Great deals here. The store is well stocked. Got nice boxed wall cabinets for a steal compared to *orange store. Was able to find helpful employees, and get the details for the project without trouble. I would definitely shop here again. This location is a little larger than some others I feel, and that meant I got what I needed in one trip.
Found the furniture 9 movers at Lowes. Really helped move a very heavy couch out of the house. Strength needed too. But on carpet and tile they worked wonderfully.
Bought over the range microwave. Installation charges ($119 and does not include hauling away old equipment) are the main reason for this rating. Did not expect that post pandemic one will have to mortgage the house to get somethibg installed. Very disappointed in Lowes. Will have to really think next time if its worth it buying from Lowes compared to a high end retailer.
My wife and I had a great experience shopping some appliances and counters at this Lowes. Huge shootout to Dave in Appliances and Brian in Kitchens for their help. We will definitely be coming back to thus locations for our kitchen needs.

I would leave no stars if possible. I recently made a purchase of nearly $2000 worth of building supplies from Lowe’s with a scheduled delivery. Four boards arrived instead of all of the supplies, two of which were too warped and cracked to be usable. After spending two hours on hold and being told to call the delivery service they contract with, who then referred me back to Lowe’s, a second delivery with a ridiculous 12-hour window was given for week later. After waiting 10 hours, with help waiting to work, I reached out to Lowe’s again, who stated that the delivery would not happen; and I was again given a new delivery date with another 12-hour window. The third delivery again did not happen, although I received a call from the driver the morning of delivery stating he would arrive before noon. After again waiting for an entire day, I reached out to Lowe’s who attempted to schedule a fourth delivery date. This took an additional three hours of phone calls to three separate stores, none of whom were responsible for the actual delivery according to the managers I spoke with. When attempting to cancel the entire order, I was told that the delivery fee could not be refunded, but would be reduced by 20 dollars, for the four boards I received, even though the $2000 dollars’ worth of building supplies never arrived. OUTCOME: 30 hours of waiting for delivery. Hired help for the job paid with no work completed. Six hours of phone calls to three Lowe’s stores and a delivery service, none of which would take responsibility for the order or assist in any meaningful way, and being hung up on after hour long holds twice. Job postponed a month. Lost delivery fee and wages. Ongoing struggle to get refund for materials that were billed to credit card. Only big box outlets like Lowe’s can afford to treat customers like this, and soon, they will be all that is left.
Hard to find info in hardware. HD employees seem much more knowledgeable. Pretty good inventory, but figure on looking for your items yourself.
Love Lowes. They have what I want and need. Plus they take military discount unlike home Depot
Generally I would give this location a great review. However, this time I need to bottles of ammonia (moxie) and they could not locate the case they have of them.With that explained I was disappointed that the staff would say you can come back when we find them .This in my opinion, Lowes can & should provide better customer service! 🤔
Wont be back to Lowes, especially this one. Bought a Kobalt flashlight years ago with lifetime warranty, which Ive had to use in the past. Go in today to swap it again after the tail cap rubber wore out and they no longer carry Kobalt flashlight. I asked the manager to swap it for a comparable (actually cheaper) flashlight and she said flashlights dont have lifetime warranties. I showed her the $7 flashlight I asked two swap with had a lifetime warranty. She huffed rudely and refused to do anything. So much for lifetime warranties. Cant trust buying tools from this place anymore. What a scam.
Terrible customer service.Waited in line (one cashier, self checkout was closed) I was the 4th person in line and at least 4 others behind me. Cashier kept calling for a managers override yet no one came to help. He called 6 times in over 10 minutes. I got sick of waiting so I dropped the items I was going to buy and walked out. I gladly drove to Home Depot that had 3 cashiers and 4 self check out kiosks.The most poor customer service I have ever received at a Lowes.
Seems as though when I go there and I actually need help nobodys around to answer any questions I may have, and some times when I go there just to kill some time and see what new tools and products are out to may my job easier being that I do Comercial and residential maintenance and repairs I have every one in the place trying to help including loss prevention some times they make me feel so uncomfortable that I just leave
