If I could give less than a star I would. The first few months the cleaning were consistent and the same team but the last few months have been awful. They sent a cleaner that reeks of smoke so I had to ask for a different team. I pay for a morning spot but then get pushed through the afternoon due to this issue. The team that comes is in a hurry because they weren’t supposed to clean this house. They do a horrible job. The next month they show up two hours late and send the SAME team I sage away last time. If takes 4 hours to send a other team again pushing my service into the late afternoon. AgIn they are rushed. Also, I was told they would arrive at noon and have to call at 1:30 to find out where they are. If you know your customer is already dissatisfied then call and update them or at least make them a priority. The new team does not clean the kitchen floors or couch that is in the notes. They leave the back door OPEN and unlocked. And my four year old finds a bottle of cleaner left behind on the floor. I had asked at 10Am for the owner to call me about the initial issues but only received a call after I called for the fourth time to cancel my services. Do not use them!

Very pleased with the cleaners and the end result. They were efficient and thorough. Plus very pleasant to have in my house. They listened to some special requests and followed through. A first time deep clean in 2 hours. I used Cleaning Authority in North Idaho for many years. The quality of the company can always be depended on.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for a few years now. They always do a great job, but today was an exceptional clean! Jose, Paloma & Jennifer added lots of little touches that were appreciated. For example, we have a bowl of Keurig K-cups & they took the time to arrange them nicely in the bowl, all facing up. Lot of similar touches like this throughout the house. Great job!

The cleaning team of Daijerin and Josh did an excellent job. The were the most professional and so determined to do a good job. They did a great job. They listen to my needs and were able to do exactly what I needed. I would like to have them do my cleaning every time, the best team by far. I was very impressed with the service we received. Everything looked and smelled fabulous. They took care to make our experience unique. They were friendly and helpful.

At first they were great! Very thorough, and worth it. They would have someone follow up with the clean to ensure they are doing a good job. I know I have clutter and pets in the house but it’s really beginning to not be worth it. There are streaks left on mirrors/glass, dust still in open areas like the fireplace, lamps and bulbs, even on the “area of rotation” that is supposed to get extra attention. Nobody follows up anymore at all and hasn’t for some time. If it doesn’t shape up I’m going to most likely discontinue the service.

Reliable and efficient. Management is very responsive to concerns and requests. Slightly more expensive then private/individual cleaning services but well worth it to me!

I was very happy with Jose, Amara, and Eric’s work today. I recently had some work done in my attic and there were definitely dust bunnies around and the team did a great job with dusting today which is something I hate to do. I’m so glad I have a cleaning service on rotation to take care of the stuff I don’t like to do!

I have used this company a few times now and overall am pleased. The teams that come in have done a good job. They miss a few things occasionally but nothing I can’t take care of. The teams(2 people per team) have always been honest, professional and pleasant to be around.

We’ve been using The Cleaning Authority since October 2020 and have really enjoyed what it has given us. It’s such a gift of time; two people working for 2-3 hours is a lot of work... We’re very grateful to the cleaners and try to tip well. We haven’t have the same team come to our home- I believe it has been different team each time. There was just one time where I think there was some miscommunication and a few of our rooms were skipped over. We let TCA know and they partially refunded us by giving us a credit to our account, which was really nice. It always feels so nice when everything is clean.

My house has never been cleaner. They did a fabulous job this week. I do wish I could request the same team every time but they are responsive if something got missed and theyll send them back over.

I found the employees to be friendly and considerate. They did an excel leant job and did not rush to get through the work. Working at a steady and efficient pace. They didn’t rush but neither did they dilly dally. This is my first time using TCA, I expect the same type of service in the future.

This is the most thorough cleaning Ive experienced. their 4 week deep cleaning rotation schedule is awesome. Ive had multiple cleaning companies and individuals clean my home, and these are the BEST Ive ever had and a GREAT value. Ill be using their services for years to come. We use the team once a month to go over everything in the house. They do a fantastic job! We clean our house regularly but it is really worth getting everything fully cleaned once a month. Professional, quick, and thorough.

