I am from out of state and was visiting family in ATL. I was worried about booking the rental, just because I had never visited this location. However, I am very happy I went with this location. I was helped by both Kyle and Chris. Both men were polite and had a good attitude, I also wasn’t waiting long. They were busy but they also acknowledged me and stated they would be with me in a minute. I did reserve online, prior to arriving at the location. 2021 Chevy Malibu, the car was clean, fast and good on gas. I would recommend and I would also return.
Loved the service! The young man who helped us was named Elijah! He and his manager was very attentive to our needs. Was awesome in getting us in and out with a quickness! Will definitely use this location again!
Though our rental was great, they didnt have the drop you back home service after we returned the car. Since the Enterprise, well pick you up is their slogan, if either that location uniquely doesnt do this or its a covid regulated thing, it SHOULD HAVE BEEN POSTED. It was a pricey Lyft ride home.

Royal Phillips provided excellent customer service to me. She genuinely wanted to help me and made sure that she addressed each of my needs and questions regarding the rental process. The absolute worst experience ever! I took my mother-in-law in this morning to pick up a rental she reserved ahead of time. When the manager, Kyle, helped her, he requested her ID and a Credit Card. She only has a Debit Card, and rented a vehicle from the same location last week and paid with a Debit Card. Kyle said she must produce a utility bill if she wants to pay by Debit Card, which makes no sense. She asked repeatedly if he could call someone, but he simply stated that he is the Manager and those are the rules. When we questioned how utterly ridiculous this is, he told us we could rent a car somewhere else. So we left, went up the road to AVIS in Dunwoody. They were fantastic, had no problem accepting payment by Debit Card, and she was on the road not 30 minutes after we left the Enterprise in Chamblee. Based on the other reviews I have read, Kyle seems to be a major source of customer dissatisfaction. He certainly does not represent the Enterprise brand well, and I know myself and my family will never rent from Enterprise ever again.
Really enjoyed my experience and got a cute little Volkswagen for a day. Natasha is a gem! So personable and professional. She did a great job of explaining the logistics of the car renting process while still being friendly, engaging, and outgoing.

Had a terrible experience with this place, 1st they attempted to give me a vehicle with a broken tail light that mind you is visible and should have been fixed and if not then not be out on the lot for customers coz if you pick it and bring it back they will blame you on that and you will end up paying for a damage that you didn’t do. That’s exactly how my situation ended up being, was blamed for a crack on the bumper that was already there and I figured out that’s how they kinda do their business and it’s just sickening that even the manager didn’t want to listen and understand what I was trying to explain. Avoid this place, find any other enterprise but not this one.... I don’t know how many more are out there that have been punished for no reason but I am one of them. Still following up on my case.

Last week we were struggling to get a vehicle. Spoke with Natasha and she said she could get a vehicle for us. When we got there they didn’t have anything in parking lot. Kyle said they have a vehicle at a dealership it would be a little wait. He took great care of us and car was even new.
I was questionable on using this particular location based on their score and previous reviews. My expectations were exceeded in every way possible. Would recommend this office to any person that is needing a rental car. Kyle and Katrel were awesome!

Great service my Natasha--she brought a second car since I was unable to access this jeep step up. Great looking car, and she returned with a sedan that worked well. Late Friday afternoon I discovered a leak in the tire, and after going to two Firestones who were really slammed for business I drove to this location. Natasha was there, recognized me, and got another car ready for me to use. Thanks again for your service.

This Branch ruined Enterprise for me and I won’t be using them again. I called this bran at 8:30am this morning to try to resolve a lost key issue, 5 hours and multiple fees later the car has still not been towed. The manager, Kyle was nothing but rude from the start and didn’t present any viable options to resolve this. I have been back and forth on the phone between roadside assistance and the branch. NOTHING. Enterprise has lost me as a customer for good, thanks to Kyle and this whole day wasted.
Despite their marketing dept. claiming this is a family owned business it is a typical big corporation...way understaffed, cars are not as promised (theyll want to give you a Dodge not matter what you asked forin the reservation and ours had not one but two cracks in the window...stayed on hold for 15 min. TWO different times to alert them. HIRE more help!

If you go to this enterprise, never speak with LAUREN about rental because she is absolutely rude like VERY RUDE. She always gives attitude and talks very negative. There is another guy who is super sweet and nice.
I was sent to Enterprise by my insurance while my car was in the body shop. After having the car for 3 weeks, Enterprise charged me for an “overage fee.” I was never told that the rental car I was given would cost more per day than my insurance would cover. I spoke with a woman at this location who said I could come exchange the vehicle and they would refund me the amount. It’s been 3 weeks since this was said and I am still having to contact Enterprise. I keep getting told they will call me back and have yet to have anyone return a call or assist me with this refund. Since the initial charge, I have been charged a SECOND time. With everything going on in the economy, I do not have extra money to be throwing around while Enterprise does nothing to assist me in the process. Very frustrating experience.