This is the first time I have felt that I had to leave a bad review. Will try to keep this short. Purchased a refrigerator by phone and it was to be delivered. They did show up on the delivery date but proceeded to run the new fridge into the wall and leave a big dent, then proceeded to try to hook it up to the wrong water line because the water line that I paid extra for was not with the new fridge ( damaged the receptor and I had to call a plumber out to stop the water leaking all over my floor), then ran the old fridge into my counter and another wall on the way out. Now things happen but usually not this many accidents at once. Oh and the new fridge has a huge dent in the front door that should have been noticeable prior to even being delivered. I contacted the store manager and he said they would replace the fridge and to send him pictures of the damage done in the house so I did. This is where things get really bad in my opinion. For 2 days I never heard back and finally called the store manager to ask him if he got my email. He said he did and started a claim with the third party delivery service. I asked him what was to be done about the damaged fridge and he said they should have a replacement in 2 days. I asked if I needed to check back or if they would contact me this time and he said they would call me. I called back on day 4 and could not reach a manager. I called back on day 5 and could not reach a manager. On day 6 I called the corporate office and spoke to the customer service and was told I would hear back within 48 hours. 3 days later I call back to customer service and spend 35 minutes waiting for them to answer and then 20 minutes with them on the phone unable to give me a direct phone number to anyone that could help me. They could not even get ahold of a supervisor to help with my issues. I have not had one phone call from either the store or the third party delivery service. This really shows me how much they care for me as a person or a customer. That they cannot reach out and even give me one update or let me know that they got my email or message says a lot about how they do business. Worst customer service I have ever had with purchasing any item in my life.
Could not find my ordered for pickup. Waited 10min for them to find it. Also no parking lites on very dangerous
Definitely want to thank everyone for their help, but please understand patience is key. Today we had our washer and dryer delivery date in which I was ecstatic about; however, there were a few slight issues. The pair we ordered in store were delivered in the wrong color ☹️ the part sold to us at the store and a part for the dryer was the incorrect part (lint hose), and the 2 pedestals were unable to be installed due to missing screws for them so they were returned. The items were already available/in stock since we ordered them about a month ago, so not sure how we ended up in this ordeal. Unable to reach anyone to discuss next steps but I will be diligent in trying.
Terrible customer service. So rude all but one of them. No desire to help the customer. Even gives incorrect info. I ordered online and had it delivered. The order was wrong. The driver was nice.
The main reason I’m giving 5-STARS is based on a certain employee named Roman in the flooring department. If it weren’t for him, we’d go to another store. He is always so knowledgeable, helpful, and while others stand around he’s always looking for ways to help. We need more “Romans” in this world.
For Chandler Festival Lowes: Thank you so much to Danielson and to Bob (in training), who both helped me get some plastic sheets cut to make freezer shelves! They both went above and beyond and both really had a great attitude. They provided excellent customer service and took time to make sure it was done right. I was able to add 2 shelves to my freezer for a fraction of the cost and I am very happy with the outcome. Yay Lowes! and Yay DIY! :) and Yay Danielson and Bob!!
While I was shopping I noticed Dawson, a Lowe’s worker who needed appreciation. As I shopped I continued to see him helping an elderly gentlemen through the process of selecting what he needed, lifting heavy items and setting up his military discount and more. The patience shown was incredible and it seemed as though Dawson was helping his own relative. I couldn’t let this go unnoticed because that level of customer service is rare. I am normally a Home Depot shopper but I will be coming to Lowe’s now because of workers like this and those that assisted me as well. Awesome job Dawson. Thanks for caring.

Always love Lowes for it is always clean, organized and well staffed for questions. Yes we prefer Lowes over Home Depot. We will shop HomeDepot if Lowes doesnt have the item(s) we are looking for.
I was here looking at storage units to put on some property that I may have just received trying to find a travel trailer thats not too expensive so Im close to getting a home again everybody cross your fingers
3 overhead calls later for management and 10 minutes later finally led me to the wrong item. If this item was available anywhere else online I would have done it and this place makes me sad these places are in business. No apology from management for wait with very low customer headcount in the store. No one we ran into offered to help locate the item we were looking for and price was listed wrong by 30 dollars.I get it when there is no choice but avoid this spot at all cost.
Kinda weird. Went to restroom while two employees just stood there quietly outside the stall door while I was pooping.then when done they hurried and rinsed there hands and rushed out. Not sure how I feel

I was really disappointed in the customer service. I asked for help and when the young man called for me, he was told that I didnt need it. I heard the whole conversation. I hope what I purchased is the right thing. Dont ask for anything more than directions here.

