Wow, Donna did an excellent job helping find a perfect ring for us. She went out of her way to help on her days off, and answered numerous questions. I decided to buy from London Gold vs online retailers because of the service, and because everything is in house, making it very reliable for future service. Pricing is a bit high, but I wouldn’t call it excessive. Just remember, you get what you pay for.

Do not trust buyer Jeff at their locations. He cannot determine the difference between coal and a diamond. I had never visited London Gold before. I also am a jewelry novice at best. I have a ring that I miss wearing which needed the diamond replaced. I walk in and am greeted by Donna H. I explained what I wanted and she took complete control, coordinating with me and the jeweler. After a few trips back and forth, Donna presented a plan for not only replacing the stone but upgrading how it was seated. The price was a couple of hundred dollars less than I thought I would pay. Great customer service! Was very happy and pleased with the help I received. The original ring I purchased was too big, 3 sizes bigger. They couldnt size it down because it would mess up the setting. Luckily Shane Co was more attentive to my needs and answered all my questions. When your going to spend a few grand on jewelry you should expect better customer service. Dont expect it here.
