This is only the second review I’ve ever done but the quality of my experience was so good that I needed to post this. Brian was very prompt, professional and the best part - the care for the work he did made it seem like he was washing his own rig. I had a large, deep scratch in one of my baggage doors and Brian was able to buff out almost the entire thing - without being asked if he could help with it! From now on, I will use Andrus every time we’re traveling through the Chandler AZ area.

This rating should be a ten-star, not a five-star. When Donna and I made an appointment for Brian to wash our 45 motorhome and trailer, we assumed incorrectly that we were just paying for labor - boy were we wrong! Theres much more that came with it - a whole lot of know how, carefully selected cleaning products, which brush materials can and cant be used, which ones work best, and some top-line water-deionization equipment mounted in a trailer brought to our site. I had given up on all possibility of removing the spotting from my previous hard water washes, but the ion-scavenging properties of deionized water put the chrome shells of my side view mirrors, and the mirrors themselves back to AS NEW. Our coach has top-line Sikkens paint which I had given up on, but now quite literally looks better that the coach did after the prep for delivery NEW two and a half years ago. The alloy wheels had suffered from the salt environment of two winter driveway storage seasons in our NJ driveway before moving south, and Brian restored the finish of the wheels, even including the interior of the decorative holes in the wheels. The tires were dressed with a compound that wont harm the rubber, but wont wash off a couple of days later like all the water-based compounds will. In the future, I will always schedule Brian whenever I am planning on visiting Phoenix, and would come several hundred miles out of my way even if I were not. P.S: My black trailer looks like it just came out of a paint shop - mirror finish and not one streak. Brian even cleaned the black-stippled finish on the tongue rails, and restored the alloy wheel finish. If I decide to sell this rig in the future, it will be from Phoenix or Tuscon, so Brian can make it look twenty grand better that its retail book value. - Allen

Please read entire post:Third times a charm. We have used 2 different companies to wash and wax our 2017 toyhauler and they both did a terrible job. They actually scratched the entire new 45 toyhauler that has full body paint, which is almost a $10,000 added fee to a rig and we purchased it so that it could be washed and waxed like a vehicle instead of the fiberglass gel-coat. We just found this company called Andrus Auto Detail and RV Wash out of Chandler. Brian Andrus did an amazing job, he was able to get the scratches out that were left from the previous company and the rig looks better now than it did the day we purchased it brand new in 2017. He took the time to walk us through the entire process, explaining everything he does and why. He taught us things that we can do to take care of our rig in between waxes. After being burned twice I had a lot of crazy questions for him and he was able to answer all of them. Brian takes great pride in his work and is a great guy. So if your looking to get your rig washed and waxed, I highly recommend Andrus Auto Detail and RV Wash. He is mobile and can come to you for a fee, but well worth it or he has access to RV Super Storage on I10 and Wild Horse Pass. I am in no way affiliated with Brian. I have just been burned twice and spent over a thousand dollars in washes and waxes within a few months, so I dont want anyone else to have to go through what we did.
