We submitted a cancellation on May 30, 2021 and again on June 28, 2021. They still charged us the monthly fee of $24.95 (in June, July, Aug, and Sept). Called and spoke to Charlotte and she said they would process the cancellation (needed to speak to a manager). Did this at least 3 times. This month, we were charged AGAIN! No refunds issued, as promised, and we are still being charged. We dont even live in Chandler any more. Very unprofessional.update: refunds issued (after this review, an email, and submitting another cancellation this week)

First time there looking for a carwash near me. Spoke to a gal named Michelle she was very busy and still took the time to explain to me details on membership I purchased the managers special monthly pass. Michelle was pleasant and didnt rush me, very patient. I was satisfied with my wash especially when a young fella helped me afterwards and shined my tires for me. For the price and speed of it, this is a decent place. Its a decent carwash for a very reasonable price and its fast. The staff at the beginning of the tunnel arent always the friendliest but theyre not rude.

$4 even though it still has a $3 Carwash sign. Didnt have clean wash rags. Still a great value.

Workers with bad attitudes very little dry off towles bad driveway for drying your car off cause you then have to turn around and drive against in coming cars. Definitely would say go elsewhere

This is the worst carwash I have been to. 11.00 to not clean the car. It scratcged my car up bad on the roof. Vacuums dont work. No rags to wipe down car and no staff to help out or talk to. They dont answer phone calls either. Horrible place!!

It was awesome & quick. The only thing is that you have to do a 180 in the parking spot to get out when you finish vacuuming your whip.

I have been coming here for about 5 years now and I have never felt so violated ever. On Saturday I came and washed my car and I like to wear dresses so while I was vacuuming my car I glimpse over and seen that short bald guy that worked there staring at my bottom. I Dont know if Thats all he was doing, i Dont know if he took any pictures of me. But as I was saying was im ashamed to even go back. I will probably find my family and I another wash to go to from now on and I warned my teenage daughter bout him and she let her family know. That placed isnt the same since that guy came back.

Used to bring our fleet of cars here to get our oil changes at a reasonable price since they stopped that we dont even go in anymore big o has oil changes for $14.95. when I told them we wouldnt be back they didnt even seem to care the place is almost empty every time I drive by it

This place used to be better but has gone down hill over the past 6 months. Theyve cut back on the water usage so much that you now have dry washers parts slapping your car doing nothing and what little soap is applied is largely still on the car as you exit. I have a small SUV and the back is always covered with dirty soap after the run through. I kept hoping they would improve but have now started using other places that are much better. Sure its super affordable, but if its not clean in the end, it doesnt matter. Also, one time it slapped my rear view mirror so hard on my other car that it popped off in the carwash and the guy went and found it for me and it was broken of course.

Used to go once a week but lately the wash isnt as good. Have to hand wash any bugs or trouble spots even with the $15.00 wash... Doesnt even blow dry well either... Disappointed... Gonna try another auto wash

Good car wash. Easy to get to and see from the road. Good prices. They have a monthly plan option as well. The carwash works very well. They provide towels to spot dry your car off. They have a vending machine with other car cleaning products. 2 different vacuum IHose tips to get in the crevices in your car. The staff are nice and friendly

I dont know what happened to this place. I used to get really good car washes here but now the wash just pushes your car through without even fully rinsing it. Theres not even any time to dry any of the water off so I have wet soapy water all over my car.

This is my usual go to place for a quick car wash. My car is not very dirty most of the time and a quick wash is what I need. Good job done for $2.50. No complaints. Free vacuums and clean towels to use after wash. Can you ask for more? I did.The cold weather and my cars old battery wasnt really a match. I was stuck with my car not starting. The employee(name not known, sorry) went out of his way to get me help. When he couldnt get my car started, his manager, Travis, stepped in. Almost an hour of jump starting and my car was revived. If thats not customer service, I dont know what is. I appreciate all the help.

Great car wash. I accidentally tipped a young man named Kenny a 100 dollar bill instead of a 5. He ran to the end of the tunnel and stopped my car showing me what I had done and making sure I knew he couldn’t accept that much. Me not knowing I had done so was so gracious he returned the money. Great service great manager, even better morals.

