Dan took great care of me this morning. Another printer really messed up our timeline for getting materials printed for a conference and we had very little notice. I was able to come in to this location and get something worked out same-day which I greatly appreciated. Price was a bit higher than what I wouldve liked to spend but on such short notice, Ill take it.
I previously have had great experiences here but I came in recently and had a very bad experience. I needed to get something printed, which is usually 10 minutes in and out. The guy told me that you had to wait about 24 hours for your prints to be finished (what?). I was able to pick up my prints later that day, but Ive never seen this happening before at any copy and print shop. Then, in addition to that, I repeatedly asked multiple times how much these prints would cost before I ordered them and I was never given an exact answer. I was quoted $20 but my final price ended up being almost $100 because they were double sided and FedEx charges an extra $15 rush fee on all orders over $50 that are picked up on the same day (what?). I feel totally scammed, if I had known it was going to be that much I would have ordered fewer copies or went somewhere else. My prints didnt even come out that well, the margins were a little bit cut off even though they werent that narrow. Never coming here again
It was just what I needed to do copies. I could safely go to the self service copier, use my credit card, make copies and leave without having to get within 6 feet of anyone. Everyone in the store wore masks. It was not crowded. The copier was stocked with paper, etc. It printed my receipt I I was on my way!
I had a package that was supposed to be shipped to Danville in two days from Missouri. That almost happened until it stopped here in Champaign, and they held it for 5 days! I could have walked the package there faster!

It is 11PM the night before Valentines Day and I just got home from one of the best experiences I have ever had at any printing location... this is what I wrote to corporate, thought I would share,Alex and Courtney were truly lifesavers. My friend Max and I needed to print out our professional portfolios for a career fair tomorrow (Feb. 14), and we truly couldnt have asked for anyone better to have helped us. Both Alex and Courtney were as friendly as can be, personable, and SO unbelievably helpful. I had to print 9 portfolios, each 40 pages, as well as business cards and Courtney went above and beyond to make sure everything was cut and assembled to perfection. If I end up getting a follow up interview tomorrow, they would have DEFINITELY played a part.Max went to Staples before today, but because of Alex and Courtney, this particular FedEx location will be the only one we go to... AND I pass other FedEx locations on my way to the Mattis location! Wonderful staff. Wonderful experience! I will be definitely keep my eyes peeled for these wonderful ladies. Please send them a copy of this review so they can see a tiny glimpse into the amount of gratitude I have for them. Thank you So much.

There is by far one of the rudest individuals I have ever met in a work setting. He has no business being there on a scale of 1 to 10 his rudeness is a 12 the girls are wonderful and helpful he doesnt even greet the customers hes just straight-up crude and rude he should not be in customer service whatsoever on any level

