivered. Trash service
This is by far the worst logistics company I have had to deal with. I have had the worst luck with getting them as my delivery service after ordering from companies like Freshly and Google. Multiple times they have failed to deliver on time and put my perishable deliveries at risk for me to not receive or use them because of transport storage only being good for 72 hours. In these cases I had to get refunded by the company I ordered from. Im currently expecting another package from Google that has already been delayed by two days. Their sense of urgency is lax and Im surprised that reputable companies keep utilizing their ill managed logistics processes. Just because its cheaper doesnt mean its better. OnTrac needs to get a grip and start performing better. It may not seem like a big deal now but, your larger clients will see this as a negative trend and eventually drop you.
Never had a good experience with OnTrac! Was supposed to have a package delivered yesterday, never showed up. Got an email today saying to call them because there was an issue. I have tried calling them two times waiting on hold more than 30 minutes each time but nobody ever answered. I also sent an email but have yet to hear anything back and package still not here. Its not the first time Ive had a package not show up from OnTrac.
OnTrac is so disorganized and unreliable, its amazing big businesses still do business with them. They will gladly tell anyone that a package is being delivered knowing full well the package is missing. The thing about OnTrac is they dont have drivers that work for the company, they use anyone off the streets basically, and they dont care what happens to your package, they get paid regardless. With that being said, you have a lot of theft, lying, deliveries to the wrong addresses, and if the driver gets tired or just feels unbothered, theyll take your packages home and refuse to deliver them that day, and God help you if you somewhere far!Right now at the time of this message, OnTrac is in such a bad position that they have thousands of companies and individuals in queue waiting for their matter to be resolved from Black Friday, but the reality of it is, there will be no resolution once you reach an agent because customer support cant help you, they wont be able to tell you anything because there is nothing to tell. Your packages are lost or maybe stollen and its nothing they can do about it, so they are told to lie to the customers by management. Sadly customer support are only doing their jobs but have to take the inevitable scolding from all who they answer on the phone.What can be done about it? Nothing! Unless the companies that use them drop them as a shipper, they need to realize that Ontrac is a cancer that needs to be cut off. Sorry for all those going through this situation.
PLEASE, never use this company or any company associated with them! We have had to use them a couple times and the order has never arrived on time. Most recently I made an order through Fanatics and paid for next day shipping. Ontrac was contracted to deliver it. They have sent it to SLC (30 minutes from my home) and for some reason sent the package back to AZ twice!!! It has now been 5 days and still not here. We will also not be using Fanatics as long as they use Ontrac.
I had a great experience. Ordered something with same-day shipping from Amazon at the last minute, and it arrived before 6, had been left where I could find it easily (with it still not being in full view from the street), and the delivery person rang the bell so I knew to grab it.2 thumbs up!
Package should have been delivered on 12/10/2019 and tracking shows its been sitting at coporate for 3 days, today is the 4th day and this carrier doesnt work on weekends so I have to wait for the 6th day to call and find out why it takes 6 days to deliver a part 20 miles away. My order contained a machine part and the machine doesnt run without that part. USPS has stepped up their game and so have Fedex, UPS is on par with Ontrac. Seriously change your name to Offtrac it is way more fitting.

