First of all I can scream of how one session did changes for me! Obviously we are all different but who would’ve thought 1 session would have my hairs from underarms, legs, Brazilian growing back slowly. Usually when I shave they all grow back the next day literally. I am excited to see what 18months do for me. I don’t regret choosing to do laser hair removal with this office and Chloe ! Amanda and Alexis are both amazing and anytime they’re working on me I forget I’m in treatment simply because they make me feel so comfortable!

Amanda is fantastic and very attentive/responsive to feedback. I have been very happy with my results so far. Having good feedback and progress photos when possible (taken right before shaving for the next appointment) can be helpful to your technician to make adjustments to the laser settings. Pay attention to timing of when the hair falls out and when you notice new growth.

Things have been great since Amanda took over my treatments. Before that a tech with the initials K.W. (I don’t want to use names) was short and argumentative. I almost paid the cancellation fee and moved on. But Amanda saved the day. I am a year in to my treatments and I think I’ll stick it out as long as I don’t get a treatment from tech K.W. again.

I will start by saying I’ve never had laser hair removal and I will continue to post updates as I go. Two stars for the overall experience: this started as a Groupon gift of 6 medium area, however when I called to schedule I was up sold into an 18 mos contract during which I was assured of the experience level of the technicians;when I got there there was zero warmth being emitted from the employees that walked by and it was the same when I left;my technician didn’t introduce herself so I asked her name;we spent the next 5 minutes in a debate over what I was getting done including whether my ears were included which I was assured would be the case when I scheduled and she said that the tzone of my forehead shouldn’t be treated;when she was about to finish I had to request that she treat around my nose; best of all she had an entire 4 mos of experience under her belt. Sadly, I spent the rest of the day in a funk of buyer’s remorse.

Highly recommend seeing Stephanie super professional, nice and welcoming. Enjoyed my visit from start to finish. Will definitely be returning.

Even with all the Covid crazy, Simplicity Laser in Chandler has managed to make you feel safe, comfortable, and important. I had an amazing experience! If its your first time I would definitely look into the AMAZING first time patient deals. Seriously they are out of this world! I was only able to get one session in before they got shut down due to covid but even with just one session there is a noticeable difference with my hair growth. It was very manageable pain, some areas I didnt feel anything at all, some more sensitive areas it was a quick burning sensation but it was so quick because right after you feel the cold air blowing and you forget about the burn. At most I would say it was uncomfortable in some sensitive areas and not so much pain. I would 1000 percent recommend them to anyone looking to get laser hair removal. It was quick, A F F O R D A B L E, and they were very professional. Cant wait to go back!3 month update: Been going back for 3 months now and I seriously love them here! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Alexis is my favorite so far but they are all sweet. They give so much information and ask questions to get to know more about you so its not awkward at all. && The deals! They always have promotions going on and the best I have seen so far.

Amanda almost always does my treatments at this location and does an incredible job! I’m just getting touch ups every four months now since I have completed my treatments but still need a pick me up around that four month mark, and the entire process of re-activating my account and booking appointments could not be easier! I’ve had a membership for over a year now and I’ve seen great improvements, some areas better than others but hey I WAS hairy so it’s expected. The reason why I’m doing a review today is because yesterday I must of had the best session ever. I had a beautiful welcoming from Camenn. She answered my questions and made some recommendations. So I was off to a good start. Amanda was my Tech and she was amazing. She was thorough, I mean every hair in my legs must of been zapped. At first I thought I wasn’t going to handle it because of my period but it was the other way around, I felt super relaxed! I want my next appointments with Amanda!

I’ve had a mediocre experience with Simplicity.Pros: The facilities are clean. A couple of the employees are really excellent, professional and friendly. I’d name drop the great ones, but I doubt they want their names mentioned positively in an otherwise negative review...Cons: I started with a Groupon and went to membership but really haven’t seen any improvement after more than a year of treatments. (It’s possible it’s just my hair type, but a few years ago I had received treatments elsewhere and had much better results after just two sessions.) It can be hard to get on the schedule at good times, which is a problem when you’re paying per month and not per treatment (which can be 8+ weeks apart). My biggest annoyance is their current handling of memberships during COVID shutdowns. Their office has been closed since mid-March, but they insist on charging still with the promise they’ll just add those months on at the end of your contract (assuming you can get scheduled in that time). They won’t allow a membership cancellation even on account of job loss unless your account is current AND you pay a $200 cancellation fee. (Losing a job is not usually a great time to scrounge up $200+.) I understand contracts, but this is also a really weird time to stick to the letter of the law. Other businesses seem to be offering more flexibility. I had considered just freezing my account (which you can do for 2 months at a time up to 6 months), but with nonexistent results anyway, I would rather cancel.