Nick and Stacy were very personable and did a great job. We keep a clean house ourselves but love them to clean every three weeks, since we have 3 1/2 baths, 5 bedrooms with 2 offices. Its really nice to get everything dusted cleaned, vacuumed and wiped down!

Very efficient and responsive- love cleaning model as there do one area deep clean with every general cleaning. All automated if you like and can tip if you choose.

Called to complain about poor work that they did and their answer was we will come out and fix it and they never did. Asked to talk to a supervisor only to never return my call. Had a scheduled cleaning but nobody was home so they went in an unlocked back door and help themselves. Broke an electrical outlet two months ago and has not been repaired since. I would never ever ever recommend them to anybody...$150wasted.

During quarantine a lot of people got their houses in tip top shape. I did the opposite, I started projects but never finished them. My previous cleaning ladies just stopped showing up so my house was in desperate need of cleaning. The thing I love about The Cleaning Authority is that they cleaned extremely well but didnt put my clutter away. I love this because previously I would come home to find all my stuff gone. Id much rather they leave it alone so I can finish my projects. They came on time, followed COVID guidelines and my house looked great. They are more expensive then I was used to but well worth the $ spent.

We had Savannah and Frank do a standard clean on our house. We use this business about once a month and they did by far the best job we have ever had. We are extremely pleased to have them and we hope to receive them as a team in the future.

I have used this cleaning service for years to clean my 3,000 sq. ft. home. The workers are thorough and the company is flexible, for example, when I have occasionally had to reschedule. I don’t always have the same cleaning crew, which I would prefer, but I understand this is not always possible. Nonetheless, all teams are well trained and careful. I recommend this business!

The beds were not made, bedding just pulled back. Bathroom floor in master swept out onto carpet after vacuuming was completed. Stove top looked great and house wide vacuuming was great.

I will never hire this company again nor will I refer ANYONE to them. They told me for my size of house with 2 cleaners for 2 hours of purchased time, they would be able to complete the list of items I provided with no problems. When I got home my jaw hit the ground of how much work they DIDNT DO. I dont know what these 2 women were doing in my house for 2 hours but they didnt clean anything but 1 bathroom and a kitchen. I took a million pictures and called the company and told them what was wrong they showed ZERO CARE. The woman on the phone was so smug that she flipped the entire thing back onto me saying she doesnt know the state my home was in but they work by my list of priorities and these women just didnt have enough time to complete the rest. I told her I would of purchased another hour if I knew they were not even going to sweet mop of vacuum the floor!! Completely unprofessional!! Do not waste your time. They did not even call me back after I sent proof nor did they refund me or try to make anything right with the state they left my home in. No only am I out 200 bucks but I will be hiring someone else to now come in and do what they couldnt. I will also be reporting them to BBB.Update-Your response is irrelevant. I have had ppl clean my house before and they cleaned it 10x better then your crew of 2 ppl when they were 1 single person. Your crew came in here lazy, and late. You continue to bash the condition of my home which is just bad business etiquette. I have kids my house gets dirty daily lol and I explained EVERYTHING to the person who booked my one time cleaning yet they sold me the 2 hours. Nice try. Sorry my home wasnt clean before I asked you to clean it? Youre rude and quit communicating with me.

I have used the East Valley Cleaning Authority for over 15 years. I have had the same team lead person, Kim, for a number of years. She works fast and diligently with her team of 1-2 others. She knows my home, but also has a binder of detailed information about unique requests should she not be leading my clean team. The office staff is responsive to questions and assistance if needed.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for almost two years now. The cleaning crew is always on time, and theyre doing an amazing job. Its a great feeling to walk in to the house after they are done. The rotating deep cleaning works great. I will always recommend their services.

This is my second cleaning with this company and both experiences were very good.The owner Patrick met with me first to explain how the cleaners are trained and the products they use. I was concerned about my laminate floors that had gotten ruined in spots by prior companies.I found that both crews were polite and responsive to my requests. They were thorough also, every area was cleaned.The prices for this company is competitive to other companies and they use environmentally compatible products. They are well trained in proper cleaning procedures unlike other companies that are inconsistent with their practices. I found that other companies that claim to use environmentally friendly products don’t have the research to backup what they are using.I especially liked the crew that came today, Felicia and Allison.12/11/20 update:I requested to have my favorite cleaners to return but they haven’t been able to do that.I have had several Cleaning’s now. Often there is a different crew. Some of the staff are more attentive to details and others are only light and quick cleaners. They have a specific rotation area to focus on for each visit with a specific checklist but is not always adhered to. The staff very quick and do a good basic cleaning. All of the staff are polite, wear their masks and maintain social distance.