Im writing this review to recognize Jim, a wonderful gentleman whom i saw rushing to help us this morning while buying concrete blocks, he offered help not once but multiple times since i needed some time to decide, he waited till he loaded the blocks into my car and since I needed to come back a second time for more, he said he will get them ready for me, when I came back the cart was already filled with blocks with all the details written for a speedy checkout, then out of no where he showed up again to continue helping us with loading, Jim is not only an outstanding employee at Lows but he is a good human being as well he didnt avoid the help instead he made sure it was provided, thank you Jim people like you make a difference.

After 2 other stores refused my return because they couldnt find my invoice Mind you I had my receipt, I was told to return it to the store that I originally purchased it from, so I drive 23 minutes to this lowes on chandler and I do understand it being close to closing time so I was moving swiftly And as IAnd as I arrived i was speed walking to the door and 2 employees are standing by the door who obviously see me the time is 856pm they close at 9 When I amWhen I am approximately 15 ft from the door they literally slam the doors closed! I do understand they were not aware of my personal dilemma nor under any obligation to stay open late and I wasnt asking that of them. Just the indecency was very rude and I wont be returning other than to complete my return
Walked in with a broken Craftsman ratchet and walked out with a replacement in less 20 minutes. Cant beat that. Scott and Brian were great employees. Assets to the company. I hope I got their names right.
Google asked me to share my experience by push notification. So here it is. It was nearly 9:00 on a cool rainy night in the valley, when, while driving uber, I had a tingling sensation inside myself. I dropped off my passenger, and googled the nearest target, 1 mile being too far I found this lowes to be the nearest option. I quickly parked and went inside to find the restroom in the far corner of the store, but I pressed on and once at the rear of the store a creepy dimly lit hallway, lined with blue hands that vaguely resembled a smurfs murder mystery, led to the restroom. I had made it just in time. Upon exiting I noted the paper towels were fully stocked and the soap was well placed during these covid times. I then exited the store nary a purchase in hand and was not even as much as acknowledged during the whole adventure. The perfect poop. Thank you lowes.:)
They have a little bit of everything for the DIY projects you seen on discovery or pinterest. The custer service aspect has fallen off and finding a willing customer service associate is getting more difficult.
Horrible customer service at the customer service and returns counter. Three Lowes people coming and going not helping anyone, but laughing and joking and dawdling along while I and others wait for 20 minutes. Finally walked away it was so bad. Thankfully the girl on the floor in the paint dept. was awesome, very helpful and found the product I wanted even tho it was nothing to do with paint and was nowhere near the row or aisle specified on the app. Helped get it down and got me on my way, kudos to her, wish I thought of noticing her name to include it here.

Sometimes you Lowes sometimes you Depot. Today it was Lowes. They had so many tools on sale displayed, that I barely made it out without buying more tools I really dont need. But I managed to keep my hands in my pocket. I dont grab a cart or hand basket for this very reason. If I got a place to put it that makes it easier for me to walk around and look, it will usually make it to the register and eventually to my garage. I walked out spending less then $20 this trip. I done good.
We had the best experience purchasing a new dishwasher and range. Dave was very friendly and knowledgeable and worked with Diego to get us the best deal possible. Dave had us laughing most of the time. He has a good sense of humor and really took the stress out of purchasing for us.
Terrible customer service, lots of workers running around looking busy, but not helping customers. Had to wait 20 min to get someone to tell me that they couldn’t help, then another 10 min for that person to tell me dispense equipment is broken and I’ll need to go to another store. Call buttons don’t work, and no signs to indicate equipment out of order. When I asked to talk to a manager I’m told they all left and can’t help.Also 2 days ago had to return defective kobalt drill less than 1 year old, had receipt and box said 5 year warranty. They exchanged it, but said at first we’re doing it as a favor because only 30 day return. Even though box said 5 year. First 3 people couldn’t help and last manager said in future I would need to contact kobalt directly. I didn’t realize kobalt warranty would be such a hassle
1 register open at 11 am on a Sunday with 10-15 people constantly in line being served by the slowest cashier known to man. Really well done management!