Although the assistant manager was nice if you can avoid renting from this place please go to another location with better rentals. It took forever to get my rental and the car was not up to par. The car was dirty, the tire pressure light came on a day after I got it, and there was no gas in it so I had to fill it up which was an inconvenience. I’d prefer a almost full to full tank of gas so all I have to do is go to the gas station once before I drop it off. Also, when I dropped my car off they said it had not been checked in. So I called the local office almost ten times and no one is answering the phone. I will never go back to this location again.

Based on customer service alone I would wish I could give this place a negative.they claim not to be offering transport to anyone but they picked up two people and took one person into a different location. The difference between me and those other people including child is that none of them had a service dog. Disabled veterans are not welcome!!!
I rent cars almost weekly so I’ve worked with many companies and many other Enterprise locations and this one is by far the best! Their service is second to none... they truly go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction! I HIGHLY recommend them if you find yourself in need of a rental car!!

I gave 3 stars because I want to be fair. Industries is about two factions, one being the customer service & products, the second being presentation and appearance. The staff here is very cordial and nice, they truly work with you, however the appearance of the building and the aesthetics of the inside is atrociuos. Damaged ceiling tiles that drip, carpet that needs cleaning and barely any decor.
I have been to this Enterprise location twice in the past month. I have been met with nothing but professionalism and enthusiasm. Each member of this team understands the importance of customer service. The manager Steve makes each interaction with his customers a memorable one (knowing them by name or circumstances). It is this type of personable interaction that will keep me coming to this location exclusively.
The staff Steve was wonderful, understood my needs (3 adults and 2 car seats, and Christmas presents), and worked with me! I am so pleased with this Enterprise. My Van was clean and nicely appointed. Just what we needed and a late drop off is possible at this site. Thank you, Steve and team

This location has the worst customer engagement. The service representative was very argumentative over the phone when addressing an issue I had. When I arrived to the location after pic up, no one apologized.

They were supposed to drop a rental car off for me at my repair facility, but did not. The folks at Caliber Collision were nice enough to bring me over to Enterprise, where I had to wait a while to get my vehicle. I was expecting a small sedan but received a Nissan Rogue. Not a huge deal, my preference is just smaller vehicles. The Rogue had a warped front driver side brake rotor which make the thing vibrate pretty badly when braking. Otherwise, the car was clean (except for a small spot near the shifter where someone left what looked like melted chocolate... not a huge deal) and smelled decent.Overall, Im not unhappy with my experience there, but things could have been handled better.

Limited car choices, good customer service... Had to pick a car while Geico had my car in a body shop. They did not have anything smaller than a pickup which was a disappointment due to comfort preferences but they also honored the rates of a regular car and waived gas fees. Polite and efficient group at this location
Usually get pretty good service from this location. The staff are very knowledgeable about the vehicles and have a good attitude. Sometimes they can be a bit pushy when up selling the insurance but other than that I always rent from here.
For emergency purposes I try to make a reservation online is not allowed to me for two days I called customer service his name is David he has a car the price is $75 a day for a compact car this is a highway robbery they close the system they have hiding cars on the lot in this bad time no one is making money they take advantage of it this location as horrible I have a good customer for a long time I paid for two day $175.00For compact car Nightmare customer service and highway robbery employees specially David I’m not renting anymore I’m not recommended for anybody
Ive had great experience here. The drivers side window on the SUV didnt work properly and they held a vehicle for me to pickup. Plus it was an upgrade from what I had. Very friendly staff.

Been renting vehicles from Enterprise for years and always have a great and friendly staff. I hate that customers are no longer allowed to leave personal vehicles on the lot when renting an Enterprise vehicle. I now have to arrange for pickup, take a taxi, or get someone to drop me off. Enterprise pick can take up to one hour plus or more if there are lots of request. This can really delay ones departure time.
The people are nice and they treat you like royalty.

My car was involved in a car wreck on this past Thursday (Total Loss) and the enterprise I was scheduled to pick up a vehicle at, didn’t have any vehicles available. I tried for 2 hours to find an Enterprise that had cars and I couldn’t find one place near Grady Hospital. I was soooo grateful this location had a car just for me in my time of need . Jarrod George was sooo professional and so very kind ! He’s honestly the best employee I have had an encounter with, at any Enterprise location!! He needs employee of the month !!! & a raise !!! This is my new location to come too, when I need a car !! Thank you, Jarrod George !
Do not use this branch. It took them over an hour to come pick me up from the confirmed location. When I called, they blamed me and said I should have called to confirm after booking online. I explained I got the confirmation email of time and location. Kyle said it does not matter and that I should have called to check.

This location lacks professional management. Eric the manager has a rude arrogant demeanor he ignores issues hoping you wont notice like no or low car inventory making it difficult to get the car or truck you reserved.There brand is We will pick you up after two negative experiences, on both occasions I was not picked up I was not notified they werent picking me up when I called they didnt even have a car available to fill my reservation. One of most horrific experiences with a car rental agency I had in a long time. I will not do business with them or any enterprise agency again. Low inventory, inadequate staffing, substandard vehicles, no leadership, low standards management. What is the incentive to do business with this company?
Always friendly to me when I come in. Everyone who works there is great! They also move quickly, not that long of a wait time when picking upo your rental.
We rented a car for the first time from this company. They were nice and helpful. We went to the pick up a little late and they helped us get a car although they were pretty busy.
In short, consistent integrity. Enterprise is a model of consistency in a very trendy business environment. I would not consider anyone else for vehicle rentals.

