Im very disappointed with the job they did yesterday in my home. I payed for a deep clean and they just did an ok job. They missed so many spots and they left the floor with a film (3400sqft house with only tile and laminate). The stove wasnt cleaned properly until I asked of they can try the cleaner I used for a glass top stove. The house didnt even smelled clean. Very disappointed! I had high hopes since I keep seeing awesome reviews on Instagram.

The 2 gals were very good cleaners… I’m bad with names but one of the them was Cindy…The one thing I like about them was they moved everything and actually dusted… usually you get a feather dusting today from everyone. They were very organized knew what they were doing and they were very efficient about how they went about doing the cleaning. No wasted time or steps. I would definitely use them again. They are going to start a biweekly with us beginning October 1st. I’ve had people clean my house or houses meaning I’ve had 11 homes for 30 years and this has to be close to the top of the pack as far as the best. My wife will tell you I am very picky so thank you for the job well done.Cliff & Clare David.

Marisol and her team did a wonderful job on our deep clean. They were very kind and did an exceptional job. With three little kids and 2 dogs they had their job cutout for them. I was very impressed and will absolutely be booking them again!

Ive had them do a deep clean and a standard clean and both times they were very pleasant and friendly. The house looks great, no missed spots and they ask what you want done in particular. Im not familiar with pricing compared to other services to determine value but Im comfortable with what we pay for the results. They spent about 3.5 hrs with 2 people working on a 5 bed 3 bath house.

I was in a pinch and needed a deep clean before my family came into town. I have had multiple house cleaning companies in the past which for one reason or another haven’t worked out and I decided to try The Perfect Clean. I love that you can schedule and pay online and you can see exactly how much your service will be based on the size of the space you’d like cleaned and the different services available. I like that there is excellent communication, I have small kids and it’s difficult to be away from the house all day so it’s very helpful for me to know when I can expect the service to begin and plan accordingly. I love that a team shows up and has a plan and makes quick work of the deep clean service option I choose. I really am so grateful and it’s the nicest feeling to walk into our home after The Perfect Clean have worked their magic. The car air fresheners are such a nice touch and make it so my car doesn’t smell like soccer socks and shin guards.

I have used the perfect clean a few times and they have always left my house looking amazing. They are always kind and nice and very kind with our yellow lab.The deep clean option is my favorite as they clean windows, fans, baseboards, ovens and more! We have a glass shower and it looks amazing after every time they clean it.I trust them to clean the house when Im not home or have to leave before they are done. I’ve used Clean for some time now and have really loved how beautifully they left the house in the past! But the last cleaning left much to be desired. They had not cleaned the master bathroom at all, did not wipe down the counters in the laundry room, left a sticky spot on the kitchen floor, and it was questionable whether the guest bathroom tub had been cleaned. I explained this to Kassidy at Clean and she responded immediately to make it right. She even called me on the phone. They had the crew come back the very next business day and re-clean all those areas. It looked amazing when they finished. They do a bad job. When talking with them, they sent a manager to house and nothing done. They dont do half the things they said the would. Each week they did less and less. Again requested them to fix problem and no follow through. Would never use them.

This service is excellent. Classic example of you get what you pay for. Their costs are a bit higher, but their service is so much better than others. Cleaning is top notch and very detailed. The service team’s communication is fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone who is picky like me.

When I reviewed the house when they were done, I found a few areas on the tile I wanted cleaned better and they were happy to clean it again until I was happy. Light gray tile shows everything but I’m happy with the results.

The Perfect Clean didn’t have a good first impression sadly. Broken light, scratched up my freshly painted walls *BUT* they credited me money to fix the issues had great customer service and my last two cleans have been really well done. I am a clean freak with high expectations and these guys meet them. I will continue with my monthly cleans and I’m glad I gave these guys a second chance. Oh and the air fresheners are pretty awesome! Love the new scent!

I’m not surprised to see I’m not the only one with issues with them cleaning a fully empty home.We had an appointment scheduled for the 8th between 3-5. They showed up at 4 according to the front desk and my god father showed up around 5:30/6 to check on the home. They were already gone and he mentioned the house did not look clean. I reached out to them and went to check it out the next day for myself and found that it was in fact, not cleaned up to par. It appeared nothing was done aside from the 2 1/2 bathrooms, vacuuming, and wiping down kitchen countertops and the kitchen sink. Definitely not the deep clean I expected, but that was my fault for not triple checking what it included and not paying more than the $375 I was being charged to have extra services such as windows cleaned (which I was not made aware of until after the service.)When I reached back out, I had asked to speak with a supervisor, which did not happen. Instead, the same front desk woman called me back and said she spoke with him/her instead and that the supervisor will be out the same day to re-clean the home. I requested pictures be sent to me of the updated job to which she kindly said that would be no problem but of course, that also never happened.They are now closed and of course I now have to spend time re-cleaning the home myself or spending more money on another cleaner that’ll actually do the job and communicate. I am extremely saddened because they came highly recommended and did cost quite a bit more than others who would have included more in their service.Lesson learned - always triple check work and always triple check the services that are included if you’re looking for someone to clean your home before you are getting ready to sell.

