Dave at this location went above and beyond to help us get the truck we needed for a long distance move. We were in a bind and Dave and his colleagues were incredibly helpful. We are so thankful for and impressed by their costumer service!! We highly recommend you use this branch for any moving needs!

Poor attitude

Ryan and his team are great - I called last minute for a move because the mover I booked never showed- they were working on a plan B for me and were professional and friendly- the mover showed so I went with him so I did not lose my deposit but if I ever move again these are my go to guys!

Rented. A trailer from Springfield ave. in Champaign il. I told them what I needed they told me I can add the drop off after I got to Florida. Just call this number they said. Called the number and they told me I had to leave it where I was or they would charge another fee for dropping it off wrong. They said I signed the contract. I said because this is what you told me to do. They didnt problem solve at all. They did not apologize for their misleading information. I had to pay another 110.00. For their mistake.

Staff is always friendly. They dont keep as many trucks in stock here as at the University Ave. location, but its great for drop-off if you live on the west side of town.

These guys are so helpful and amazing to work with. We have gone through them many times for a uhaul and I wont go to any other location.

Managers are rude And dont keep their word. If you can find another place just go abs pay the extra.

Called and asked their closing time and was told if I found their phone number I can find their closing time🤔