Made my online order with Home Depot disappear, but claim it’s a “confirmed” delivery with no evidence. Decent couriers take pictures of the delivered package, not these clowns. Now I’m fighting with HD over $150 and never received my items.
My package was supposedly supposed to be here on nov.4th now I have to wait till monday nov.9th. And thats not the best part, it really was in my town but then it was sent back not just once but THREE TIMES!! I tried to call, NOTHING no one answers. I tried to contact them online. NOTHING. right now I feel like Ive lost my 400$. I highly do not recommend OnTrac.
Companies like Amazon, Sephora, Blue Apron, etc are contracted to use OnTrac in western US states so you as the consumer dont necessarily have a choice to choose which shipping carrier to use. That said, in order for your package to be delivered successfully always give your complete address and always include easy to understand directions on how to get to your address including gate codes. Apartment communities: give walking directions to your building and door and a call back number for the driver to call you. During busy seasons like Christmas they hire extra 3rd party seasonal delivery people most often using their personal cars for delivery so they will need exact directions on where to park, etc. If ordering perishable food like Blue Apron be warned that delivery vehicles will NOT be refrigerated and if its not able to be delivered in the 24hr time frame due to not providing adequate delivery directions then it will be discarded. Delivery drivers will NOT deliver to places with loose dogs in yards or gated communities with no gate code. Customer service has direct contact with all the drivers and can get a delivery instruction message if you need to clarify directions. If its snowing in your area then that will delay your delivery and you can choose to pickup your package at a hub station. Otherwise, really this shipping company is much lower cost than the bigger companies so thats why Amazon uses them. Just provide adequate delivery instructions every time. ** During christmas another reason your package is late or sitting at a hub station 20 minutes away is simply theres too many packages and not enough delivery drivers. If youre 20 minutes away then just go get it yourself or have a friend get it. These drivers are working 12+hour days and just cant get all the packages delivered. They probably could get them all delivered if the consumers provide complete instructions to their home. I used to work in the headquarters working directly with the drivers fixing these delivery issues so trust me, its not a bad company if you help the drivers out once in awhile.
Slow delivery. Customer service line is cut off from incoming calls at at times so youll have no way of contacting them regarding your late shipment. They keep pushing back the delivery date. Still have not received my item 11 days later.
Literally been waiting on my package since the 4th not it wont be here till the 9th!!! I have a food subscription so I wonder what conditions thats going to be in!!!
This company has lost my packages 2 times now and they were never found. My address is right on my roadside mailbox. Because they have to drive 2 hours from Phoenix to Sedona in a small van just to deliver to our small tourist town, it is hard for them to correct a misdelivery. Wish I could specify who delivers when I order online, because any shipping service is better than this one. The supervisor of the driver said the package was redelivered and closed my file. The package never showed up. They suggested I call for replacement from the shipper. Not if they use this delivery service, no point in ordering from that company anymore.
This is the WORST delivery service EVER. My supplier switched to On Trac 6 weeks ago. Delivery is so bad, I canceled a multi year relationship. On Trac delivers to the wrong address, bursts through my private gate, leaves packages in obscure places, jeopardizes my safety and security. Nothing works with them to get things fixed. Delivery people dont follow the instructions on my order, ignore instructions on my private gate. The supplier tried changing the day of the week, hoping it would be a different driver. Same rotten service. Businesses beware. Using On Trac is bad for your business.
Never, ever use OnTrac. Refuse shipments from any website if they use OnTrac. I am having single worst experience I have ever had with delivery. I am sitting in my home right now for the third day waiting for a package to be delivered. They promise something different every day and then fail to deliver. According to them my package is at their facility less than 20 minutes from my home and has been for 2 days. And yet they cannot deliver it for some reason. Every single time they have delivered to my home they have been at least one day late and sometimes more but this one takes the cake. Never ever use OnTrac. Refuse shipments from any website if they use OnTrac.

The system consistently changes my address to an incorrect one resulting in my package being lost. They never notify me that its lost. It just continues to show out for delivery for days. They say they put notes in the system to fix it but it never happens. No updates, consistently lost packages EVERY time! Never a flawless delivery with OnTrac.... Id say theyre OffTrac. Try to get vendors to use a better shipping company.

The delivery, which included two iPads, was just left on my front doorstep where many packages are stolen. To make matters worse, there is a GIANT sign on my front door stating DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES WITHOUT A SIGNATURE!When I called the tracking department, I was immediately told we dont have to ask for a signature if the shipper doesnt require oneThis is, by far, the worst example of service I have encountered. I would have been happy to schedule a pickup around OnTracs schedule had I known this would be an issue.I will definitely NOT be using your services in the future, nor will my business, which ships easily in excess of $100,000 worth of goods monthly.Feel free to congratulate both your idiot driver, who apparently cannot read, and your tracking representative, who lacks any form of empathy or sympathy, for losing the business!