The treatment at Simplicity was hit or miss compared to similar companies I visited in Texas. It was frustrating that Simplicity continued to charge me during the COVID shutdown, even though I couldnt use their service.Recently I called to schedule an appointment and they set me up the next day (which is great), however, what they failed to tell me was that masks were required at their facility. I drove 30 minutes and was told I needed to reschedule after I arrived.I then called to cancel and Simplicity refused to refund the payment that I made two days prior; even though I havent used their service in four months. I would recommend choosing another provider just for the poor customer experience alone.

Simplicity Laser has improved my life and self confidence SO much! The venue is so clean and inviting on every visit. Cameron at the front desk is very friendly and efficient and my fav tech, Veronica, without a doubt knows what she’s doing. I’ve seen such results and really encourage any skeptics to take the plunge!

I absolutely LOVE Simplicity Laser!! I did their 24 month, full body program and have had phenomenal results! I have fair skin and dark, coarse hair. I have tried everything else and this is the only thing that has worked. I can actually wear shorts and dresses now without the dread! Very knowledgeable. Scheduling is usually full if I have to cancel short notice, but Im just prepared to schedule out and not cancel. Ive already seen results after only having come a few months, and Im SO excited!!! Grateful for this awesome place!!

The service is great until you cancel.I had no issue with the actual laser, and the techs were great. I went to a month to month service after my year was completed, and after a few month found that a medical condition made me no longer eligible for their service. This was advised to me by their phone rep. The rep advised me my service and future appointments had been cancelled, and to email their billing department for a refund for any unused services.I didnt see any billing for the following month, which would have come through a few days after my call, so I figured everything was all set and when I was able to obtain treatment again I would just use the credit I had on file - no need to issue a refund.My mistake for not emailing for a refund. This month I received a charge from them. I emailed to inquire what was going on and was informed I never cancelled and that they do not issue refunds.I called and was greeted with nothing put push back when I requested a resolution. I not only cannot be treated per their policy, but had not received any calls or emails to schedule the appointments for the service I was paying for. In the end they refused to credit me for the service they will not be able to preform on me.I would recommend finding a different service provider for your laser hair removal.

It was only my third visit to this location. Scheduling has always been seamless with Simplicity. My past two treatments were pretty standard.Today I had Hannah as my technician, and she was amazing! She made the uncomfortable process a lot more tolerable. She was efficient, informative, and a pleasure to talk to (which was a welcome distraction from the treatment). It is disappointing that Simplicity doesn’t allow booking with specific technicians. She would definitely had been my first choice.

I have now been into this location several times. They are so kind and helpful each time Ive come in. Cameron has given me every piece of information that I needed (me being a laser hair virgin) And they are always having deals and specials. I would definitely recommend them. Try it!

The girls are always so sweet and friendly. I have been going for about 10 months and have loved my results. I used to shave in the morning and it was back by that night, and now in most areas that are being treated I only have to shave about once every two weeks with drastically reduced hair thickness and quantity. Amanda is my usual tech, and she is amazing! She always checks in about how the last treatment felt, how my treatments are going, and lets me know when she is increasing the setting. She also does a great job of telling you what she is doing and checks in frequently to make sure Im not in an unreasonable amount of pain. She does a great job of using talk therapy, helping to distract from any uncomfortable treatment areas as well. Ive seen a few other techs and they are all very good, and the whole team is very professional and helpful, but Amanda goes above and beyond.

I was very nervous at my first appointment and my technician was so sweet and talked me through it the whole time. I originally went in for just underarms but after my first experience I added 3 more body parts

I bought the full body package for a year and so far am impressed with the results. I know it takes several treatments to work and 2 to 3 in it’s amazing how much less there is. I have had great service from the techs and staff.

WORST Company to deal with EVER!! Stay away, read the other reviews that sound just like mine and take our advice... their customer service is non existent, their policies are horrible and appointment cancellation fees of $20 within 48 hours are borderline extortion. Getting through to their front desk to talk to someone is never less than a 5 min wait even if there are zero calls ahead of you. I have been going to laser clinics for years - I even purchased my husband a package here through Groupon - I signed up for an 18-24 month whole body package myself but have regretted that immensely. Take your business where they truly care about you as a customer, there is so much competition out there it would be a shame to give these sharks your hard earned money.

The best technician at this location is Ali Myers. After a rough treatment from another technician she took over and took the time to explain the laser process and how to take care of my areas. She listened to me and immediately worked on my areas of concern. She takes her time and doesnt rush you out. I highly recommend her.

This is a high pressure sales place. If you go in with a groupon they won’t stop trying to convince you to buy more. On top of that every time you go in for an appointment its a sales pitch. They are never on time for appointments.No way of getting oit of the contract so every month i go and it reminds me how much i dislike this place.