We added an hour and got little cleaning for the extra hour. Attempted to contact owners repeatedly to resolve the issue by sending out cleaners or refunding some money. No response from anyone yet. Very frustrating and unprofessionsl. Wont be using them in the future.

We clean our house ourselves on a daily basis. When the team leaves, the house is sparkling and dancing. Its a joy to have the backup complete with regular cleaning of baseboards and showers.

So we used this company for a couple months before COVID and then we had to stop service for 4 months because my father in law wanted less people in the house. That being said we started the services again and for the last 2 months and it has been horrible definitely not the same company. Every time they came they would mark off things they did but they never really did them, so we called and noted the last 4 times stuff that was incorrect. They came out and fixed the issue the first 2 times but its crazy having to go check your house and make sure they did what they say they did.... SO after 4 times of constant issues and today they showed up to clean the house at 7:45 am no notification nothing they just rang the bell the family was trying to get ready reangle the dogs this was just not ok if your going to come that early they should call and notify you before hand, plus every day they were schedule to come we would have to call at 8am and see what was the approximate time so we could have everything square away. What I mean by that is kids toys moved and dogs locked out back and make it easy for them. they always show up around noon or later for all the times they came before. Needless to say I dont want to take the additional time to explain to people how a company should run especially with all the money we are spending for this service. We are done dont waste your time with this company especially they money your spending they are not worth it.

I saw a small man driving car number 2020. He was speeding and driving while texting. His phone right in front of his face with both hands typing. Thats not very considerate of the other persons safety that was also in the car. Probably shouldnt have workers drive a company car if they are going to text and drive

Id been hesitant about having my house cleaned during a pandemic, and my only regret is not having them in sooner! Im so so so so pleased with my experience.

So I’m not big on bad reviews, but what I just experienced with this company is absolutely horrific and their response has me seeing red. I started having services in my home prior to the birth of my child in Jan 2017. For nearly the first year, things were perfect and exceeded my expectations. At some point in early 2018, I started noticing a shift in quality. We’re pretty laid back so initially I didn’t want to make an issue of it. It started with little things like constantly setting off our alarm and not locking doors. I would call, they would apologize, and it would happen again. One day I came home and my house clearly hadn’t even been cleaned. I called and they assured me they were doing quality assurance checks on my home moving forward. One day, my music streaming service was interrupted while I was using it on my phone at work because the women cleaning my house were playing with my amazon echo (the device records commands). Reading back, I feel ridiculous for putting up with it for as long as we did. Having a toddler though, we loved not having to worry about doing the cleaning ourselves. To compensate for this problem, i shifted the schedule, so I could be home while the house was cleaned. That seemed to be working and I thought things were better. Last Friday, I was away from the home all day and came home with my child to find it reeking like gas as soon as you walked into the garage. Long story short, they removed the knobs from my gas stove and replaced them incorrectly so the gas was running but the pilot hadn’t lit. It was hissing quite loudly as I approached the stove,so it definitely was a fairly clear sound that I would think would be hard to miss. Based on the time they entered the home, this had probably be running for about 6 hours, which our pets were stuck inside with. So not only did they put the life of myself and my family at risk, we were displaced for nearly two hours while the fire department and gas company shut off the gas line and stabilized the situation. So yeah, amongst other things, that’s pretty freaking annoying after being gone all day and having a hungry toddler. I then had to wait two days just to reach the office to advise them of the mess they made and despite the severity of the situation, the office manager gave me a “all I can say is sorry.” I guess because you collected your money, it doesn’t matter that your people could have killed us. I will never use this company again. They should be embarrassed at the lack of quality in their work (shame on me for putting up with it for over a year), and overall lack of professionalism. You got your last buck from me. If you are thinking about using this company, please be cautious!