The basic wash is $2.50, score.Sometimes my car is dusty but I don’t want to do anything major, so I come here.Great value on a wash.They also have microfiber towels by the vacuums so if you have your own armor all, you can give yourself a little detail on the quick.Definitely would recommend this place!!

So here was my situation. A bird decided to leave a present in a really unique spot.INSIDE THE DOOR HANDLE!!I call and talk to this guy Kenny. I tell him, “Bro, a bird left something for me in my door handle”. Kenny tells me to drive my car down and he will personally handle it for me. Get it..handle.I get down there and Kenny helps me pick out the right car wash for me. I bring it on over and he took the time to wash the handle personally.If that’s not all, once I got done I drive my car over to the vacuums. He checked in with me a few times to make sure I had what I needed. Gave me some tips for how to keep it clean.Honestly, I’m floored. I have never gone down to a car wash spot and received that kind of service.You all got a loyal customer thanks to your boy Kenny!!

Very disappointing, they advertised full service car wash. It was not, it was just a drive through.

I always mostly go to this car wash, it saves time and money. $2.50 its not a lot compare to other car washes, plus it also has free vacuums. Service is pretty good but it also could be better. I think if your in a rush this is a great car wash. The wash is not as great as washing it by hand, but its acceptable. I could add more but I think this is the most important.

Great place for a full wash and wax or a touch-up. Both my wife and I go to them and no one else. On day after I had the car washed and was vacuuming the interior, one of the employees came over to me and asked if I was satisfied with the service. I told him that this is the best place to go and the only place my family goes. My son visited from Phoenix and prior to the visit, made a stop at Francis to get his car washed n waxed. Well worth the money n place has a great location plus a lot of space to work on you car after or prior to service. Everything good, even the towels to wipe off the excess rinse water. And no the owner did not give me a free car wash to write this review.

I was just at this place last week and was very disappointed as I have been going to this place for a long time and have always got a good car wash but this last time the car wash didnt get a lot of stuff off my car and I dont feel like it really washed the car at all. I didnt really see any soap and my car was not rinsed properly. I will try 1 more time and if this happens again it will be my last visit there

I asked at least 2 employees on different days, that i am here only for vacuums they said yes we have free vacuums even if you dont need a wash.Guess what now i bring all my cars here for wash as well.They win my heart.🤙

Love this wash! I come in weekly with my car wash membership in my black Mercedes and am always greeted by great staff and a fantastic manager who asks me not shallowly about which wash but instead asks how my day is going! I enjoy seeing the care and concern from your manager for each one of his employees as well as the customers. I came in yesterday 8/21/2018 and spoke with the manager for about 5 minutes just about life and I don’t think he understood just how much that helped yesterday. I was a bit down but he welcomed me with a smile and offered to show me how to use the machines in which I was gracious b cause I am getting older and technology is not my thing.Great wash and great employeesPs are you hiring ? First and foremost your manager went above and beyond what he needs to do. He saw a young lady who popped her tire by running over the curb and immediately went over to assist her. The lady was crying 😭 and he helped calm her down, and taught her step by step with words how to put on her spare tire, he wanted to help I could see t with his eyes, however she was able to put the spare on as he then proceeded to tell her to tighten the bolts and within 10 minutes she was on her way.He even gave her a blew towel to while away her tears... it made my wife and I very happy to see a young gunner be so calm and helpful to a person in need .

Excellent customer service, I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the car wash as well as when the manager Kenny approached me at the kiosk And informed me about the variety of washes available. Needless to say he was not a pushy sales men but rather charismatic and slick. He explained the details of each wash impressing me with his knowledge for he did not read off the screen but rather directly made eye contact (which is hard to get from younger generations), nevertheless was polite and took the time to help me out. Highly recommend going to Francis and Sons on Arizona ave, ask for Kenny the manager and he won’t let you leave disappointed.

