I started here recently and I love it! Supportive and laid back, and the monthly price for unlimited classes is extremely reasonable.

I had back surgery at 18 followed by twenty years of back pain. I started CrossFit at this gym 8 months ago and the trainers really helped me with form and getting healthy. My back has never felt better and I am in the best shape of my life. As an added benefit, it feels like a family.

This gym has been great for the whole family. I love that my kids are active, having fun and getting stronger while I am doing the same. The Crossfit trainers are patient and knowledgeable. They understand that there is a learning curve for mastering the techniques and are there to teach, correct, encourage and motivate. Members are friendly and their level of fitness varies so anyone can walk through the door and feel welcomed to sweat amount friends and be challenged with every WOD. I like that we can use the gym at our convenience, even if we miss the scheduled classes.

This Crossfit gym is awesome! The coaches and members are all very welcoming and encouraging. If you have kids, the additional cost to get a KTR membership is minimal. Now my kids get exercise while I work out rather than watch a movie like most other gyms. Give it a try, you WONT be disappointed.

Finally a crossfit gym that has daycare!!!!! Love this gym and price! Mike is a fantastic coach and the members are super nice. Finally found a box I like!
