Eduardo was so friendly kind and Knowledgeable My computer had been hacked by someone trying to take money out of my bank account and he came over and quickly removed all of the stuff the scammer put on. Service is prompt and excellent. Gavin did a great job! My disc drive gave out and I opted for disk recovery which took about 60 days. We contacted this business and made an appointment for service. Technician Gavin arrived and we explained that we had a new computer and needed to transfer info from old to new computer.We also had computer related questions. Gavin sometimes completed tasks without explaining to us how to access or perform tasks, prompting me to ask how he got there. He would then slow down and repeat. He used a lot of time typing notes on his phone,taking time away from our questions.He finally told us he had to leave in a short time to pay a speeding ticket at the court house and we would need to completethe process of downloading Norton Anti-Virus Security by using Team Viewer; an on line program used in conjunction with someone in the office. We felt rushed and uncomfortable with Gavins IM IN A HURRY attitude that it was not a pleasant experience.Gavin never apologized for not personally completing our service and became irritated with me and called the office manager William and told him he was leavig and to call me.Gavin then was rude, and departed our home without speaking to me and apologizing for failing to arrange his schedule to benefit me, the customer and for failing to complete our service in a satisfactory manner.William, the office manager called me and apologized for the poor service and completed our computer needs.William was patient and answered all our questions and approved a small discount on our bill.We paid a lot of money for very poor service by Gavin.Not happy in Chandler.Steve

Alex, the technician that performed the work on my printer, knew exactly what needed to be done and expedited the repairs. He was also very helpful in offering advice that will speed up my internet. I will ask for him again if (when) I have computer problems in the future.I was not so pleased with the scheduling service I received however. I was initially informed that my technician would arrive between 2 and 5 PM. By 4:45 no one had arrived and I had not been notified of a delay so I called the scheduler and was told he is on the way. He was not on the way. My technician called at 5:15 to tell me he was just leaving his previous job site and would arrive in 20 minutes. I would have liked to have been advised, after waiting for more than three hours, that he was coming but was going to be late. The repair itself took about 40 minutes but the waiting had eaten up my entire afternoon. My technician was obviously overbooked and the scheduler did not bother to let me know. I could have overlooked the delay if I knew about it,. A simple phone call should have been made.

Great step-by-step explanations by the tech as computer is being fixed. Found Adware causing Phishing and removed it. Bitdefender and Malwarebytes Premium are not sufficient protection from Adware. In 1 hour the entire computer was checked and plan of action taken; very efficient.