Great experience, I was shocked at the sign saying 2.50 a wash! That is insanely cheap definitely a deal maker. As a first time Arizonan I have looked for a wash for a few months now and truly found one I trust and get great value for. The manager, Kenny literally waved at everyone who drives in and smiles with sincerity. I pulled over to speak with him after my wash and he graciously helped me wipe down my towel and when I insisted he take my tip, I offered a 20, he stated he would prefer a review if I truly met his expectations BTW he blew them away, so I decided to return and bring him water which he thanked me for and I told him I would be leaving a review in hopes that he gets a raise he definitely deserves.Great carwash even better employees 😍

This place rocks. For less than $3 I can vacuum my Kia Soul then hit the car wash tunnel. Everything seems so clean and well-run. Like an especially rousing Sunday morning at church, I drive away with a clean Soul.

Its a place where you go to wash your cars. They have car wash stuff. Ive never needed assistance at a place like this, because Im an adult, but im sure the kids are nice. They have trash bags and little single use dash wipes. Nifty. 4 stars because a very short time frame for the buy one get one wash before exp which i missed.

What a joke! $36 for a works and hand wash. A five year old could have done better. I thought cleaning the interior actually meant you had to at least touch the interior. Will NEVER WASTE MY TIME and MONEY AGAIN.

Nightmare!First off there is only one way in and one way out. The card reader would not work for me. No one came to help. I was forced to reverse out of the one way in and one way out. Drive up the street to $3 Car Wash its beautiful & wonderful everything is great there dont waste your time here

Been bringing our vehicles here for years. I have tried others in the Chandler/Gilbert area and always end up back at this one because it is good and consistent.This location is not to be confused with others they have in the chain that are full service. This is strictly an automated self service location except for the the tire dressing option. That one is something one of the staff will do for you. We usually get the top tier carnuba wash and do the tire dressing at home on our own. They usually provide some free returnable towels for minor detailing/drying but I bring my own.Their system has almost always cleaned our cars well without prepping no matter how “trashed” they were. The exception was when we had a ton of bugs on the front end of our SUV from a road trip. I should’ve used their bug prep station first.The staff has always been friendly and willing to help. They have plenty of vacuum/drying stalls (20+?) unlike some places that barely have enough for a handful of cars. I’ve seen some comments that say it’s never really busy. There are two other self service automated car washes within a hundred yards of this one so that plays a big part. Overly busy is never good as that makes the workers turn the speed up at which your vehicle travels through the wash to get the cars through faster. That means your vehicle is not likely to get cleaned or dried properly. Yes all of these type of automated car washes have that capability.My only complaint/wish is that they would add compressed air hoses to the stalls to use for forcing water out of windows/mirrors/trim and body panels. I bring my own battery powered mini blower but it’d be nice if I didn’t have too.

The car washing machine here really needs maintenance. I purchased the hot wax special for 14.99 and when going through the wash it only poured wax down one half the side of my car. The turbo dry couldnt even dry my vehicle and left the back end pretty wet.

My car came out looking dirtier than when it went in. Had to spend money at a different car wash to undo what this car wash did! Never again!!

Dont get the air freshener, they are toxic smelling. Pretty good wash by th machines but vacuuming was sub-par. They were rushing the last time but delivered all the other times.

The absolute worst $10 I have ever spent at a carwash, spots all over my Tahoe and the windows, I will probably have to take it somewhere else to make it look like it had just been washed so disappointed. If I had more time, I would of have gone back around, but I am not even sure a second wash would have been good enough, and the dry was so fast & bad.

Its a cluster screw getting out after your wash if you want to use the vacuum! You have to back up into the entrance which causes a traffic jam on the street for people turning in. They dont always have enough towels but thats because people steal them so its not their fault. For $2.50 wash its okay.

Worst car wash. Waited an Hour, my car was filthy inside and out. Vents, cupholders and dash were still dirty. They forgot to vacume and once they did they still didnt have it clean. Do not waste your money or time here.

As a newcomer to the world of car washes, the experience I have had with Francis and Sons is despicable. They executed my $120 car wash by dumping foul smelling detergent on my car seat and writing on my windows. They then refused to do anymore, because of a supposedly disastrous drizzle. I watched in amazement as the postponement lengthened to almost a week. However, when I tried to regain my money, they proceeded to cut all forms of communication. Frankly, they have abused their reputation as a likable business and evolved into a crook shop of flaky procrastination. Though I am not sure if my visit was just badly timed on my part, this lack of service surely will be this companys ruin.
