Very rude person who answered the phone. She gave me conflicting information, I could hear her yelling to someone asking the question I had asked her, and when I tried to clarify she hung up on me.

Call these guys if you need a car unlocked. The other local towing companies really like to take advantage of desperate college kids and charge anywhere from $50-$100 for a lockout. Campus towing was $25 and they do it for free if youre a student or faculty.