UNACCEPTABLE delivery service + WORST PHONE CALLS!! Overall, I have had nothing but negative experiences with Lowes!!We purchased washer/dryer/fridge.My husband handled the phone calls. I have had it with their delivery services! 🤬1) Lowes delivery guys damaged our carpet stairs + all of our upstairs carpet!! 🤬2) they picked up the wrong refrigerator.🤬 They took down our front door unnecessarily because the refrigerator didnt fit. Obviously they picked up the wrong size fridge!!3) they gave us a defective dryer!!4) UNACCEPTABLE THAT WE ARE LOSING MORE TIME BY MAKING US WAIT 2 more weeks for new dryer!! Lowes delayed our move-in date!!5) The appliance department NEVER PICKS UP!! BEEN WAITING ON THE PHONE FOR 40 minutes for appliance employees to answer!! The appliance department should always have backups to answer their calls who knows how to find resolutions!! Lowes employees needs better training!!THE ABSOLUTE WORST NIGHTMARE!! I HATE THIS LOCATION!!!The only service they did right was they went back to get the right refrigerator, quickly came back to install the right one.6) However, they did not install the filter.POOR SERVICE + DAMAGING OUR CARPET + LOSING OUR TIME for the replacement dryer IS UNACCEPTABLE!!
Good place to shop. Speak to Store manager on duty (like with any store) if you see strange transactions on the screen when you check out. I had 1 go through & the computer automatically took $0.49 off then the $138.00 off my card remainder! It was supposed to ALL BE 1 TRANSACTION & THE CASHIER WASNT TOUCHING THE REGISTER! Its a computer hack to the computer that was being used as a register. But the store is working with me!
I find what I went for at Lowes most of the time. There prices are competitive and the associates are professional and friendly. My one heartburn is that they dont have as many associates on the floor as usual and you most times have to look for someone for help.
Found everything I wanted, theu have a little different selection than the other home improvement store.
Hate being treated rude when I spend so much money, no need to be rude Mary in lawn and garden.
On the off chance you can find an employee too help you you would have better luck googleing it or trial by fire first

I could walk around here for hours and window shop and end up purchasing a ton of stuff.
Had to wait for help in the BBQ section for over 20 minutes and made multiple calls to customer service for help when nobody was showing up. Eventually got a friendly employee to help me, and the checkout person was friendly. If I wasn’t as patient as I am I would have left, but I drove an hour to get to this Lowe’s and didn’t want to waste the drive either.
It is either understaffed or something because the curbside pickup is a joke. Sat there for 30 minutes and eventually had to go in, and the order was in 3 different locations. Unorganized and customer service could use some work.

YOU CAN NOT BEAT HOME DEPOT!!I just recently purchased bricks from Lowes in order to build a short brick wall in the front yard. I was glad that the delivery came before 9am.The delivery man came out from the truck and asked where we would be using the bricks, and I pointed the place where they were going. He told me that the spot is too small for his truck to go in, so I told him to bring the truck with the bricks in the middle of the garage and signalled him to move from the front. However, he just ignored my signals and drove his heavy truck on the right side of my driveway, which I had very recently expanded. The weight of the vehicle caused the entirety of the new section to break off. I was shocked and too startled to say anything in the moment.Two days after the incident, I went to the store to meet with an assistant manager and told him about what happened. He told me to write an email to him with detailed information. I did what he told me to do, then I received a call back. His attitude threw me off. He called and told me to come back to the store and take new cement and a patch for free and fix the damage by myself.This is absolutely the employees fault and the proposed solution is not acceptable. The cost of the cement is negligible and a patch is completely insufficient to fix the damage.I emailed him that I would like his employee or anyone who can fix it from his end to come out and fix it, and I still did not hear back from him. I dont want to waste my energy on this, but does this response from him even make any sense?Its currently over 100 degrees in Arizona. I spent my money and energy to care for my house, and now, after they broke what I built, they are telling me to go and fix it again myself?Im very disappointed with their customer service, if it even exists.