Walked in with a box ready to ship. I was told Id have to purchase one of their boxes because the box I had was for retail use. (It was a very sturdy diaper box, in fact.) I asked if they could tell me how much it would cost to ship if I came back in a better box and they did measure and weigh it and told me it would be just under $37.00. On my way out there was a UPS truck parked in front of the FedEx store so I took the hint and went down the street to the UPS store.They accepted the box as is without even mentioning it. AND the price was $2.50 cheaper with the same delivery date!!I felt like the wrong box comment was a ruse to make me buy one of their boxes. Now Im sure it was. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!I also tried to call the store manager to report my disappointment but their phone system put me on hold so I hung up after waiting 3 minutes without talking to a live person.TOO bad, as Ive been using that store for many years (way before it was FedEx) but Ill go elsewhere from now on. Worse thing you can do to a loyal customer is make em feel you are taking advantage of them. 👎👎👎👎👎[BTW.... I actually took a picture of the UPS truck in front of the FedEx store because I thought I was funny.... wish I could attach it here!! 😜].
I recently had the pleasure of meeting Angel at this location. Angel provided excellent customer service and expedited turnaround of several print jobs and photo enlargements, as well as expert advice to get the best possible output for a very important occasion.My sis and I live in California and were in Champaign for our mom’s funeral, which was occurring 3 days after our arrival. We explained this to Angel, and she was compassionate when we shared our story... We had already designed the program and brought the paper and digital document with us. We handed the job to Angel about 30 minutes before store closing on a Sunday night and the job was ready by 2:30pm on Monday. It looked superb! I understand the slick card stock paper we provided had caused problems that required extra attention to detail during the copying process, and hand folding in addition. Kudos to Angel, Bailey, and all staff involved to make our program look so professional with such short turnaround time. We were so impressed!My sis and I were also preparing photo boards for display at our mom’s service. We had purchased a poster frame for this purpose. There was a header that was also on disk and provided to Angel on Sunday night. We discussed that project and decided on the proper scale of the header to go on the board. The header was trimmed and given to us when we came in to get the program on Monday afternoon.We left happy and impressed with the service, program copies and header enlargements for the photo board. My sis and I later discovered the poster frame purchased had a brown cardboard backing, not a white sheet of paper as a background. We then returned back to Angel late Monday night so she could cut a piece of heavyweight paper to fit into the poster frame, and my sis and I could begin assembling the photo board. We also brought oversized family photos with us for scanning... and planned to take the scans to a nearby competitor with a photo kiosk to make enlargements. Angel was now invested in making our projects look their best, so suggested she could do the enlargements at Kinkos and even do enhancements to the photos (adjust lightness/darkness, etc.). She took so much time to make sure we were happy with the results, and to say that we were ecstatic is an understatement!Thank you, Angel, and Round Barn FedEx Kinkos Staff, for all the last minute work you did for us. Your expertise and kindness meant the world to us during this very difficult time. Angel went above and beyond customer expectations to make sure our projects were handled professionally. My entire family thanks Angel from the bottom of our hearts!
Last Friday around 3pm I was trying to use the scanner in their self-serf area, but got into a problem, which I couldn’t solve. Their employee, very nice young man, came to help and didn’t leave until my problem was solved. I was impressed and grateful for his persistence to find a solution and for his dedication to help customers. The young lady working there was also very nice.
They are good. You can print, copy, and scan. All machine looks like brand new.
I never write bad reviews as a small business owner I don’t believe in them. BUT today is an exception. We ordered 250 4x6 postcards (double sided), when we submitted the order online it said 79.99 + tax on the screen for check out. When I got to the pick up and checked out the gentleman working said it was 210. I explained that was not what the online order said and showed him screen shots from the computer it was ordered on as it was still pulled up. He then proceeded to tell me he wasn’t sure why it said that and there was nothing he could do. I was on my way to a wedding show so I didn’t have time to argue. As I passed out the cards to our team members we noticed some were cut off on the edges and some were not. Will definitely be the last time I use Fed Ex, will be going back to Office Depot or Vista Print.
Very slow and extremely high prices compared to other printing services. I only come here if for emergencies, because it is open until midnight.Employees need to gain better customer service skills and there need to be more systems in place for efficiency.TIP: This one seems to have slightly better prices than the FedEx Office on campus (Green St.).
They typed the address wrong in the label which delayed the package by approximately 5 days.
Had to go in and do some faxing. There was an issue with pricing and Angel was very helpful in getting it fixed, in a way she didnt need to be.

I was treated by Roxine as if my business was unwanted. She was unnecessarily rude in everything that she said, while I was nothing but polite. I work in retail, so I understand what its like to be in a bad mood but still have to put a smile on. Roxine apparently doesnt feel this is part of her job description. She got done what I need done without any problems, but her unprofessional attitude was absolutely ridiculous and made me feel very, very uncomfortable.
Guy at the counter was busy helping someone else, but politely acknowledged me when I walked in. Waited my turn and was efficiently provided all services I asked for. Not sure why this store is rated a 2.9, but my experience was completely positive.

The manager is rude! Some of the worst customer service ive ever seen! Had to wait over a half an hour just to pick up a package while 2 employes stood around leaning on computer stands. Wish i could give 0 stars. Definitely will be sending a message to corporate.
Fast, and easy. High quality staff and printing.
Inattentive staff on phones and talking with each other instead of helping customers. Printing prices were very high and when I tried to use their paper cutter it destroyed my documents. Wont be going back.
Great customer service, cheap lamination
All 4 service associates ignored me. When I asked a question about the fax I was trying to send, the sullen woman didnt know the answer and her solution was to up charge me.
Never enough staff working at this office. Always a wait. I feel sorry for the overloaded staff that is here.
Stood on the phone for two hours and waited to speak with a representative. I called again and asked if they were busy and they said it had been a slow day....
None of there online printing options were functional.