This location promised not once but twice on what they would do. There was a question on the billing with my insurance company they said they would wait for me to contact them. They did not wait and billed me. When I contacted Enterprise about it they said they were sorry but could not correct their mistake. I was offered a discounted rental in the future and I said that would be fine, I had a trip coming up. When I called today they said that they could not go through with that offer and they were sorry. I was very disappointed that both times they did not follow through on what was promised. Very bad customer service. Will not use Enterprise again. People and companies have to follow through on their words and promises. I live by that and expect others to also.

SUPER DUPER LONG WAIT TIMES just for them to bring you a car. I dont understand why they dont have cars on site had to drive 3 mile away to another location to finally get a rental. They were uncoordinated with the insurance company. Overall it was good but I ran into several logistical snags with regard to them not billing correctly. In this case I didnt have a choice of another company to use. If renting independently, I wouldnt use this location again.
They didnt have the car I reserved so they gave me an upgrade. Apparently that is common practice there as I heard them doing the same thing with several other people.

I never write reviews but having such a bitter experience with them. I think everyone deserves to know their reality. I had my items in the car (brand new stuff of $400 fro macys. I was rushing for an event and I forgot to take it out. After calling them they told there is not such item!! whatt!!I had whole family and 8 witness for the placed item in car but they told they dont have it.I realized when they send the car for cleaning at the back where there were no cameras, my stuff was stolen.They are liars and uncooperative. Please be-aware of your stuff, save your money. They are thieves!!! will steal your stuff!!Not a good experience for this location. Not good people!!!

Poor Service in this Chamblee location because they informed me the last day that they do not have the 8 seated car that I have booked online. They never called me back to update me the status as promised which I have to follow them by calling and asking them about the status of car. They gave me the 8 seated car after one of my friend called them and told that he will post this negligence and bad customer service in his community.I read similar review which was posted referring to this location. So, it seems management has done nothing to resolve it. I did not have this issue at other Enterprise locations.I would not go this location in the future; 100 percent.

Worst experience ever with Enterprise! I rent exclusively from Enterprise for over 10 years, Im a Plus Member and this location is the absolute worst.They called me 8AM the morning of my reservation to let me know they may not be able to find a car for me and that they would keep me posted on the returns they get in. Mind you they close at 12 noon on Saturdays, so I called back around 10am when I didnt hear from them, same thing... nothing available. I called after 11am and got no answer, repeatedly, so I decided to go to the office location because I had important plans... they had cars that they just didnt want to put me in. They made me wait until closing time to rent what they had because they were supposedly reserved for other people, so I had to wait to make sure that the other people didnt show up -_- WASTE OF MY TIME ON A BUSY WEEKEND!!!I eventually got the car and upon return they tried to upcharge me for any and every little thing. It seems as though they dont want to honor the promotions or pricing that some of us get online and want to charge more. They seemed to not want to accommodate me for my rental because it was a weekend promotion.Ill go to a different location next time, even though this location is close to my work.
They would not take my credit card because it did not have a chip on it. This is a valid NOT prepaid major credit card.

Shocked to see some of these reviews. My experience was awesome from start till finish.I mean Mike the manager went out and personally washed my Suberban him self. I actually saw a different smaller suv being the nissian armada and switched to that and he washed it as well and switched me to that one. Talk about going the extra mile. They understood that I had to keep the band The South Bay Project moving from gig to gig. I needed a truck with a trailer hook up.
I have taken this car On May 15 2018 while taking the car they showed me some scratches and while returning they have charged money for that scraches. They have charged extra $500 and also my insurance policy number.And I dont know for that one little scratch it will $500.This was the bad service and also the response of the staff.The worst service till now I have seen.

Awesome staff and helped me threw the process and let me pick what ever I wanted. I changed my mind twice and Mike was very patient and willing to help and washed it him self while wearing a suit. They charged a damage fee on a car that was undamaged, and then were extremely evasive regarding that cars current whereabouts and any evidence of said damage. I would describe the customer service as combative, at best.

I called the 800 number for Enterprise and was provided a reservation at this location. After receiving a confirmation email and making additional plans around having a rental car, I received a voicemail on the day of my pickup 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time, notifying me that they overbooked. After calling the location and calling the 800 number, no one was able to assist me and provide a car. I will be leery of booking future trips with Enterprise. Even if you dont have any available cars, you should do the right thing for the customer (i.e. finding a rental car from another company, etc.).

I had a reservation at the enterprise in Chamblee on buford hwyOct 17,2017 for 12 pickup I arrive to pick the car up at 12:30 pm. I was told by the branch manager Steve Bradley they didnt have the car I reserved because I was late. He was very rude and told me to get out when I told him I called the 1-800 number to flie complaint. this locaton is the worst bad customer service and just plain rude
