We waited over a month for a landscape design, sent in our signed contract and deposit … then THEY cancelled. They said they didn’t have the staff to do the work.

They laid a great little patio and added landscaping around it. I also got answers to questions about care of my older plantings.

Denise did a GREAT design for some landscaping in our backyard. She listen to our desires and provided us with a drawing of her plan and described each plant and the reason she chose it. Nick arrived in our back yard ready to work on the scheduled day and got right to it. Denise checked in several times to see how it was going. Even when an unforeseen problem occurred Nick and Denise were very professional and the issue was resolved to everyones satisfaction. Couldnt be happier.

There is hope for this company. Design is fantastic, it was just the lack of communication and follow ups that hurt in the beginning. After having new management, problems are slowly getting resolved. Will wait til next spring to see if they will get their 5 stars

I started an irrigation project last fall with prarieview. Although it was not handled the way I thought it should have been. It was resolved to my satisfaction.There were employees of this company that went out of their way to complete my job and make sure it was done to my satisfaction. The project manager Jamie sat down with me and explain the projects operational layout. It made all the difference in my outlook of the project. Jamie told me that my project would be done to my satisfaction,and it was.I also hired prairieview to do my Lawncare program for 2020. I personally spoke with the owner Eric and said my decision to go with his company was based solely on the fact Jamie would be overlooking it.

From the folks answering the phones to the general manager, Jeff Basham, I am thankful for their kindness, willingness to help, and excellence in what they do. During a recent emergency (dont ask what would qualify), Jeff halted his busy schedule to come to the property right away, and made provision to help in exactly the way needed. Expertise, high quality, kindness, willingness to help, and service characterize this fine company. I highly recommend them for your landscaping needs.

We use Prairieview for our lawn applications. The applicators are friendly and usually make recommendations for areas of improvement where my lawn could do better . Great work and even better customer service!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero, or negative, stars I would. They have a terrible business practice, and should not be in business. My parents were supposed to have work done over a month ago, and it still has not been completed. Every time my parents were told someone would be there, no one showed up. My parents would call the office, and every time they were told the work would be pushed back another week. NOT ONCE did this company call my parents to let them know; which they should do. The customer shouldnt have to call to find out why no one is there. It shouldnt matter how big or small the job is - a job is a job. A customer is a customer. Truly despicable!!!!

We are very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work completed by Prairieview Landscaping with our rock garden and AC coverup! They were good at offering suggestions and adjusting plans when needed. Prices were also competitive; we would highly recommend Prairieview Landscaping.

Honest customer service. Encountered an unexpected complication in the project but they made it right. Satisfied with the resolution.

They talk a good game but when it comes down to brass tacks, when you really need someone to come out to fix, service or install something, theyre just not that good. I dont know if they cant find good people or if they cant keep good people because the managers treat the employees badly, but more often than not the effort it takes to get them to do what theyve promised to do is more trouble than its worth.

My wife and I recently bought a new house and the landscaping that came with it had been neglected for some time so it was quite a big job to rip out everything and replace it with fresh landscaping. A major concern of mine was our wireless fence. It had been cut accidentally once by the crew and again by an animal but whenever I brought it to Prairieviews attention, they went above and beyond to correct it, even making it more secure than it was originally. Everyone we worked with throughout the entire process from initial consultation to completion was professional, attentive and prompt in their replies. I tend to be long-winded whenever it comes to questions and requests, so props to them for putting up with me. Even now, they continue to be great to work with while we try to replace a few plants that had succumbed to the hot, dry weather that came late in the summer. Thanks to their 1yr warranty on plants, it has been a stress-free piece of cake. I would definitely recommend Prairieview and I look forward to working with them again soon on additional projects!

My personal recomondation would be to Avoid Prairieview Landscaping at all costs, unless youre ok with Condescending/rude emails, fabrications, accusations, excuses, not living up to contracts, and just all around poor behavior.. After 35 years of being in retail, wholesale, and service oriented buisness myself, I can honestly say that Prairieview was the worst example of how to run a buisness, particularly with customer relations, that Ive encountered!.. When a company manager stands on your property, and in your own yard, and then infers that your wife is a liar over a silly issue like the number of emails she sent him, you know at that moment that youre dealing with someone who is at best in over his head, or at worst unstable, at least in my humble opinion. And just for the record, all of this drama was initially caused over Prairieviews reluctance, as well as outright rudeness, after we requested a simple weed treatment per the terms of our contract. If youre looking for a lawn service, my recomondation would absolutely be to look elsewhere...
