Owes me money! Was buying a truck from this guy had all the money in hand to pay for it in full. I spent over $300 in parts fixing the brakes all the way around. Cleaned the interior which was so dirty you couldnt tell it was blue. Fixed multiple oil leaks. Fixed lights that werent working. Fixed the power sunroof. Swapped a transmission in his parents car and was to pay $500 more. The tags expired and I needed the the title to get it transferred and registered. I had the money to pay him off and he couldnt or wouldnt provide a title refused the money and wanted me to pay $100 a month. I told him I wasnt paying anything but the payoff amount and not until I get the title. I had already been stopped twice and given warnings about the registration. After the officer had spoken to him he confirmed I was purchasing the truck. I was allowed to keep the truck in my possession. I dont know what he told them as to why he wouldnt give me the title. A short time later I awoke to the sound of him stealing the truck and not paying me for the transmission work or any of the repairs I had done to the truck. Is also known to bust out check engine lights so potential buyers dont know there is issues.