We recently purchased a home and the previous owners moved out without cleaning a single thing. Clean Perfect was able to schedule someone within a short notice and the service provided was amazing. Sadly, I cannot recall the names of the two ladies that cleaned the home (will update post once I know) but they did such a great job!! I could not be more happy and would certainly request their service once again and ask for the same ladies if possible.

I paid $400 to clean an EMPTY house before my family and I moved in. The first night we were here our feet were so dirty after walking around the floors. Upon further moving in, the kitchen cabinets were filthy as well. They will not offer refunds despite the “manager” coming over to see the filth for himself. They have zero sympathy that I live with a chronic illness and was counting on them to do a good job.

The crew does a great job and I love coming home to clean house after a long day at work. The air fresheners are an added bonus, they smell great!

I had my air ducts clean today, which had never been done before, and resulted in everything, everywhere inside my house being covered in thick dust. I needed emergency cleaning stat, and these ladies showed up a few hours later to save the day. It was a bit outside their standard scope of practice, but nonetheless did an amazing job, and I highly recommend them.

The young ladies were polite and professional. They did a nice job thoroughly cleaning the house. I have 4 dogs so its nice to have the whole house clean.

The cleaning job they do is not bad. That said be prepared for them to leave chemicals and cleaning tools behind which is super great when you have a 2 year old running around. This happened almost weekly as we were on the weekly service plan. We also had a child with a medical emergency and got charged for cancelling less than 48 hours in advance. They do not answer the phones on weekends or holidays so if you hire them and need to cancel be sure to let your kids know not to have any medical issues on the weekends or holidays.

FIRST EXPERIENCE I was super impressed that they showed up a few minutes early AND my house is soooo clean and fresh smellingSECOND TIME I was so sad - they house looked clean but didnt smell like the 1st time - my family room tile floor was cleaned but they didnt move any furniture and I could see the dirt the worst was the cleaner threw away a water bottle by the bed that had a blend of essential oils in it.THIRD TIME Back to an amazing experience home not only smelled clean it LOOKED amazing even better than the first time couches were moved bookshelves were dusted overall amazing jobHoping the 2nd visit was just a fluke and that going forward I can have the same from the 3rd visit.

I have an apartment and I do my best to keep my own place clean. But I thought I need some deep clean stuff done, I called the perfect clean up. Three girls came and did everything perfectly. The made my bed and cleaned my bathrooms just as I hoped for. I would recommend!

What a joke - you don’t do windows ? That would mean you should call yourselves “The Imperfect Clean” as well as you don’t clean walls and just unsanitary in this case the bathroom is walls even after instruction were not cleaned. What cleaning company doesn’t do windows? Why should we have to direct the cleaners about what needs to be cleaned? Do not use this company, we didn’t have a choice. I’ll be following up with another company I’ve used personally in the past and haven’t had these issues. Just wow ...

I have been using this company for 6 months, the cleanings were ok, they dont actually mop the floors, they just run a polish over the surface. They wont clean the blinds unless you ask. They dont clean glass above doorways between rooms.About 6 weeks ago they stained my duvet cover with a chemical and promised to clean it (I bleached it but the stain didnt come out). That never happened and even after talking to Kevin, the regional manager, nothing was done so I had to buy a new one. I dont recommend this company, their cleaning is mediocre and their management is terrible.

I love these Air Fresheners! Its like Dollar Shave Club but to make your house smell perfect!

Such a bad experience with this service. I paid for the deep clean per the square footage of my house and they didn’t clean two bathrooms and a bedroom!Not to mention a lamp was broken, which when I called about replacing they said it was “broken when they got there”. Very unprofessional and poor quality of work! Don’t waist your money. Honestly I want my money back!

One of the workers mentioned this company is taking advantage of them as they do not pay them per hour and/or driving time.

Do not try to work for this company. They dont pay driving time, they just pay the hours you are actually cleaning the houses.