The best example of a company that does not seem to have a clue about customer service! Packages indicated as delivered online, Yet not delivered! Who is lying to who? A recent Amazon shipment that I had to call about, the Rep saw in the drivers log the he forgot. Whats up with that!One thing I found out through Amazon is that you can request that OnTrac as the least preferred method of delivery. I wish they would offer is a non option.
One star - but would give them ZERO if I could.Amazon listed my package as delivered at almost 8 pm. However, looking at our home security footage, there was no delivery made. I called OnTrac the following morning and was told by the woman on the phone that the delivery driver would come back to my house before 5 pm and help me locate the package.At 4:45 pm he shows up - with my package - and it had been OPENED!!!!I dont know if he ever planned on delivering it or not - but it all seems kind of shady.
Ive been trying to get customer service for over 2 hours, not exaggerating, literally 2 hours! Every time there is a new issue when they deliver, I wish newegg and amazon would stop using them. I cant even ask where my package is because they wont answer the phone!.Avoid them at all cost if you can.

I dread every time I see that my package is going to be delivered via Ontrack. They are 50-50 for delivering packages on time (see attached pic). When they are on time I usually get my package between 10:00 - 12:00 pm. So now I have to stay up late to prevent packages from sitting out all night. The delivery driver is usually in some type of sketchy car. Wouldnt be surprised if my neighbors think Im a drug dealer.Special note: If you placed an order through Amazon, they will give you a free month of prime if you have any problems with Ontrac.

I was suppose to receive a package today from On Trac however I never got it. The driver supposedly delivered the package at 10:27 am. He never knocked or rang the doorbell. I’m pretty sure that the driver threw the package out the window and kept going. I called the office and told the representative that my package was missing and the merchant wasn’t going to refund the cost of the merchandise which totaled $80. The representative seemed to be sympathetic and told me thatOn Trac doesn’t give refunds either however she would put in a complaint against the driver. I told her that’s fine but a complaint isn’t going to replace my money. This company is the epitome of UNPROFESSIONAL!! Their drivers literally never take the time to properly deliver the packages or if they’re going to leave it make sure that it is in a secure location so that it doesn’t get stolen. I will never use this company to ship or receive anything ever again.
Sent me an email saying package would be delivered next buisnbus day .Next day came,got email saying it had been delivered at 9:36 am .When I got home,no package . I called on track they said there was a hold up and if I wanted to get it today I would have to pick it up myself .Not a problem,except ilive 25 miles from the station .All they could say was sorry. This is the worst delivery and customer service experience that I have ever had. The driver lied and said he or she made 3 attempts to deliver a package to my home, which on at least 2 of the occasions and times we had received successful deliveries from UPS and FedEx. I contacted OnTrac and spoke with a Rude Supervisor supposedly by the name of Angel and after receiving the worst service ever, he tells me that my concern was irrelevant when I asked to escalate to his manager and that he would not. Needless to say, but I do not have my packages, and I will certainly not utilize their services, purchase products from person who utilize their services, nor will I accept any future shipments from OnTrac. The Phoenix location is clearly full of drivers and employees who lack the integrity or customer service standards necessary to address customers. I operate my personal business and professional business with integrity and honesty, with that in mind I will not do business with companies who has employees who lack both of those. I truly hope those who read this help hit them where its hurts as well. Ask the person selling a product if they utilize this company if they do decline purchasing from them if they do not have an alternate shipping source. Maybe then they will get their act together.
If I could, Id give Ontrac zero stars. I have never, not once, had a positive experience with this carrier. They have either lost, destroyed, or delayed every package attempted. After this last 1 week delay, enough is enough. If a vendor uses Ontrac I cancel my order and go somewhere else. After sending them 2 emails which they never responded to, I called and was left on hold for 45 minutes. When I did get to talk to someone, they could provide no useful or accurate info, so they lied. Im done with Ontrac, Id happily pay a higher shipping rate and get my stuff that deal with these clowns.
Placed an order through Sephora. I was supposed to receive my package on 1/23... it is now 7 days later and still no package. I have spoken with customer service the past three days and keep being told my package will be delivered next business day. Yet each day the package has been held at warehouse pending being returned to the sender. If I could give a 0 rating I would. This is the first time I have experienced a horrific shipping service.. beware of ontrac.
Package never received. Tracking notes said NOT HOME and door tag left, but I was home the entire time, and no door tag was left! Driver didnt even attempt to deliver my package since it was getting late on a Friday. Called customer service and the representative I talked to told me I could come pick it up myself at their headquarters! This is the only online review I have EVER written. That should say something by itself.
My package was NOT delivered on the day it was scheduled. I have been waiting 2 more days and nothing. Now no one will answer the phone. If I get a choice I will NEVER use these folks again.......Amazon what are you thinking?????
