I have purchased a Sony receiver and a Samsung TV from Good Vibes in the past year. I needed tech support for setting up both and recently again after a power outage. Each time they were knowledgeable, helpful and patient as I followed their instructions over the phone. I’ll buy all my electronics from Good Vibes! Thank you Mike and Steve

I purchased a TV and it was 2 months before I plugged it in. When I finally did, I was disappointed to find out the screen was damaged. Within 6 hours of contacting the store, I had a new TV to replace it. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and no Big Box run-around. I will continue to buy all my A/V equipment from Good Vibes and recommend them to all my friends.

Good Vibes has the holy trifecta of being reasonably priced, expert installers, and local. I purchased a 65 Sony television and a Klipsch soundbar through them. Working with Edelman Inc. they completed the installation above the fireplace with no visible wires. The effect is stunning and I would highly recommend them to others and will definitely use them in the future.

Came to gvs out of frustration, I could not get any help at all the other stores in town. Steve suderman took great care of me. I worked for GVS a long time ago, and they were always very customer service oriented. Nice to see the new store, same great service 👍👍

Needed a new tv. Steve and Good Vibes came through in a big way! Got a wonderful LG OLED tv that has the clearest and best picture I have ever seen. Steve delivered and set it up personally. We couldn’t be more pleased with the product or the service! You can’t go wrong at Vibes!

I cant praise this place highly enough. Steve Suderman is amazing: generous and knowledgeable. I bought my stereo system here a few years ago. He listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect solution, which I have enjoyed tremendously. When I wanted wall speakers, he took some time to find me the best fit I could have asked for. When I moved, he talked me through the reconnection of the system over the phone. I love music, and this business has made an incredible difference to my quality of life!

Cant say enough good things about Good Vibes and Steve . I had a minor technical problem with an older LG TV that Im not sure I even purchased from them . Steve very graciously took the time to walk me through the fix.

Mike took the time to walk me though all of the TVs that he had on his floor. He spent his time and explained his pricing and what kids of services that they provide after purchasing a TV with Good Vibes. Overall great experience I will definitely return for business in the future.

Good vibes is the best company i ever see in my life i am so happy with there service, professional work, very good attitude and polite,,i used to go best buy for anykind of electronics service they always seems rude and am not happy with there work as well but this place has done so nice work,, 1. I have music system in restaurant and the wire they make inside the concrete wall its so strange when they build the building they already design like that and the problem is wire get shot and all speakers is not working due to wire shot its so tough work to fix it but the guy name john schowalter he is awesome his professional work,,, he had done very well job without removing the wire from concrete like he got magic in his hand am very happy with there service very happy, And they have all the stuff inside if you wanna buy you dont need to go best buy or somewhere else just visit in store they have all the electronics stuff i bet you will be SATISFIED with there service & productGod bless you guys :) :) :)

Nothing but great service in every aspect, when looking at TVs was shown the difference of all the new types without up selling the most expensive one, after purchasing set up in home delivery and set up, best part was the explanation of all the smart features of new Television, hooked up to my old av receiver and reprogrammed my remote, will never use the big box stores after this, by the way the price of the tv was less that all other places in town, there is a reason why they have been in bushiness since the 70s, this is real customer service, it has been a long time

I had a very positive experience with good vibes. They saved me a lot of money by telling me that I did not need a new TV set when the Dish network people said I did. Good vibes showed me how to re set the channel control when all Dish was able to tell me was to go to Best Buy, which was very willing to sell me a $2,500 set. Good Vibes may not be the lowest price in town, although they are reasonable, but they are clearly the most competent and likely the most honest.

I have done business with Good Vibes for close to 4 decades, and will continue to! We just purchased a new Sony OLED TV from them and had it installed. Truth is you can buy anywhere, but why would you buy anywhere else? They price match, they service what they sell, and the do a wonderful job of installing! Who do you get service from if you by else where? That is an anybodys guess! Buy from Good Vibes, and call them, and deal with people who will work to help you! Local people that you can depend on. Do yourself a favor, give Good Vibes a try, I dont think you will be disappointed!

Best sound system for the money onkyo and paradigm speakers all. Very happy with the quality, and geat one on one service. Steve knows his stuff

Good Vibes was the only place I could find that would install and outdoor antenna (champaign are have poor signal of the local channels) I thought GVs offered a fair price and the gentleman that did the installation (in the bitter cold) was very professionals and capable! great experience!
