I have been working with Lani for five years. Before selecting her, I carefully screened local electrolysis providers. Comfort and sanitation practices were a priority. I also wanted easy parking and professional scheduling. I know a some about the electrolysis process. Lani was honest in her description of the process and the outcomes I could expect. Her office is professional immaculate, staff are service focused and mature. After more than 20 years of plucking hairs each morning, I no longer pluck at all. I am able to maintain the look I want with affordable and spaced out appointments. Two things distinguish her practice notable. First, Lani checks her work multiple times during the appointment because blond hairs can be elusive. I never have missed hairs, she does a thorough and exacting job. Secondly, she runs on time every single time. I appreciate professionals that respect my time by not over-scheduling. I highly recommend her office and staff. Lani is one of the few spa expenses I allow myself, I continue to be highly satisfied.

Excellent Service and great quality and care. Lani and staff do a great job in making sure everyone is treated with the upmost attention. They listen to your needs and will recommend what you need with honest feedback. They will not work to oversell you like some other places. Lani, Madison, and Erica are all *amazing*! I been seeing them for a little over a year now for both laser and electrolysis and was hesitant to start, but am SO glad I did! I’ve been seeing great results, and I actually enjoy visiting them each time. It’s all been so worth it! They’re the best!!!

I was referred to Lani by a family member who raved about her treatments. I called and was able to book within the week for electrolysis. I have been a going now for 3 months and seeing some good changes. It takes more time than laser but for us that have light hair it is the best and only permanent hair removal option. She is professional and informed me of all that is involved. Yes electrolysis is uncomfortable but she goes quick and gets it done while checking in. Bonus: She runs on time, the office staff is so nice and the office is clean with easy parking. I highly recommend this place!

I started out as a hairy Sasquatch but between Lani on the electrolysis and Erica on the laser I am finally normal. They are truly interested in your entire skin care, not just hair removal. The best!!!

They are really great at removing the annoying hairs I got before my transition. Ive especially had a lot of success from laser treatment. Madison is an absolute sweetheart, and I am very glad that I am pursuing hair removal here.

Transphobic owner - The workers are amazing but the owner is a full grown bully. I’ve overheard her make snarky comments to a transitioning client and it broke my heart.

Ive been coming to Lani for years! My eyebrows are amazing and all those little annoying hairs are gone! Shes patient, knowledgeable and the hair STAYS gone!

Not going to say much but basically Dr. Lani cares more about the patient than the patient cares about himself/herself. So we can conclude that Dr. Lani is really passionate about her work and really nice as well.

If you want to permanently get rid of body hair, this is the place to go. They are knowledge and experienced. They perform both laser and electrolysis. The actual service is done in a clean and comfortable environment. Lani and Eric are friendly and are consious of your discomfort. Results are way better than those med spa places you see Groupons for all the time.
