Very dishonest place i took in 23.4 grams of 14k gold i had it in two bags one with 10.2 grams and the other had 13.2 right the guy took it put it in two boxes passed it to a guy to test it they test it in the back so you cant watch it passed 14k now he puts it in the scale and it only ways 18.grams i asked where it went he said my scale was off it was not at all 5 grams off lol come on they said we put weight on box yeah after dude in the back takes some off the top then they weight it so never do bisness with them bad bad experience rip off con artist

I got my rings resized. They did an okay job, but there were some issues with their work. They fixed some of them, but still left some marks.
